Sai appears a few feet from the group and sets his gaze on Crius. “I lost your trail back there,” he states showing no emotion. “Ella still seems to be fighting.” Sai seems to hold no emotions for some reason. Perhaps he missed Ella? He then turns around to see a group behind him. He was only slightly surprised that they’d followed him here.

Tybalt strides over and does not speak. He provides no greeting, however, he does give a bow to the Kage that was in his presence. Tybalt was most often a gentleman, even when fighting. He found it hard to fight females unless truly necessary. Come to think of it, he hadn’t really found with the new spirit he held. That was for another time and a battle that would soon come. He stands upright and his eyes flicker from Sai to Crius and then straight ahead at a tree.

A male similar in attitude to Tybalt motions into the area and stops beside Tybalt. He flashes them all a smile before standing there as still as a statue. The only thing that really moved was the scarf around his waist. It seemed to move of its own accord.

A tiny girl with a gorgeous smile and riddled with many colors dances over to the group and places both hands on her hip. “It took a lot of work trying to find you, Sai. We saw you sailing on by us and not even saying hi. How rude. What the heck are you doing here alone for anyway,” she nags in a chiming soprano voice.

A female that seemed to be the leader of the group slowly makes her way out ahead of them. She looks at Sai and then at the people assembled. “What are you doing here?” “That’s really nothing important,” replies Sai mechanically. “What’s wrong with you?” “Look, Nimen, just leave me alone. I have business here.” Nimen notices his snappy attitude and smirks for an instant before it disappears. Sai’s temper was escalated while away from Ella and he was trying not to trigger his own anger. Nimen places a hand on his shoulder as he jolts. Nimen wasn’t exactly the gentle type. She then removes it and looks at those in the area. “The name’s Nimen. That guy in mostly red is Gent, that girl there is Pixie, and the remaining male over there is Tybalt. Nice to meet you all. We’re friends of Sai’s.” Nimen then points to Sai to show who he was.

Sai... well sighs before pointing to the people behind him. "They were just leaving," he states as Nimen's eyes narrow for a split second before they return to their dull gaze. "Fine, we'll be leaving," states Nimen slowly motioning away from the group. "I'm gonna tell Reina and Ella you were being mean," mocks Pixie sticking out her tongue at him before running off after Nimen with, surprisingly for someone as childish as Pixie, delicate steps and graceful movements. Gent simply walks off but Tybalt remains behind simply to say farewell. "It's was nice meeting you all if only for a moment," he states bowing again before turning and walking off. Sai mutters something under his breath before shaking his head. His head hangs low a moment before he raises it. A few strands of his hair hung in front of his left eye before he flicks it back with a finger. He then leaps up into a tree in a crouch. Sai was curious what the occasion of them all gathering here was but soon after touching the tree he knew. They had been injured from some type of fight... an explosion? The plants sucked at telling stories. He knew that someones eyesight had been impaired though. The male named Zeru from what the tree remembered. The woman Ryuko had mentioned it and the tree got word. The tree got word of something else though Sai decided against thinking of that small bit of info. He slowly releases the tree and examines Zeru to find little evidence of his eye injury. Sai then stands upright and leans backwards slightly. His body was in an odd position. He leaned backward slightly and his arms were slung back. He stood there like that a minute before straightening up.

Elsewhere, Nimen and her group wander around the village in hopes of getting some food.

Ripping him from his thoughts on anger management, Sai hears something he'd wished he hadn't. "Pet..." That statement was so foul to him that he contemplated wiping that memory from his own mind but his rage wouldn't allow him the pleasure. He'd called Ella, his love and mate, a pet. Not even Sai would so much as ponder over the idea. If anyone were the pet it was Sai. Sai's eyes lock on Crius as his once gray and dim eyes gleam with a vibrant red light. His eyes first grow a bright red but slowly turn a deep red. Usually, when enraged, the homunculis eyes would remain a bright red. Never had ones eyes turned a deep red like Sai's. Not even Ella's. Sai's temper, already at equal level to a homunculi before becoming one, must have another level of rage. His noble method of fighting was a thing of the past. His inability to kill had also blown away in the calm breeze of the village. Civilian lives? They didn't matter. The plan to creep into the secret location and do as pleased as Ella wanted so much died. With each passing instant Sai's ability to regain control fades. Sai's entire body begins turning pitch black as he reaches into his shirt and pulls out a scroll. Sai flicks it in the air and it unravels in a loud snap. He nips his finger and slides it across the scroll as his entire body takes on the black color. In a puff of smoke nothing seems to happen before his summon is extremely small but it is there. "Issun," Sai snarls not in his chiming voice but in this dark and monstrous voice. "Take out the woman." A tiny chuckle is heard before Sai back flips and lands vertical on the tree. He launches himself through the air and directly at Crius with one hand pulled back.

