Spike-Draconious Keola-Kun Opening her eyes again, she watches him walk, cocking her head a bit. "You look sad. Why?" *He stops for a minute and looks to her* I...don't know... *He sits down and lays back in the grass* She looks at him, worriedly and crawls over, looking him in the face. "You should know what's making you sad."

Keola-Kun She frowns at him, sitting tailor style in front of him, their knees almost touching. "You're not happy..." Happy...no. It takes a tremendous amount of joy to bring me happiness... Sometimes I wonder if I'm even meant to feel the emotion of happiness...

Spike-Draconious Keola-Kun She frowns at him, sitting tailor style in front of him, their knees almost touching. "You're not happy..." Happy...no. It takes a tremendous amount of joy to bring me happiness... Sometimes I wonder if I'm even meant to feel the emotion of happiness... Her expression softens a bit and she bites her lip, more worried then ever. She throws her arms around his neck, hugging him tightly. "Oh... Please don't be sad... I don't like seeing you sad. Everyone's meant to feel happy... please... be happy..."

I don't like seeing you sad. Everyone's meant to feel happy... please... be happy..." *Surprised, he sits fully up* It is ok. I am content with the absence of happiness... If I don't get happy, then I can't get hurt in the end...

If I don't get happy, then I can't get hurt in the end... She looks at him sadly, moving away a little. "I'm sorry... I never meant to..." She pulls her knees up to her chest. "It sucks to hurt... it's awful... I know... But isn't it worth it in the end? Even if you're only happy for such a short time? Don't you believe that maybe it is better to have loved and lost... than to have never loved at all?" She shrugs a little, hugging her knees. "I like to think so..."

On the inside...?" *He sighs and sits on the edge, his legs dangling off* On the inside...It's hard to explain... There's hardly any positive memories of the past... Only the negative ones were kept... It's better to keep most things to yourself, cause no matter what you do, someone always looks down upon you... Including yourself...

She crawls over to him, her legs dangling over the edge next to his. She kicks them a little, idly. "Maybe the negative memories are best forgotten. You should make new memories, with your friends. Positive ones. Don't you think? Maybe then, you'll be happy."
