"Oh that would help but I don't even trust me moving from this spot right now." It was true, she was infamous for making the most innocent movements into something bad.

Love considers this, confused. "All right, Cala. If you'd prefer. I just want you comfortable and happy. That's what matter to me." He sits back, then looks up. "What if I got out of sight, could you go and cool off in a cold pool and then I'd return in a few minutes?"

Calanthia let out a tired laugh. "Love, with how cute you are, and the fact that I like you already as my friend, I would hunt you down in my current state of being. That is why I am being good. Cala turned her head to stare over to Love from her rock's position. Those violet eyes were darkened and looked hazy as if she was in a daze. "Just being my friend and not hating me is enough and makes me happy. Though, if I am to stay being good, saying such things about making me happy might start to break my will." She hid her blushing face away against her knees once more.

The air around her finally had chilled her down enough, after afew minutes drifted by painfully slow, that her violet eyes returned to their light color and she slowly got up. She walked over to Love with her hands clasped behind her, her head looking down at the ground in shame like a child who had misbehaved. "I'm sorry about all that Love." She felt bad. "I promise I will make it up to you." However, she didn't look up at him out of fear of what kind of expression he might be wearing after all that.

Love climbs out of the water and stands besides her. He reaches over and lifts her chin. "Cala... there is nothing to apologize for, there is nothing to make up for. I am just glad you are ok."

Cala was forced to look up at him and she stared up at him with a blink before she smiled. She took his hand that held her chin into her own and kissed the back of it. "Thank you for being such a good friend to me, Love." She then smiled brightly and turned to climb up onto one of the boulders and it was there that she sat down, lounging back. "Love, do you like to play games?" She glanced over at him with an innocent stare.

"The children generally come to me to talk about their crushes and their parents, they never seem to want to play with me. Young Bowen is currently going through a great deal of heartache, the poor child." He brushes a lock of hair from his eyes. "All those sound interesting though."

Cala rolled so that now she was on her stomach using her elbows to prop herself up to look at him curiously. "A child already filled with sorrow?" She pouted. "That sounds awful. What strange children you live with." She then sat up and smiled to him. "I think you would be lots of fun to play games with Love! Infact, we could go to the pool and play Marco Polo even if you want!"

Cala blinked and shook her head. "I will never understand the heart at all, nor feelings like what he must be experiencing. I just hope things work out for him." She then smiled to Love and slid off her rock onto the ground with a smile. "It will be us spending time at the lake and swimming at the same time!" She had her tail swaying brightly at the idea.
