No sooner had he missed, she'd reacted. Swiftly jerking his torso backward several inches, Dynast made to dodge Riyo's attempt to headbutt him in the gut and just barely avoided it. Levitation as his aid, he floated backward a yard in order to regain his proper footing without her in the way. This took only an instant before he literally flew, roughly a foot from the ground, back at Riyo with one knee raised as he rotated sideways and aimed to return a strike to the stomach. "Fun? Not yet."

"But, what abo-? Wait!" Sphinx had shouted, reaching out to stop Hitsu, only to trail off as Hitsu quickly dragged Vash away. Left with one hand hovering in the air, his mind screaming about just how bad of an idea this was. In fact, he listened to it. He turned back to those gathered nearby, took one quick look at Dynast and Riyo, then turned his attention to Yuki. "Yuki! Stay here!" He shouted, and took off in the direction Hitsu and Vash had gone.

Yuki nodded in response to Poke's question, though he took a moment to get rid of what blood still remained in his mouth. At least this time he was considerate enough to spit in the opposite direction she was standing. "You name it, I can grow it back. Blood, flesh, bone and organs..." He trailed off, "Limbs? That's not so easy." Then, Sphinx had shouted at him. "Huh?" Yuki replied, eyes growing wide as Sphinx left sight. "Wait..." He said, "Where's everybody going!?" Looking toward Riyo and Dynast, he muttered to Poke. "Well, looks like it's just you and me if he takes her out." He peered catiously up at the massive beast that was Riyo's Dialga, wondering just what it might do if it's master was unconscious. If that happened, he was hauling a** out of the way before waiting to find out.

Genken hadn't wasted any time in taking off in chase of the girl, though even in his gallop he seemed just short of catching up as quickly as he would have liked to. Then, out of the blue, something fluttered into his path, and the Houndoom barely slowed in time to keep from crashing into the Pidgey. Once he'd realized that it was nothing but a tiny bird that had startled him, he snarled. ~How dare you get in the way of my game!~ With this, the beast lunged at the Pidgey. However, much to his surprise, something caught one of his hind legs in mid-leap, and sent him crashing to the pavement.

"There!" Hitsu shouted, apparently too concerned about finding Inu quickly, than about paying too close attention to what Vash had been talking about. As she called out, she pointed ahead of them toward the small swirling pillar of wind that rose just above the smaller rooftops. "They've found something!" Seeing as she'd released his sleeve once he'd done well enough to follow, he was left to catch up as Hitsu dashed off in the direction Fallen had sent the signal from. She knew it would likely be Genken, but he was one of her biggest concerns. Once they found him, she prayed they would also find Inu.

being the braniac that she was, she then looked at him and tried to imagine yuki regenrating half his stomach, and then looked down and...decided to change the subject quite quickly. "What the hell is that girl doing?" she said out loud, watchng riyo cough up blood. "That has to mean internal damage right?" she stood up and took a few paces closer to the action. She didn't pay to much attention to what was happening to sphinx and hitsu however, as she was much more concerned about what dynast was going to do to hitsu, and also getting increasinly agitated.

*Fallen had been drifting from side to side after he dropped between the girl and the hound. His eyes watching the canine with a lazy stair. Being pushed back a little, he beat his wings to keep aloft.* "Your fun? Your game? Seems that your games are always the ones that hurt." He all but weeped drooping a little more, though he came back up from biting range. "When not try picking on someone your own size?" he cried out beating his wings, sending a fury of sand toward the hound, trying to blind him, unwilling to do any real damage, Fallen resorted on distractions. Over all, he hadn't seen the hound fall before he sent the sand, his eyes had closed to the tears that welled anew.

The blood was a glorious scent to his nose, but it wasn't what brought him real satisfaction. No, it was the pain itself that got him going. Riyo took hold of him, Dynast curled himself to reach for Riyo's wrists. Airborne? Of course he was. Leading her to believe she had that instant of control over him, but when she tried to send him toward the pavement there was a resistance. He was strong enough to keep himself up, and he smiled. "You don't honestly believe I'll let myself be grounded by a woman, do you?"

"Happened once, didn't it?" Yuki called loudly, though the hateful expression Dynast gave him quickly shut his mouth. Sure, they were fabrications, but their memories were as vivid as they were their own. Certain comments could, and did, cut deep.

His attention, clearly, was adverted. "You little maggot, as soon as I'm finish with her I'll be ripping our your throat with my bare hands." He hissed, tightening fists in anger.

Yuki leaned in closer to Poke, whispering. "He doesn't like being reminded."

"One of my Pokemon is loose." Hitsu explained quickly to Vash. "You remember the time that Inu bit Dynast? Think about that, concentrated into something that's the size of a doberman. Same attitude, same care for the safety of others, same desire to destroy things just for fun. Add the ability to breathe fire, and you've got the thing I'm looking for." She didn't slow down, and honestly she didn't much breathe in between sentences. The sooner they found Genken, the less she would have to worry. Not that she wouldn't still worry if they hadn't found Inu, this place wasn't free of freaks even when she and her team weren't here.

