((have you decided on a squad name Brutus?))
Having just returned from his similarly fruitless search, Barsul grinned as he saw Tom take his stealthboy and activate it. "It'll be that way then?...well what're we waiting for?" Even as he finished speaking, Barsul had reached the crate and removed a stealthboy unit- turning it on as soon as he'd secured it to himself. "hmm...this is pretty interesting. i'm used to actually being able to see my hand in front of my face.."

"Thats one of the down sides of the devices, you cant see yourself. Another caution, dont carry anymore than what you need. The stealthboys can only cover so much of a serfice area. Mine had to be modifyed heavily with 3 more stealth devices crammed into it to cover my whole body. Everyone suit up and when we're ready we can head on out and kick some a**."
(( Keebon has decided that he is not intrested in this RP, and thusly will no longer be participating. Just wanted to let u guys know.))

((thanks for that))
"Alright. one sec.." After a moment, Barsul reappeared and pulled his P90 from his back- tossing it into the bunker before checking to make sure the rest of his equipment was all in place- so as to avoid grabbing the wrong weapon, throwing the wrong grenade, or finding himself unarmed and groping for something to defend himself with. "I suppose the P90's a little overkill..the sniper, pistol, assault rifle, grenades, and close-quarters stuff should do just fine."
With that said, Barsul reactivated his stealthboy unit, and waited for the others.
"Brutus- one more question. radios on this mission? simple radio-headsets or earpieces is all i'm suggesting. it'll be hard enough goin in invisible for the first time without losing track of each other and not hearing orders."

"Gotcha covered, Barsul," came Tom's disembodied voice. Shimmering into a transparent, yet visible, state, the mechanic fished around in his side pouch before producing a handful of earpieces. Pausing to set each to the same channel, he held them out to the squad. "Remember to whisper," he warned, setting his radio to the same frequency. "Invisibility's kind of a crock if yer too loud to make use of it." Turning back towards Brutus, he grinned and patted his scanner. "A step ahead of ya, chief. I've got one raider signal in the south, and several broadcasting out of the east. I figure the southern signal's prolly another scouting party, and the more concentrated signals are their main force."

::Bio smirks a bit as he rubs the back of his head, glancing over his shoulder at Lyanah:: Well...didn't go quite according to plan. ::He walks over to the crate of stealthboys and pulls one out. He situates it around his waist and turns it on. A high-pitched hum erupts from the machine as it completely cloaks him. The hum reaches an audible level that no human being can hear as it becomes fully functionable. Bio reaches into his coat and pulls out his desert eagle. He then drops it and watches the gun quickly become visable as it hits the ground:: I guess anything we come in contact with can become cloaked aswell? Do we have control over what can dissapear and what stays visible, Brutus?

Barsul was grinning again when Tom pulled the radios out. "Good thinkin. Which groups go down first?" He was refering to the many raider groups on Tom's radar. As he awaited an answer, he chuckled again at the sight of Bio still rubbing his head.

"We could split up. The scouting party wont be a huge threat, hell i killed a whole one by myself. The only problem i have against going to get the scouting group is that they might just be a distraction or a trap. Going after the larger camp might be the smarter move here. To answer your question Bio, the only things that are cloaked are what you touch, and even then the StelthBoy can only cover so much of an area. Just about anything you can manipulate can be cloaked, just be careful because if you over step the devise's boundries it back fires and shuts down on you. So do be careful."

Tom nods as he listens to Brutus' thoughts on the matter, the effect a little dizzying in his semi-transparent state. "Only thing that bothers me is the idea of getting flanked," he mutters, glancing south. "Though if we're all stealthed, I guess it's kinda unlikely..."

Barsul had his head down- invisible, but thinking. "hm...that's true, but i wouldn't take any chances. Splitting up might be the way to go- how many do we have here?"

::Bio attatches a small headset to his ear:: Right, I think Brutus has the right idea. So what's the plan then?

Lyanah laughed slightly at Bio as he rubbed his head and then grabbed her own StelthBoy securing it tightly around her waist and checking to make sure that it worked. Then turning it off she checked to make sure that her knives were still there and her handgun was secure as well. "Well then, i can understand Brutus's logic here. But if we did send out some people on stelth to get the smaller group and then sent some others behind them, then if it was a trap we would be ready for it anyways. But it all depends on what you guys think is most important to take out first and all."

::Bio nodds to Lyanah's suggestion as he pulls at the wrists of his black leather gloves to make them tighter.:: That's a smart move. Reconnaissance. Perhaps one of us could go into thier camp and place a bug near one of thier central meeting places, that way we can keep an ear on thier movements. We could even find out what frequency thier radios are operating on so we can intercept any transmissions...that is if this group of raiders is sophisticated enough to use radios.

Barsul nodded again. "While the small group might be a trap, a little recon wouldn't hurt..Lyanah's idea makes sense. a small group of us run ahead to check it out with the bulk behind."

"Id probibly just slow you guys down........" Brutus thought to himself for a moment. There was him, Lyana, Bio, Barsul, and tom. He thought there might have been someone else, but with Keebz's resognation he thought he had everyone. ((Is that really everyone? I wrote it down someplace but cant find it sweatdrop )) "In either case, less than half the group should go. Two of you should go and find out whats what. Ill let you decide who would be best. Ill stay here witht he others and await a signal. Radio us witht he radios on your stealth boys and let us know what's going on." Brutus took a step back. This squad was to be diffrent than his own. "We are to all function together,a nd so we shall all make he decisions." Brutus' think out loud startled even himself.
