Wrath let the shinobi's weapon curl around his body to bind him. "I appreciate it very much Ms.Michiyo for you allowing me and my comrades to get more comfortable. And I am fine with being bound but I would like to try to walk on my own." Wrath replied. He struggled to get up normally so he fell to his side and rolled onto his knees and lifted himself up using his left leg alone. He obviously wouldn't be able to walk properly because his right leg was paralyzed. He was going to have to hop.

[Wraths right leg is no longer paralyzed but his left is.]
As Wrath attempted to lift himself with his left leg it went limp. Causing him to fall back to the ground. "I'm unable to move my left leg." Wrath announced as he tried to lift himself back up with his right leg this time. He was able to use his right leg again yet it was still numb and still weaker than normal. Wrath had never felt these kind of effects from a genjutsu before but he had never let anyone do this time him before either. Perhaps there was a first time for everything.

Fubuki Arya wandered into the clearing, a clearly confused expression on her pale face. Certainly, in almost a decade...many new places had sprung up around the village. Different stores mostly...but if the Fubuki looked, she would still see old "landmarks" around town that she had memorized. Tappa tappa. Shinobi and passing villagers eyed the purple-haired teenager curiously. Arya got the feeling she'll be detained soon enough...but perhaps that would be a good thing, considering she had no idea where in town was she...
How unseemingly... She mused to herself, expression blank. Which way to the village square now...? Voices...? The Hyouton user stopped short of turning the corner and stilled herself. A long moment passed and pale orbs widened. That voice, so familiar... Memories flooded her mind - ones of another girl, Kaida...and the scene changed to that of a pale haired young woman, their guardian and protector. But for the orphan, her dear saviour. Onee-sama...?

Nakamura watched and waited for Kusari to finish his bindings. Her ears picked up the sound of dirt shifting beneath Wrath's weight. Paralysis... I can only sense that it's an after effect of my jutsu... she thought to herself, almost feeling sorry for Wrath at that point. "Here..." Nakamura began, speaking calmly. She bent back down just enough for her right hand to touch the surface of the ground. Concentrating her chakra into a rather difficult shape, she slowly lifted her palm from the ground. While her palm rose, ice seemed to exuberate itself from her hand. The ice rested itself upon the ground, merely growing with each inch that Nakamura raised her hand.
When she was finished, a cushion of ice with two skiis sticking out of the front rested confidently upon the ground. "Sit on this. The rest will be easy." Nakamura said before jumping up to her feet. "I'll head there first to make sure it's alright. Try to get along untill you get there." she called while her body twisted just enough for it to look like she had looked away.
Turning to show them her face, a small smile creased on her lips before she took off at a rather speedy walk towards Amadeus' Office.

Wrath fell back onto the ice sled feeling slightly relieved he didn't have to hop across the village square. "Thank you Ms.Michiyo, your kindness is very much appreciated." He replied softly. How much long of this interrogation was he going to be put through, Wrath began to wonder. It was frustrating even though he didn't let it show. He just kept pushing his frustration to the back of his mind.

Kusari said nothing but simply dragged the boy upon the sled along behind him in silence following behind Nakamura. He didn't speak to the prisoner but did not lower his guard at all either. He hoped that at Amadeus office perhaps Kusari would get to teach this bouy a lesson or too, he was warry of young ones like this, they had ways of coming back...he was a shining testament to this fact. THen again, wasn['t this kind of thinking the exact same as those who had persecuted him? no, they had wanted him dead Kusair just wanted answers and then to teach a lesson.

Hm...? Pale violet eyes blinked once, rather curiously...as Arya eyed some weird man using - or more rather forced to use - Nakamura's ice sled. Following directly might result in misunderstandings...and somehow, she just didn't think the said weird man was in too pretty a situation. A tiny smile played on a lovely, albeit still childish face as the teenage Fubuki tucked a loose strand of pale purple hair away from her eyes and behind her ear and took to following the trio along the opposite alley. Taki wasn't that crowded...as long as she's able to keep sight of them, she should be fine off...