Nimen, after eating, grows bored and attempts to leave when Tybalt stops in his tracks. Nimen gazes at him as do Pixie and Gent. "What's the matter," asks Nimen but Tybalt just stands there. Then, as if instinctive, runs back to the area where he'd met up with Sai and his 'friends'. Tybalt watches as his brother --not like his brethren but his actual brother spirit wise-- attempts to fight. Nimen and the others appear beside him and can't believe how Sai looked. He was actually using his Diamond Defense. He had never used that before. He was rather passive. It was a wonder what got him so angry. Nimen figured that she would interfere and stop Sai's rampage. Sai was probably overreacting about something. Tybalt, though seeming to be on Sai's side, actually wasn't. He was there to stop Sai from hurting... or trying to hurt someone. He was merely acting out.

Nimen begins to jump in and stop Sai when Pixie holds her back and pushes her farther behind Tybalt. The scarf around Gents waist slinks up and wraps around his neck as Tybalt stares at Sai. For a moment he contemplated capturing Crius but that thought soon left his mind. As Sai lunged he would find himself trapped in a bubble. Tybalt merely wanted to distract Sai. The brothers were on equal footing. Issun seemed to have disappeared as soon as Maeva disappeared leaving a kunai behind. Sai fingers become claws as he shoots them into the ground bursting the bubble. He spins himself around while doing the same with his other hand but towards Crius. Sai wasn't about to let him leave so easily. Now that Sai's momentum slowed to a stop he glowers at Tybalt. How dare he be stopped from defending Ella. Sai kept only an eye on Crius because keeping an eye on Tybalt would prove to be less than helpful. "Running away from the weak, are you? I think that proves you yourself to be weak. I know full well what I'm getting myself into. If you no longer need me and Ella's assistance then you are dead weight to us..." he states before retreating to his mind to think to himself, "especially now that I have your kunai. It is more than enough to replace information gathering from you." Sai retracts the claw he was balanced on in order to get down to the ground. He was slowly beginning to feel more mellow mainly because the win made him a bit happy. He shakes his head as he crouches down and picks up the kunai used to aid Maeva. Apparently Sai was plotting a way to gain information on Crius as well as those in the Akatsuki just for an occasion such as this. He no longer needed him and Ella and he no longer needed him and Maeva. The only thing he needed was for Yuan Shisho an Orimara of Hidden Moon to lose in a fight with Ella while betting the Akatsuki rings. Once they had those and information on the building so as to navigate, they were as good as set. "Turned out better than I expected," mutters Sai as his eyes grow a little brighter and lighter. He didn't plan on revealing his plan to Crius or his reasonings or even the fact that, as he lunged towards Crius, he was plotting to gain information through this little match. He was furious but he knew how to fight while be angry and concentrate on the task at hand. Sai instantly remembers all of the information objects he'd gathered. He touched Yuan, obtained the kunai from Crius, Ella obtained fragments of Maeva's face but it wasn't exactly helpful, the clay bombs that were deactivated within Ella, The gloves used to tie down Saosin, even the bits of building and natural objects around Double Helix Ella was going to bring. And, as if to make matters worse, the rings themselves would hold all the information necessary. Hopefully the fight doesn't drag on too long for Ella. As Sai thought he figured there was little point in fighting Crius now, since he did put the idea of sneaking around in the organization base in his head, except for his honor and Ella's. He thought Ella of as a pet. He thought of Sai as an emotional weakling. He just had anger issues. Anyway, he needed to fight Crius and show him exactly why he is the first and only person to insult the pair. He would fight using his powers as well as Ella's. "Do not interfere," murmurs Sai to Tybalt who frowns slightly. Being second in command, second only to Ella, he could command the homunculi near him in Ella's absence.

The claws that Sai had shot from his hand embed in the ground before he retracts them. He seemed to have claws. Sai twirls the kunai behind his back as the wind slash flew at him. He gazes at it with curious red eyes as it slams into Sai’s form. A loud and very irritating scratching noise could be heard as the wind met his diamond hard skin. “Do you not have any forms of alchemy?” What was the purpose of Sai asking that? Before he can locate Crius with his eyes, smog surrounds him. He curses in his head while covering his nose as he uses the smog to his advantage. Sai would appear behind Crius using a useful tool as the area exploded. Sai would then aim his claws at Crius’ back when an image runs through his mind. Saosin was running from Tes who planned to kill her and drink her blood. In Sai’s distraction he allowed Crius to get out of his reach. Sai lands upon the ground then jolts. His defense was merely an armor. His insides were only protected if he converted his body into a liquid, solid, or gas. He coughs as blood squirts upward. He covers his mouth with his right hand as vapors seemed to spew from the open cracks. His insides had been affected by the explosion only slightly since Sai didn’t breathe in the substance too much. But his senses were greater than a humans. The tiny explosion, though small, injured his lungs. Now, however, his injuries were healed and his chakra replenished. “I suppose not everyone requires alchemy to take on a homunculi,” he murmurs looking around briefly before spotting Crius.
