"I don't understand master....what...what will happen?" he asked, he had never heard anything about Caines father before. "Did....will he hurt you?" he asked, worried about his master, "Do......do you want me to leave your mansion master?" he asked, with a little whimper
"I may be a cold hearted b*****d sometimes, but a Master has to make sure that his Slave is properly fed, clothed and disciplined" he said, enjoying the sweet taste of a pineapple ring, "Now eat" he said, placing the remote on the table to show Pontiak the alternitive
Christian slowly started down the stairs, taking them as gently as he could, "You ok back there Tohei?" he asked, as they were about halfway down the stairs

"W-well...ah...he...he made an exeption for me, sir...because...I....I can cook really well....?" Daemon looked away. Was the promise for the safety of the children forfeit...? Or would Tempest come back for him?
Tohei didn't respond right away, lost in his own thoughts. His mind wandered from the doctor and his oath, to the people who came after him, to the man who shot him, and finally to his mysterious past. Who was he and why was he this way...?

Logan shook his head. "I can't. You'd be in too much danger out there, especially now, Mutt. You didn't mean to make things worse. Just listen to me from now on, understand?" He got up, heading out of Tempest's room and for the stairs to his suite. "Caine's father will hardly tolerate the tainting of the royal blood. He would never understand how Caine and I feel about each other. To him, our children would be an affront and a threat."
Pontiak picked up a fork numbly, pulling the plate back and forcing himself to take a bite of potatoes. His eyes remained firmly on the table, a tear welling up and falling with a splash onto the rim of his plate as he struggled to swallowthe food.

Mutt stopped in his tracks, shifting down to his dog form, he caught a whiff of Tempest smell, his powerful nose sniffing in the air. As soon as Logan wasn't looking, Mutt snuck away to look for the wind demon, it was his fault that the children were in danger and he had to change that....even if it cost him his life
"Why are you crying boy?" he asked setting his fork down on his plate, "Am I that bad of a cook?" he asked again, as he stood up, "Please, tell me what is wrong" he said in a concerned tone
Christian slowly got to the bottom of the stairs, his back was hunched so he could support Tohei's weight, but his clumsyness kicked in as soon as he tocuhed the floor he fell forward, flat on his face

His wrist gave a twinge of pain as it was still yet to be healed as of yet. He cried out and fell onto his side at the loss of use in that arm. "P-please tell me you're alright!"

Logan climbed into bed with the twins, wishing Caine was there to comfort him and assure him that Jacques wouldn't care, that he didn't matter to them.
Pontiak shook his head quickly. "It's nothing you could understand, so there would be no point to telling you. You can collar a wolf, beat him, lock him in a cage, try to make him a dog, but he is what he is."

Daemon walked out of Tempest's room and ran out to the grounds. "TEMPEST!" he yelled loudly. "TEMPEST!!" he screamed again. He had to make sure the contract was still intact.

Mutt stopped at the door, he turned his head around and started biting at his neck before he finally pulled something out with a small yelp and spit it on the floor, it was his tracker gem, he didn't want anyone following him, then he burst through the doors and bolted down the driveway, following his nose that he hoped would lead him to Tempest
"You're used to the forest, right?" Nathen asked as he walked around the table and behind Pontiak, "How would you like to go to my cottage up in the north, it's in the middle of a lush, beautiful forest" he said, as he ran his fingers through the elfs hair, "I'd let you have free roam of it so long as you don't go outside the fence on my property, I have a good three hundred acers of land" he said with a grin
Christian grabbed at his knee, "Ow!! Oh cramp! cramp!" he cried, rubbing his knee as hard as he could, trying to massage it out, but it was no use

The wind chilled around the panther demon. "What?!" it hissed in his ear.
Pontiak looked up quickly, cringing a bit at the touch. "It is true forest, not a garden like is outside here? Are you playing a trick on me?"

Tohei bent swallowed and reached for Christian's knee, adding his efforts to massage the cramp out, using his good hand. He couldn't really get up, so he lay there doing his best.
Daemon jumped at the anger in the voice. He immediately dropped to one knee, shivering, his ears plastered to his head and his tail tucked between his legs. "W-W-What of your word...? You said...as long as I satisfied you...you wouldn't hurt the children...Please!! I'll do anything you ask, anything at all!! Just don't hurt the children!!" Daemon was begging, bowing low to the ground so that his forehead touched the grass beneath him. "P-Please...!!"

Mutt hid behind a tree, shifting into his human form, hoping that maybe if he didn't except Daemons offer, he would except Mutts offer that he would make
Nathen looked down at Pontiak, "It's in beautiful Utah, is that real enough for you?" he asked with a grin, "There are trees that reach to the sky, a nice little mountain in the distance that plays home to a family of Bald Eagles, many different types of animals and birds, there is even a small stream that runs through my property" he said
Christian got up, the cramp slowly numbing, but he still limped as he help Tohei up and walked him over to the Lounge where he set Tohei on one couch and himself on another, "I'm sorry" he said with a sigh

Tohei looked at him, confused. "What are you appologizing for, Christian? You haven't done anything wrong." Tohei smiled, trying not to grit his teeth at the agony in his wrist at the moment.

((I know it's a bad time for it, but I have to go, late for a movie.. Just figure that Tempest leaves them hanging like the b*****d he is while I think about what he'd say))
Pontiak nodded slowly, trembling a little at the description. "Yes, please, Master." He didn't even realize he'd used the M-word.
