She was light and easy to carry to the couch. She lied on the couch not moving knowing it would burn through what little remaining life force of the blood she had taken a month ago.

She takes the cup and down it quickly before it loses it's warmth. Not a drop of blood was wasted on her lips. " Thank you Geo. "

She gets up from the couch and had grabbed an air horn from her work station. She squated down by Chris' head and nicely said " Wake up sleeping beauty or elses I am going to blow the air horn in your ear. " She whispered quietly. "1,2,3" She blew the air horn to startle him awake.

She tried not to laugh but had broken down laughing.she teared after laughing so hard.

She had been brought back her academy days when they would do that. " Good times . . . Good times. " She wiped the tears from her eyes as she held her stomach after laughing so hard.

She had gotten the speks for a mission as he ate and ran to get him. " Hey Chris you want payback? We have to get airborne now. " She had run back to the hanger to get the Aurora ready for flight as she waited for him to come.