Hikaru hummed to himself and nodded as he finally heard Arashi speak. "Yes, this is my twin, Kaoru. Isn't he just the sexiest thing you've ever seen?" Hikaru laughed to himself as he felt Kaoru's hand harden in his. Kaoru never did appreciate Hikaru's comments about him. Kaoru's face stayed as hard and cold as always as he nodded his head in Arashi's direction. His eyes were still glued to Nakamura's position. Though his attention did waver between Kusari, who was still not on his good side, and Wrath. He wasn't really liking his nice attitude at the moment. Hikaru caught on to his brother's thoughts on the situation and understood why. He nudged his brother's side and gave him a wink. The movement got a little pink to pop up in Kaoru's cheeks as he wretched his hand out of his brother's grasp. "Kaoru-kun I'm sorry..." Hikaru begged as he tried to grab him brother's hand again unsuccessfully. He sighed and watched as his brother crossed his hands over his chest. As the group started leaving, Kaoru wished to follow. Hikaru sensed his uneasiness and nodded. "Come on Kaoru. I think you should get moving as well." He tapped his brother who then unclenched his hands from himself and allowed Hikaru to finally grasp one of his hands for his own. Hikaru smiled at him before beaming another brilliant smile at Arashi. "I think my brother needs to follow after something right now...It was nice to meet you. Are you coming too or do you have somewhere else to-" Hikaru was caught off as Kaoru started off, following the group behind Nakamura. Even if she didn't need the help...he'd be there just in case.

"Well, my mom is probably worried sick. It was nice meeting you, too." Arashi grabbed the grocery bags and ninja gear, and headed home. While he was walking, he was a slave to his thoughts. Hikaru's twin, what was his name....Kaoru.... His face was so cold. He shivered. There's something just not right about that pair...... they seem a little out of it. He shrugged and continued. He saw Arya and blushed. She's a pretty one.

"Well, are we all here then?" Amadeus said after a while and when Hiro and Saya had gathered. "Well let's go! Oto is officially one and a half days away, but I'm sure that we can all make it in a day! Let's dash! Race you to Oto- Oh, wait," Amadeus stopped thoughtfully. "I have to make a detour to pick up my bat partner. You'll like him, he's pretty awesome. He lives in the forest so it's pretty much on the way anyway. Even if it is the long way. So I'm sorry but we have to go through the caverns. Just treat it as training," Amadeus finished with an agreeable nod, smiling possibly only for himself?!

As the day lead on a mysterious rain cloud moved over the village and began to rain. What was strange about it was how quick it came but what was even more strange was that it was raining an oily black substance. It covered the entire village and many of the citizens. Quickly after the rain stopped everything erupted into flames cause wide panic and screams of terror in the streets. Anyone that was outside at the time might have been able to spot a large ball of fire cause the sea of fire from the village entrance. And out stepping from the flames walked an older man wear flowing red robes. As he continued traveling through the village he continued his path of destruction by killing anyone who dared to oppose him.

Suiton: Kokū no Jutsu (Water Release: Black Rain Technique)
This jutsu creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil.

