My comp has been acting screwy and after some work and the discovery of over 3300 viruses, it's been decided that it's going to garbage. Until we can find a new computer, I won't be on internet anything, unless I'm at a library. so you probably won't see me for a few weeks, I'm hoping it won't take longer than that to find and buy another computer. crying

Well, I just got done updating the first half of my RP. Now on to the second part with Sol and Serai.
I'm thinking of adding another RP but this one is going to be a regular modern one. The reason I don't say high school is because that is too restrictive in my opinion. Plus they're the easiest ones to do (less imaginative but more dramatic).
We need more serious guild members though. Well not SERIOUS but people who will at least come back every two weeks or so.

yeah but there isn't much we can do in the way of advertising
i sytematically go through the gaia anime forum and invite random people which sometimes works but they typically only last a month before they stop coming...

Yeah. Mago says that I should update the Gaming sub-forum. Also he suggests another event. Though there isn't anything except maybe Easter.

i'm inclined to leave them in the main forum or put them in the encyclopedia sub-forum...

I vote main forum.
Anyway, I think any event is a good idea. I'm not sure what you could do for St. Patricks day. Maybe we could do a week long "Find the Lepurchan" Event! I could draw a little lepurchan and then we could go and edit it in to one of the threads in the guild. And who ever correctly posts it's location in the event thread wins something!

First off, ditto on the Main forum. The encyclopedia is just that. Second, the reason I didn't pick St. Patrick's day was because not many people consider it a holiday. But with Epsilon's idea, I think we have something to roll with now. Maybe put a small leprecaun picture on a thread (if its too big, its no fun). Lastly, I thought we had more anime related encyclopedia threads than the ones posted in there. its sortah erie. Where'd they go?

it takes you back to the older topics, it's a bit confusing though
and on the st.patricks thing
maybe the theme could be Going Green
and any posts done not in green that day, or any of the avatars posting who aren't wearing green gets some sort of penalty? (nothing big maybe everyone who catches them goes and put a comment on their profile), etc.
and the best green costume contest
this could be fun twisted ...

Don't get me wrong. All power to it. I'm part Irish myself (great grandfather). I'm all for it but I still don't think its that great.
