"I'm alright." Nami smiled, taking a seat. " Clow and I went to our hometown for a few days to straighten out some things. Have you been training with Seph or Neko?"
She wasn't hungry and settled upon a glass of milk instead.

"Mostly, I haven't been training at all. Neko taught me a little bit about using chakra, and Seph taught me how to make clones, but mine were terrible, and then he taught me the thinkspeak thing, which I'm also terrible at. And that's about it."

"Heh. I've only had maybe...two actual training sessions with Neko since I got here...and one test to see where I start. If you'd like, I could help you with your chakra." Nami offered with a smile, sipping at her water .

"You really want to bother helping someone who doesn't know anything? I think Neko and Seph might be avoiding me just so they don't have to deal with the girl who knows nothing about anything," she said with a bit of grin.

"Understanding and being able to control your chakra are key. That's one thing I know I'm good at. I can help you with that." Nami replied after a minute. "With better control, techniques come easier and you don't use too much, or pass out from exhaustion...unless of course you're doing some uber something or other."

"No problem. I'll go wait in the training room." Nami grinned, swallowed the rest of her water and then headed back towards the training facility. Once inside, she seated herself cross-legged on the floor in anticipation of Eli's arrival.

Nami was gone before Eli even had a chance to realize that she didn't exactly know where the training room was... all her training thus far had been in Neko's office, his garden, or outside.
She quickly finished up, and then wandered out into the main room to see if she could figure out which room Nami had gone into.

It didn't occur to Nami until she had safely ensconced herself in the training room that Eli may not know where it is. Only one thing to fix that. Eli had mentioned that she'd tried thoughtspeak but had failed. Maybe Nami could help with that too, but she'd have to start gently.

She caught the thought and headed towards the door that Nami had mentioned and entered the training room.
"Alright, where do we start?"

"Hey." Nami greeted with a smile. The lights in the room were dimmed to create a calming atmosphere. "First off, sit here-" She indicated a place a few meters away from herself. "And tell me what Neko taught you about chakra so far, not techniques mind you, but about chakra itself."
