Madison was a little shocked that he had taken it so well. Let alone returned the gesture.
She stopped blushing for a minute to look into his eyes. They had taken on a sort of kindness she hadn't seen in them before. Not that he wasn't kind before it was just...
She brushed just behind her ear as if she had tucked up a stray hair.
She wrapped her own arms around his waist as well. It had been more of a subconcious reaction for her to do so But it just felt like that was meant to be that way.

Fang smiled. This was the first really happy moment he had in a long time. He closed his eyes and raised one of his hands up to her head, stroking her hair softly. He hadn't known her for very long, and already he felt like she was the most wonderful person he had ever met. She was kind, understanding, and a very intresting person. And she had brought him out of his shell again. "Thank you.." He said quietly. "Thank you for saving me from my lonliness and noticing me when no one else did..."

Madison smiled an sort of embarassed smile. His hand had felt cool and she cupped her own hand over his. She leaned in again and pressed her own lips to his once more. This time it lasted longer and she wrapped her other hand around his neck,playing with the back of his hair. She pulled away and just embraced him for a moment. she had only met him a few days ago but it felt like longer now,and he was interesting, a great conversationalist and fast becoming someone she knew she would probabbly never forget or hurt.
you don't have to thank me, you were already so wonderful there's no way you wouldn't have gone unnopticed
Her voice was soft and she had only whispered it.

Madison bowed her head little,looking to th side offhandedly.
so what do we do now?
It had seemed like a reasonable question. Were they still to continue as friends or where they now labelled as 'together'. Then again there was the option of forgetting that they even knew each other because it got to uncomfortable with each other.

"Well..." Fang started out, thinking for a second. "How about we just go with the flow and see what happens? It's better than rushing and maybe making a wrong decision.." He said, still podering.

Madison took a step back. It was a sensible plan but it had one flaw.
does that mean we can see other people or are we kind of like a....lay by?
she laughed at the odd phrase.

Madison laughed back. she guessed she'd take a sort of in-between option. She would talk and meet other people but she didn't want to openly be looking or a romance.

Fang smiled and embraced her back. She was a wonderful person. But he didn't want to hold her down from meeting other people that could be better than him.. That could give her more than he could. Selfishness was never one of his strong points.

Madison sincerley doubted that she would find someone as wonderful as Fang seemed to soon.Still if that was what he wanted.
She looked around for a clock on the wall. a large brass one was mounted high on the northen wall. the time read close to 7pm.
Looks like I have to go now.
She said frettfully.

Fang also looked up at the clock. "Yeah... I have to go as well..." He said with a sigh. He didn't really want to leave, but it was neccisary. "I do hope we get to see eachother again soon.." He said quietly and hugged her.

Madison returned the hug. She kissed his ear lightly before parting. She muttered a few words and a small rose emerged from her fingers tips. the petals sort of danced for a while then settled into what looked like a frozen flame stance in which they acted and looked like the flower petals.
you said you like roses,we didn't get to actually look into any of the books so I hope this makes up for it.

Fang smiled and stared at the beautiful rose. "That's so awsome! And of course it does. We can come back here and look at the books any time.... Right?"

Madison smiled again,leaning tiredly against the books.
I guess.
she shrugged off the sleepy feeling that had crossed over hersuddenly even though it was only 7 o'c**k she couldn't ever remember feeling more tired.
She leaned forward and kissed im gently on the forehead.
I should really go now though.
With that she made her way out of the library doors. a light sprinkle of rain was pit-pattering everywhere but nothing to bad. Ketting off a large yawn she st off at a trot back to the mansion.
