Kaosu raised an eyebrow at what Haro had said. When Haro grabbed ahold of his ankle, he figured what was going to happen. When Haro twisted, Kaosu turned his whole body with it. Then, just as Haro winded back for the strike, a miniature plan formed in Kaosu's head.
When he went out for the strike, Kaosu pivoted around his twisted ankle, freeing it from the pressure. He landed on one central foot once again and quickly acted once again. He leaned forward and pulled his foot out of Haro's grip, his leaning frame avoiding the blow to his windpipe. He rolled forward and got back to his feet. He spun around and threw up his hands. "What in all of hell are you talking about, Haro? Hunh? What, did you decide to take a few shots from the local bar or something? I'm me! Kaosu Ranmyaku!!!" He stepped toward Haro, grabbing his gi, and placed his face right next to Haro's. "What makes you think I'm not me, hunh? Gimme one reason!" He pushed Haro towards the ground, both disgusted and curious about his behavior. It wasn't meant to hurt him, but Kaosu was pissed now.

Ugu then used a shunpo, too, and attempted to hack his blade into his opponent's open backside. Hopefully his blade would land on his opponent, but the chances of it seemed nill. His opponent seemed to be a small bit faster than him, and seemed to be quite a bit more accurate as well. A frown soon appeared on his lips as he grimly withdrew his blade after three quick jabs at his opponent's back.

Iba's eyes moved to look back seeing Ugu a bit, he turned quickly blocking the strikes as they came towards him with complete accuracy. Sparks began to fly from the force the zampakuto were meeting each other at.

"I'll show you how a true hadou technique is done," Iba smiled and then stabbed his zampakuto into the ground. "Oh ruler, mask of flesh and blood, all creations of the universe, fluttering of the wings, ye who bears the name of man! Truth and temperance, strike but slightly your claw upon this wall which feigns ignorance of sin!" he said the incantations. "Hadou #33 Sokatsui!" he shouted firing a blue fireball from his palm at near point blank range at Ugu.

Iba followed his attack, and grabbed his zampakuto. Charging into the blast slashing infront of him wildly hoping to hit something. He was smiling as he swung his zampakuto. He was enjoying the fight alot. This was a mistake. If Ugu could only exploit it.

He quickly fell into his right knee, and the hadou zipped over his head. 'Crap,' he quickly thought as he shifted back onto his feet. His sword quickly raised itself to block his opponent's attacks, but was too slow to block the oncoming strikes. One of Iba Kimigahara's slashes sped past Ugu's defensives and caused a monstrous gash on his right arm.
Shrugging it off quickly, Ugu jumped a meter backwards. With his long blade tightly held with his two hands he began to stab at his opponent from afar. With each strike he shifted his feet backwards, adding a small bit more energy to each of his thrusts. Hopefully he'd be able to land a blow. Hopefully.

Rikatsu looks down at Hikari, his soft smile dispelling any possible thought of condescension. "Hai, I am afraid so." Smiling a little wider, he quickly reassures her, "Though if you have no training in that area, I have little enough. No more than the basics of my family's style really. So you are at no real disadvantage there."
Glancing up from her, he surveys the area, noting the surrounding rocks and the distance from the other combatants. "This should do." Having noted his sparring partner's earlier look of distaste at the idea of putting aside her weapon, Rikatsu sighs to himself then begins unwrapping his wrists. In a complicated series of motions he unwraps his dual fighting sticks, one of obsidian bound in silver, the other silver with obsidian caps.
Regretfully he uses the pristine white silk bindings to wrap them together then places them atop a convenient outcrop. Turning to Hikari he smiles that gentle soft smile of his. "Anytime you are ready to begin Hikari-chan, I do understand your reluctance. I would much rather be using my weapons as well." He gestures towards his weapons, then falls into his odd fighting stance; his left foot forward and both arms held loose at his sides. "Whenever you are ready."

Banriyu nodded and stepped to the Nagi's side. He crossed his arms over his chest and waited patiently. Still smiling he gazed up into the sky watching the clouds float by while tuning out the sounds of clinking swords and the grunts of combat.

