As Blair returned his affection, Garaden again felt that 'climbing up the wall while standing still' urge. His tail was wagging with repressed frenzy. Hearing Atreyu, Garaden stared at him in a confused daze, almost as if he had forgotten anyone else was there. His head cleared quickly though. If Atreyu came over now... it must be important. He gave Blair a small, reassuring smile. "It must be urgent, so I'll see what he needs," He leaned so his mouth was near her ear. "But I'll come back for you. I promise." Licking her cheek, he turned to Atreyu and nodded.
"...yea'... goo' nigh'..." Nuzzling his nose against Fiorenza's neck, trying to stay awake, Enigma quickly fell asleep.

"We should do this again." Kai said with a nod. "And maybe we'll have a singing contest... though, I sure know I'll be the winner." Kai held his head up high and wagged his tail with pride.
Atreyu hid his smirk at the way Blair and Garaden were acting towards each other and he turned and moved a little bit away from Blair and sat down. When he knew he had Garaden's attention at the young wolf's nod, Atreyu looked at Garaden intently and then nodded.
"Right, I wanted to speak with you earlier about this, as I said, but you were pretty 'preoccupied' for the majority of the night. I was actually going to extend to you an opportunity of sorts. You have every right to say no to this offer, but I just wanted to give you something to think about."
Atreyu looked away for a second at the other knights and twitched his tail. "I feel like a very important quest will be coming up and I would like to know that, if this quest did pop up, you would like to accompany us ...as a knight-in-training."
Atreyu looked back at Garaden and wrapped his tail around his paws.
Endless nodded.
"I think curling up next to a nice fire on a large pillow sounds like a good way to spend the day." Endless moved closer to Rudolf, sitting beside him and she watched him look over to Atreyu. She looked as well and then back at Rudolf. "Is there something wrong?"
Blair shivered when she felt his mouth against her ear and nodded her head to Garaden. With her tail wrapped around her paws, Blair sat patiently and looked after Garaden as he went to speak with Atreyu. She turned to look at the door and wondered if she would have to leave soon to rejoin her mother and sister. She hoped they didn't her so soon...

Fiorenza smiled as she heard Enigma fall asleep. She followed his example and fell into a wonder dream.
Ammy snickered at what Kai said. She nodded in a way that said sure sure, what ever you say. She looked around and noticed that everyone was falling asleep. She shook her head and ran out the door quickly. She found a hallway closet that Blue had stuffed pillows and blankets into. She pulled out several of each and dragged them back to the room. She placed a pillow under Fiorenza and draped a blanket over her and Enigma. She barked at Kai to do the same for Gerwulf and Tilly.
Rudolf stiffened when Endless moved closer to him. He shook his head. "No wrong nothing." He said scooting closer, "Sounds idea good. Living room perhaps lay day one fire by." He thought about lying with Endless by the fire in the living room; it would be a great way to spend a day.

Naito looked at the others. "Guess I didn't miss anything then." He sat down close to the fire as he stared into it. "I always wondered who my true parents were."

Tapping his tail against the floor, Garaden sat next to Atreyu eager to hear what was up but also eager to get back to Blair. Who knew you could feel this good?! He smiled bashfully at being called 'preoccupied.' "That's one way to put it." He muttered. At Atreyu's proposition Garaden's tail stilled where it was, tip in the air and whispered in awe. "Me? A... knight?" He bounced up onto all fours. "Are you serious?!?! Me?!! How does it work? Is it hard? Will I get a title like the others? How-" Wincing shamefully for reverting to his childhood compulsion, he sat down quickly. "Sorry..." He whispered, flashing a fearful glance at Blair and down back to Atreyu's paws. "You sure you want me...?"
Halcyon rejoined Naito where he sat. "Sometimes I do, too." She said softly. "All I remember is the sound of the sea." She smiled, the thought of the sound was comforting to her.

"Great, just because I'm wide awake, I have to take care of all the dummies that decided to fall asleep. Yeah, yeah, yeah." He said to Ammy, barking back at her. He ran to the hall closet, following Ammy's scent and grabbed blanket and pillow. He trotted back into the room and threw the blanket over Ger's head and laid the pillow beside Tilly. He poked at the small, colorful puppy with his paw slightly to tell her she could use the pillow.
Atreyu nodded his head and then laughed. He did miss all the questions the young wolf would pester him with.
"Of course, of course. In due time, you'll get a title but you must prove yourself worthy of a title through what you do during a quest and of course, you would be welcomed here. I would tell you an untruth to get your hopes up. Just think it over and tell me your response when you're ready."
"You should do it one day...I'm usually in the living room anyways. It's the only good view I have of the mountains..." A brief sad note entered her voice but was gone just as easily as it came. She looked to Rudolf and noticed he was closer to her. She felt her tail beginning to wag again along with her heart fluttering in her chest. "You should come there..."