Yasha lowered her head against the Sand Attack, closing her eyes as not to be effected. The Pidgey was only trying to help, but as soon as the Umbreon released Genken she glared up at Fallen and barked harshly. ~Dry your eyes, so that you may see what you're doing!~

~Let go of me, b***h!~ Genken had snarled, as only a quick glance had given glimpse of the bright markings of the attacker. He withdrew his foot as soon as it had been released from the Umbreon's grasp, placing it gingerly on the ground as he stood. He quickly turned to face her, and the two stared furiously at each other for several moments, both growling. Sure, Yasha was shorter and fatter, but apparently had some sort of authority over him. Genken huffed, a small ember of flame puffing from between his maw. He sat back onto his haunches, teeth still bared, a low growl rumbling in his chest as Yasha waddled past him casually.

~Has he hurt you?~ Yasha asked, looking up to Inu as she drew close. Their first meeting, in person. The Umbreon had heard of this girl, as Hitsu was keen on telling tales of the company she kept when not in the region. ~I'm afraid he's not learned his place.~ She added, narrowing glowing crimson orbs as she peeked over her shoulder. ~Not yet. I will remedy this situation. He has been told not to attack the innocent humans...~

Mitsu stared uneasily at the houndoom and umbreon as they exchanged growls and furious stares. For a moment she was sure another pokemon had needless put itself in danger but to her surprise the houndoom backed down. A relieved sigh left Inu as her knees buckled and she met the ground in the sitting position. It wasn’t until now that she realized her heart was racing and she was barely able to keep up with it.

When the Umbreon addressed her, however, Mitsu seemed to be a bit nervous again. What kind of power did this pokemon possess that would make this houndoom react like he did? But when Yasha’s words finally sank in Mitsu stuttered in her reply finally regaining herself. “N..no I’m not hurt.” The Umbreon seemed concerned for her and even had an air about her as if she knew her. But she had never seen her before.

Vash listened intently as Hitsu described the other danger that loomed in this place. One of her own pokemon it seemed and just as dangerous as Dynast. “Well, that’s just peachy.” Vash stated in a sarcastic tone. Now if he wasn’t worried enough about Mitsu being lost now she was lost with a potential killer pokemon on the loose. A bit more determined to find her quickly Vash sped up keeping an eye on where he had seen the gust of wind and sand. Hopefully that would bring him closer to finding Mitsu safe and in one piece.

While Dynast was far from a gentleman, he was good enough to allow his victims to speak without interruption. Most of the time, anyway. A grin played upon his lips as Riyo verbally listed a few of the simpler things about him, his grip loosening just a bit. Not out of care for her discomfort, of course. The last of her words, frankly, confused him. The speaking of slicing, however, he seemed to catch onto. Withdrawing his grasp from one wrist, he lowered a hand to brush his fingertips across her cheek. "Is that what you want? I'd be happy to oblige, Darling."

Then, he glanced toward Yuki, and noticed that the girl he'd been standing with had vanished. Not a moment too soon, the sound of windswept cloth caught his ears. He ducked, moving to take hold of Riyo around the torso and pull her against his chest in what would certainly be an unwelcome embrace. He twisted in midair, aiming to put Riyo between he and his attacker. Meat shield? Absolutely. Not like there was anything that he would regret.

The Umbreon gave a quick nod, ~Good.~ Turning away from the girl, Yasha sat between she and the Houndoom. Apparently, to keep him away should he change his mind. One ear perked, and she glanced toward one end of the alley. Another Pokemon was coming, another of Hitsu's team.

Meinu, the Mightyena, surveyed those nearby. Genken was here, Yasha seemed to have him taken care of. ~I will never understand... How you have him wrapped around your paw.~ She said, mostly a thought spoken aloud. Cautiously, she approached the girl. There was barely a seconds hesitation as she looked at the girl, determining that this was the one she was supposed to be looking for. She lifted her head where she stood, and let out a howl to signal her location.

"They've found her!" Hitsu called to Vash, moving in the direction of the Mightyena's call. "She'll be safe, now that she has one of my Pokemon with her." She hoped, of course, that she hadn't been harmed already.

In the back of Riyo's mind, she was enjoying the attention Dynast was giving her. She supposed after all the pain, somewhere along the line she'd become a masochist. She didn't expect the idle chit-chat to go on much longer, but savored it. It seemed strange when he loosened his grip, but even odder to her when she felt his hand slide across her cheek. A shiver went up her spine. "Actually, an omlette sounds lovely right now." Her instincts weren't liking this one bit. 'attack him while he's dropped his guard' they said. 'don't be stupid' they said... But instincts were there for survival. And what's the point of listening to them if nothing seems to kill you anymore?

The sudden embrace surprised her, but the attack didn't. Her eyes widened for a moment, then narrowed down at the ground. It was sad, she thought, that an embrace meant to kill her seemed like one of the few kind gestures she'd experienced in the longest of times. Willingly being held close to someone... In a sense, it was nice. But it didn't take away from her poor beaten stomach. As she opened her mouth to speak, blood began to steadily trickle out of her mouth. They'd always aim for the gut. "Darn... And my pee was just starting to turn a normal color. Looks like it's back to red for me..." She said with a smile.
