Remmy blushed. "Thanks, no one's ever told me that before." he said,putting his hand on hers. She had such a light, warming touch. It was wonderful and felt just like a soft caress. His other hand went up to her hair and he twisted a few strands in his fingers.

::smiles. she'd never really told anyone, but she loved it when someone brushed her hair, and the fact that he likes to touch it gives her a warm gooey feeling in her stomach (love that imagry, lol) and she rather liked the fact that she could make him blush so easily::

Remmy smiled gently at her and tilted his head slightly. He was still running his fingers through her hair. "You know, you really do have nice hair." he said, chuckling at how strange that sounded. He was so often at a loss of words around her.

Remmy chuckled, leaning forward to kiss her nose. "Or maybe I'm just good at guessing." he said, still smiling gently at her. His smile was always gentle when directed towards her, though she wouldn't be able to tell if that was the way he always was or if it was reserved specially for her since she really didn't have much to go on. But that certain gentle look was reserved for her alone, whether she knew it or not.

::smiles back. Yesterday at this time, it had been days since she smiled, but since then it seems to be her permanent expression. She seems to like scents like she likes colors. Since she just got out of the shower, she smells very strong at the moment, a sort of citrusy vanilla sugar blend, and the candles she'd lit earlier are all different flower scents, giving the room the feel of a garden. Or what she supposed a garden would smell like. The air purifiers take most of the scent out of the air, leaving just a trace of it so as not to be overpowering. She rests her chin on his shoulder:: or maybe what I said earlier is true. What I think is written all over my face.

Remmy smiled and laid his head against hers. "Maybe, maybe not. You'll just never know." he said, kissing the top of her head and playing with her hair. He put his arm around her shoulders and pulled her close.

::the telephone rings. Freddy disentangles herself to get up to answer it. Going into the kitchen, she picks up the phone and talks for a few minutes. Comes back into the living room:: I've got some more work to do. Apparently, one of my paintings was destroyed en route, and there's a show tonight.

"Ah." Remmy suspected foul play, otherwise why would one of her paintings have been destroyed. "I can take them to the gallery for you from now on if you want." he said.