Ammy barked at Kai telling him to get over it. She walked back to where she was sitting before and sat down satisfied.
Rudolf tilted his head at Endless when her voice sounded sad. "Where go? Room living mountains or?" He asked confused, "Join I you in room living shall I." He wagged his tail when her's wagged. He smiled at her wondering why the mountains made her sad.

Still embarassed, Garaden nodded slowly. "Okay, I'll think about it." Scratching his left leg with his right he cleared his throat hesitantly. "Just in case... if I don't get in... will I still be able to come here?"
Feeling a nudge, Tilly cracked open an eye to look at Kai. Peeking at the pillow she thumped her tail against the floor. Giving Kai a small yip she gently nabbed the pillow with her teeth pulling it close. She snuggled her body under Ger's chin up against his neck, and her head into the pillow with a happy sigh.

"Oh shut up." Kai barked to Ammy as he rejoined her. He sat down beside her and nudged her with his paw. "I'm surprised you aren't fast asleep after all those wicked moves you were doing last night during the dance."
Atreyu wasn't sure why Garaden wouldn't get in. He was pretty lax with things as it was. He nodded his head slowly.
"Yes, of course. This place is always open to you Garaden as if it were your home. As my daughter says, Mi Casa es tu casa." He laughed.
"The living room; I wouldn't want to travel all the way to the mountains. Too far away." Endless said, though, at his answer, she perked up and closed her eyes; smiling happily. "Good! I look forward to it then Rudolf."
Blair looked to Garaden out of the corner of her eye and watched him; wondering what Atreyu was saying to him.

Ammy poked Kai back. She barked saying she hardly ever got tired, she never could use up all of her energy.
Ger felt something thrown on his back. He opened an eye and saw a blanket was on him. He smiled at the gesture. He sighed when Tilly snuggled up against him on the pillow.
"Oh." Rudolf said, "See I." He smiled at Endless happy that she was looking forward to them laying by the fire in the living room. "Now to what do?" He asked to no one in particular.

Sei- sweatdrop I got a little ahead of myself... my bad
Halcyon shrugged slowly. "I think I did. I seem to remember more about it as the days go on. The memories always include the sound of water... and they make me happy. It makes sense that I'd live there if it makes me feel like that."
Though he didn't understand what Atreyu said his daughter would say, he took it as a good thing and gave Atreyu a shy smile. "Okay, thanks. I'mah, Im gonna go think about it..." He nodded his head in a half bow and slowly trotted back to Blair, his mind sludging along. He was trying to see himself as a knight, measuring up to Ivan and Ateryu, wondering if the others would accept him, and praying he wouldn't make a fool of himself when the time came. Plopping down in front of Blair, he looked up at her. Suddenly his mind went from sludge to water rushing through rapids and he started to get dizzy. Unable to think clearly, he clung to the sight of Blair standing in front of him like she was a life preserver. A goofy/dizzy grin spread across his maw.

Corny-It's alright. I'm rping with an old friend at the same time while doing this, plus I'm falling asleep
Naito smiled a bit. "Well at least you have one memory. I can't remember anything except waundering through the woods. It makes me wonder why I was so desperate to find a family. I mean the knights are family, but I don't think I have a true family."

"Heh, I wish I had your energy." Kai stretched and shook, fluffing his fur out. "But with everyone heading to sleep, it's a complete bummer. I hope they decide to wake up soon because I have a few jokes that I want to tell them."
Atreyu nodded to Garaden and watched him walk back to Blair. He stretched and moved to the red food bowl and laid down, curling around it comfortably. He yawned laid his head on his paws. Dagger walked into the room tiredly and crossed the room, nodding his head to some of the people still awake and laid down beside his mate.
Endless looked around the room and laughed quietly to herself.
"Well, I think everyone is going to sleep." She stifled a yawn and shook her head. "I'm guessing Atreyu is alright with everyone crashing here it seems."
Closing her eyes, Endless slowly slid to the floor and laid down beside Rudolf, resting herself slightly against him.
Blair was pulled out of her thoughts when she sensed Garaden joining her again. She looked to him and noticed his strange smile on his maw. Tilting her head, she leaned towards him and brushed her nose aganist his to get him out of his daze.
"So what did Atreyu want?" She asked, continuing to brush against his nose.
Wrapped in a small cloak she had Astraia make for her, a young mysterious moonlit stepped into the sitting room and paused inside. She sat down and peered around the room.
"So this is it I guess." She said softly, "Hello..." She called to them.

Ammy smiled at Kai. She barked saying tell me one. Her ears perked up when a soft voice reached her ears. She turned around and spotted a young cloaked wolf. She barked loudly saying hello. She hoped she had barked loud enough to wake the others.
Ger woke up at Ammy's bark. He looked around wondering what was going on. He laid his head down keeping his eyes open in case he was needed.
Rudolf nodded. "Seem it be." He said laying down next to Endless. He made sure he was close enough in case she wanted to lean on him more. He was starting to fall asleep when Ammy barked. He jerked his head up to see who had entered the room.