Tsai Lin Tsai was not slammed but was tossed due to the lack of grip that Shunketsu possessed in his attack. It allowed Tsai to somersault landing on his hands quickly returning to his feet ready to attack again. This battle was taking a bit longer than he had expected. This newbie may be highly talented in combat.

Tsai ran towards Shunketsu for another attack. He swayed away from his direct route on his way to him at first then swayed back into the straight line and threw a powerful punch towards Shunketsu's gut. He then lifted his knee hoping to use a human's natural reaction of the movement and hit Shunketsu's head as it came down.

+8(27)/+5(16) Dodge: +17(25)/Autododge Rather fatigued by this stage, fighting against an opponent that seems to counter and avoid anything and everything Shunketsu threw at him, it took a full punch to the gut to snap him back to his senses, just in time to see a knee coming for his face. Quickly pushing it off to the side with his left arm, Shunketsu delivered an uppercut with his right aimed once again for Tsai's chin. Since he was leaning forward from the punch to the gut, the uppercut had enough power to do some damage if it would only hit... Attack: +4(22)

Tsai leaned his head back trying his best to avoid the well used uppercut. The force of the uppercut was felt by Tsai even from where he was. He backed away gaining a bit of space. He assumed a defensive stance just incase his opponent used that as a distraction but nothing came. He began to surge forward again.

A few feet from his opponent, Tsai dropped into a sort of slide, then using one hand as support, he began kicking forward whiling sliding. "Nice uppercut, too bad that didn't hit, that'd probably knock me out," he complimented his opponent's efforts.

Unarmed Damage: 1 - ? Hikari doesn't even have an unarmed style. "Hmph..." she trails off as she walks over to the same stone. She takes a moment to look at her blade. "You behave. No going all cool like 'cause you're jealous." She is, strangely enough, talking to her blade as if it would unseal itself on its own not realizing what it actually takes. She walks back over and observes Rikatsu's stance. Hikari has this curious look on her face as she tries to figure out what she's supposed to do. She tries her standard, dual-weilding stance, but it doesn't feel right.
She holds her left hand down near her thigh, fisted almost as if grasping something, while her same foot is angled in front of her. Her right foot is back and forward while same hand is about two inches from her stomach/waist area. It's an amateur stance indicitive of an unsure offense but strong defense. She has room to improve, but she still shows that she understands the basics of at least sword combat. This stance would allow for a quick jump and near instant build of momentum...with a sword that is.
Still. Hikari wears a scowl. Without her zanpakutou and sheath, this just doesn't feel right...or look right for that matter. "So... Who starts, Kihe-san?"

((I think base unarmed damage is 1-5, I'm really not sure tho sweatdrop ))
Rikatsu grins in honest amusement. His own style emphasizing defense over offense, or at least turning defense 'into' offense. "It seems we have similar philosophies of combat." He gestures behind her at the other fighters. "None of the others seem to have a really set stance, and it appears as though they have all created their own individual styles for themselves."
He looks the youngster over. "Hmm, honest naivety or calculation. Her stance seems uncertain....ah well, either way." Seeming to have reached some sort of decision, Rikatsu tries to give some pointers on common unarmed tactics, and the differences between armed and unarmed fighting. "For the most part its much the same, the same strategies work for both...." Seeing the somewhat bored expression coming over his small new friend's face he trails off. "How about you just come at me however you will, and we'll see what we can figure out together." Grinning he motions her forward.

Completely unsure of herself, she barely manages what one might call an appropriate start. The problem is her tell is too obvious. She tries a pretty straight forward approach by coming around and strongly thrusting her right fist towards his left elbow.

Rikatsu leans almost imperceptibly back, Hikari's fist passing through the air just in front of him. "Good first blow, just remember that your hand does not have nearly the reach of your weapon and attempt to compensate."
Having overcompensated for his opponent's halfhearted strike, he rather clumsily moves his left leg in front of his opponent in an inept attempt to trip her.