[Entrance from the Bath Houses]
Nakamura stopped dead in her tracks when she saw what position the village was in. Fire... it was all around. The nightmares that haunted her past had come back to face her present. The flames that were lapping at the village made her eyes burn, but she did not let any tears fall. "No... I won't let it burn. They're depending on!" Nakamura said encouragingly to herself. She wasn't afraid of the fire, but, that didn't mean she was hesitant to try and put them out. HYOUSETSU!!!! AYALA!!!!! Please, Come to my aid! she called out within her mind. She was sure that they would be there momentarily, but right now, she had to put out the fires.
Instead of wasting her time, Nakamura's body shimmered, her body dissipating into nothingness only to re-appear ontop of one of the burning buildings. The moment her body made contact with the flames, her heat transference kicked into gear, sending out freezing chakra from her body to put the flames in their place. Instead of making smoke and steam, mist rose up from each building that Nakamura leapt upon. Her chakra and kekkai genkai leaving their icy mark from where the flames were.
While she darted around, she took notice of a single figure walking amidst the flames. He wasn't running away from them, that was obvious. It can't be... What would HE be doing here? she asked herself, slightly shaken from her revelation. Even though she figured out who was behind the attack on the village, she couldn't stop now, the village was burning.
Her body dissappeared and re-appeared several times around the village, her body doing it's best to put out the flames sending cool mist into the air as a replacement to the burning wooden ash. Nakamura breathed in a slow rythmic pattern in order to keep her chakra under control. The heat transference was taking a small toll on her body which was revealed in the icy puffs that escaped her lips as she exhaled.
When most of the fires were out, Nakamura dropped down in front of the Fire Master, stumbling slightly, causing her to drop to her right knee.
By the time that Nakamura had fallen to her knee, a large explosion of ice appeared to her right. The small particles that remained fell to the ground, revealing Hyousetsu. I'm here. It sounds like you've got some trouble on your hands. he said to her with a casual remark. He took a sniff of the air, and noticed that it had the scent of flame and frost. I take it that the one you want stopped is in front of you? he asked, his hackles beginning to slowly rise into peaks upon his back.
Nakamura was gratefull that Hyousetsu had arrived, and could only guess that Ayala would be following shortly after. Instead of speaking solely to Hyousetsu, Nakamura rose up from her knee into a standing postiion. What she didn't realize, was that she had managed to loose the ribbon that kept her hair in a large, neat pony-tail. Her hair had opened itself up, covering her entire back while swirling around her sides. It didn't even occur to her that her body was almost completely exposed.
"So... you've set your sites on The Waterfall Village.... a village... that will not loose to the likes of you." Nakamura said in a beyond-her-character's level of anger. She wasn't just unhappy, she was pissed off.
Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.
Cp cost: 1 per ft ((Estimating 200 feet))
Damage: N/A
Requirements: Dexterity 20+
Training days: 3 days.
Special: When rolling initiation checks or racing, or anything that involves speed, add chk mod to the dice roll.
Remaining Cp = 2380 **WAS back to normal from over 24 hours of no chakra use**

When the two figures appeared in front of the fire master he reacted quickly. He wasn't going to sit around a chat, he wanted to see blood. When the girl fell to one knee, the fire master threw two of his Hikari Dama (flash bombs) on the ground somewhere between the two of them. Instantly cause an enormous flash of binding light, since the fire master was the one who threw them he was able to time it when he needed to shut his eyes to avoid being blinded. His intentions were to blind both this young girl and her companion. Meanwhile with his free hand, he summoned chakra to it and created an elemental seal for each of his fingers. Then the fire master lunged at the young girl attempting to strike her.
Hikari Dama: A ball which emits a tremendous flash of light that can temporarily blind an opponent. It will also extend any shadows, which can be beneficial for techniques such as the Shadow Copy Skill (Kage Mane no Jutsu).
Effects: First round:
Blind: character attack roll is reduced by -30, character loses all dex bonus to his dodge bonus also attacker receives a +10 bonus on his attack rolls.
Next 10 rounds:
Blurry vision: Character penalty is reduced to -10 attack roll for 10 rounds, however this penalty acts like a count down that is reduced -1 every round. His dodge bonus suffers the same penalty however he can adds half of his dex modifier to his dodge.
CP:3285-80=3205
Gogyou Fuuin (Five Elements Seal)
The user forms an elemental seal on each of his fingers, one for each of the following five "elements": water, metal, earth, fire and wood. He uses this odd numbered seal to disrupt the effects of the even numbered Shishou Fuuin. The Gogyou Fuuin disrupts the ninja's ability to control his chakra.
Cp cost: 80
Special: Double the chakra cost is required for using jutsu after being hit with this seal.
*The victim of this seal cannot unseal it themselves.
*The effects of this seal last until someone else unseals them
*To apply seal, user must first activate the seal and then land a Taijutsu hit on the target. Blocking does not stop the seal from working

And so on in that order, any new comers will go after all of Rachels characters. Then fire master and then Rachel again. In that cycle. Generally how initiative and attack rounds work. But I just thought I would clarify and be sure that everyone is on the same page.

Wrath watched these events unfold in amazement. The shear power this man held. Wrath wanted it for himself and more. As he continued watching the mayhem and destruction he began to think to himself, I'm glad I came at this particular time. Otherwise I wouldn't have been able to see this man's face. One could only wonder what was really going through Wrath's sick and twisted mind what did he really have planned for this man. Wrath wasn't even sure if the fire master would perish here or not, he was just assuming. What if he was able to kill Nakamura and her companions along with that vermin from before? Would the master be weakened enough for Wrath to deliver the finishing blow? So many scenarios of what could happen. Only time would tell what actions Wrath would take.However that time was ever nearing closer ever second that passed.
