Yeah, one guy was making fun of that. He was 3 hours in the game, and made a list of all things that happened before he got control of Sora. I remember "people flying off in odd angles" and "icecream bars consumed" were two items on the list.

The guy's right. They all love to eat ice cream. In fact, Sora's front pic at the intro (where you hit Load or New Game) is him eating ice cream.
Hey! I had to run two miles to get it with my own money...
I only failed two classes, sheesh, what's the big deal...
