Will shruged and gave the engin a small reve and let it glid down the the road. he didn't touch the thotle and they lasted about five miles before he had to give soem gas. Proud of his new berings and handy work the coninued down theraod with out insodent.

Kozue decided not to ask another question and just enjoy the ride. She sighed a bit and wondered if it normal for a person to enjoy things like sand as much as she did. She gave up the thought and rested her head on his shoulder while they drove.

Williambegain to woder if she was falling asleep when she rested her head on him. But she didn't seam like the one to fall asleep on a bike so he didnt pusue it. She seamed to be as happy as a person could be.
They passed another sign saying mall three miles ahead. He figured they stop there on the way back to the school. If nothing else at least he could use the restroom or some thing if she didn't want anything.

Kozue tugged on William and she lifted her head up from his shoulder.
"Have you decided where we're going to go?" Kozue didn't really care where they were going, but it made her feel better to know. She felt around in her pocket to see if the sand was still there. To her relief, it was.

"I think we should stop and get some thing to eat, or mabe streatch out our legs a bit.... Theres a mall not too far up the road.." As soon as he said it the mall came into view. "sheesh..." He was having second thoughts about going in there.

"Well the, let's go to the mall.' Kozue decided to keep it secert that this would be her first time to the mall. SHe knew other people got to go and she cursed herself for not being able to as well. The beach was one thing, public places were another.

Kai glanced over his shoulder as they arrived at the beach, his boots sinking into the sand and making it a bit more difficult for him to walk. He ignored this as he glanced back at Skylar, watching her twirl around. He raised an arm and placed it across his forehead, blocking some of the light from hitting his eyes. He definitely adjusted to darkenss more easily. He blinked, eyes widening just for a second as she said his name, then shook his head to push away the sudden wave of thoughts. "No, everything's fine," he assured her as he turned his head, gazing out over the water as the waves lapped gently against the shore.

Skylar paused, getting some sand between her foot and flipflops. "Ack, sand, sand, sand!" she laughed, falling down on the ground before removing her sandles. She carried them with her fingers, letting them just dangle before she ran to catch up with Kai. "Sand feels better on a persons feet then between them and the sandle!" she laughed; her grandpa told her that... she thought. She glanced around the beach, hearing the seaguls in the distance; it seemed to mostly be deserted. "Well, the only fight that could happen here is between us, so I think we're safe," she giggled.

Kai tilted his head at her, chuckling softly. "Yeah, I don't think I want to fight right now," he nodded and then looked back out over the sea. He frowned slightly but just for a moment, recalling the last and only time he'd been to this beach. Light had been here, and had supposedly been posessed or... something... He pushed the thought away quickly, the frowned faded entirely as he kicked absently at some of the sand, watching it fly and land in the water, a shower of small bits of dirt. He ran a hand through his hair and glanced back at Skylar, then up to the sky as he kept his other hand sheilding his eyes.

Kai shook his head again. "Nope, I'm perfectly fine," he assured her once again. He stepped back swiftly to avoid the water she splashed, but laughed along with her. "It is?" he grinned, debating wether to throw her in or not. But that would probably mean getting himself wet, and he wasn't sure if he wanted to do that just yet. Then again, he'd been told ocea water was good for injuries... He remained standing where he was though, out of the water's reach as he watched her sinking slowly. "Careful you don't disappear entirely," he grinned.

"I'm not that short!!" she said again, turning around, her arms crossed. She glared at him for a moment before breaking down in laughter. "Seriously, though, I'm not short!" she protested once again, twirling in a circle on one foot. A wave, however, came crashing forcfully into the exposed back part of her foot, the pressure causing her to be swept up and knocking her backwards. Her back colided with the water, creating a splash big enough to engulf her. As the water recided, sparkling and falling like raindrops, she just sat there, soaking wet.

Kai raised a brow at her in amusement. "I never said you were short," he laughed, shaking his head. His eyes widened again as she fell and he jumped forward, to help her, but reacted too slowly. As the water flew up, some directed itself towards him. He blinked and instantly a wall of ice appeared before him, then crashed back down into the sand. It served its purpose as a shield though. He walked forward again cautiously, boots sinking even further into the wet sand than the dry. "You ok?" he asked, trying to keep himself from laughing as he offered her a hand.

Skylar looked up at him and nodded her head. "I'm fine... just soaking," she laughed, taking his hand as help to get up. "I shoulda pulled you in," she said, looking behind her at the water, "that woulda been funny... but mean. All the same," she said, looking at him, "I dont' think you'd like that to much." She looked down, at her sopping clothes, and sighed; at least it wasn't white clothing, right? "So, now that I'm wet, what shall we do?" she questioned, glad no annoying persons were there; and hopefully they wouldn't be coming.
