She liked the elephants and meercats, but her favorite part was the other kids running around. xd

Ritza- Oh first zoo trip how fun. Is the wether still pretty nice over there?
Luna- your question was a while back, but as far as I can tell no allergies at all in the class. Atleast the allergy list was empty anyway. However peanut butter and nuts are forbbiden. I there for served celery with strawberry creamcheese. It turns out it's really good.

The weather has been gorgeous lately. I think the high was in the 70s on Friday when we went to the zoo. Here's my favorite picture from the trip: In twelve hours it's time for Zoe's 1st birthday party. I'd better go get some sleep!

Happy birthday, Lauren! Aliena, I hope you and your family had a great day!
Zoe's party went really well. I'm worn out now though.

Thanks!
Had a horrible experience this morning at the pediatrician for Lauren's 1 year checkup. No baby should have to wait over an hour for the doctor to see her after she's been given 5 shots! My blood was boiling by the time he finally came in because she was so miserable. Not to mention this one hasn't seen her since she was a month old and doesn't know her light weight situation beyond what he sees on the chart. I have no clue where the other docs went off to, but I think it's time to find a new one. One who won't keep her waiting so long in misery and who'll see her consistently. She's been getting passed off from doctor to doctor all year and it's frustrating!

I'm so sorry you had to go through that.
I got lucky with D. He goes to a really small clinic. He even has his own nurse. He normally got his shots after the check up.
Oh and when D got his one year shots he was miserable sick for a few days afterwards.

She's been getting passed off from doctor to doctor all year and it's frustrating! You should try a smaller pediatrician specifically (I don't know if you see a general family practice doc or not). I know I ALWAYS see the same Ped unless I bring one of the girls in horribly sick and my doc is out. BUT there are ONLY three doctors in the practice. So, we've met them all and they are are all generally familiar with us. It's great. Or you can call around and express your concern to furture places tell them you want to see one doc and one doc ONLY and if they can't accomodate call around. OR even call up the insurance company whoever it is and ask them if they could help you with some numbers of doctors that they recommend for patient satisfaction.
