The cost of the technique has to be whatever rank you're using it at, especially with it granting a second impact for the attack.

I left your questions and responded underneath.

What does this line mean?
So when you inflict trauma status to someone, the stamina they start loose is based on the rank of the technique that strikes them(so the rank cast after it’s affected by both characters stat modifiers.) So this techniques casting cost and drain is based on that damage specifically(minus a rank), so when successfully striking she would pay the ranked equivalent in chakra to the rank of damage inflicted and then the two gains listed would take place. Do S-ranked damage, then pay S-rank in chakra to gain an A-rank amount of stamina and B-rank amount of blood pool. It’s basically a non healing, narrative semi-healing technique(In the sense it takes blood to make up for lost blood, giving some of what the opponent lost to herself.)

She needs to be suffering both those status affects to use this, she’s a great old one follower and they can choose to be both insane and mental stress induced during combat. This basically requires that effect be active. I can cap it at five targets maximum, not a problem at all! I’ll also make it only usable once per post.
So the technique says they can heal the injury, just not totally in combat due to the twisting and mutating effects the technique has. So someone would still have full use of their limb or the like after it being healed, it would just not be entirely normal anymore until after combat which is when they can properly treat the extreme aspect(the whole inability to regain lost stamina partially represents this need to be treated additionally outside of combat.) Stuff like a full regeneration affect would counter this as it returns a body to normal realistically, the concept that it represents is more them suffering body horror. Though I can change it so that one can totally return a limb to normal with a normal healing technique. So like let say someone’s arm was hit and it disfigures, becomes twisted and like grew feathers a scales…. Someone healing this would return the arm to a functional position and fix the immediately debilitating warping, though like the scales and feathers would likely remain and it’s proportion and some of the warping aspects are left behind, potentially slightly to very unnatural and unsightly until dealt with slowly and with carefully. Basically they are left with superficial residual effects for the sake of body horror, that’s the part I was meaning they cannot properly heal in combat, system wise the status affect is still healed… Just with the loss of stamina from this technique applying to their stamina cap until combat ends, as such unable to be return till they mention healing has taken place(or simply combat ending system wise, though it’d be nice if they got it fixed in RP but I’m not pushing that.

Not a Keystone, it does two things at a perpetual cost, which is vertigo and then perpetual trauma IF they can hear her. That’s why I add the ability to be countered without the use of an actual technique or action by plugging or blocking the ears. Plus use of a Jutsu that causes deafness(at any rank) will counter it for the duration of that post.
In shorthand this technique both causes vertigo and perpetual trauma(which delays a round before happening) + a little narrative f***ery in the form of last after affects. It then doesn’t participate in collisions properly. In trade for that, any technique that causes deafness regardless of rank can temporarily stave it off and deafening one self or plugging ones ears well enough can counter it, muting her would work too. Then it also is indiscriminate unless one worships the old ones, which limits circumstances that it can be used.
I added vertigo first post as a way to make characters aware of how bad what she’s doing is(as they can feel it as it’s happening, getting worse ever passing instant) and have the real dangerous part wait a round to supply them time to start reacting before it gets truly bad. So I could remove the Vertigo part but then I’d kinda want to start round one slapping people with trauma at that point, though then the techniques slow lead in is pushed aside. I could also add the stipulation of requires body Mental stress and insanity to use the technique instead, iono. The main point is she starts preaching and people start suffering in a horrid and exquisite manner, that violates the psyche and soul with such horrid knowledge its immensely debilitating to the point of damaging and can traumatize and even kill people.

He does not need to be in the center of the sphere/dome, however it expands from his body regardless. This allows the sphere/dome to be expanded up to 100 feet away from his body if he expands it in a single direction. Once the sphere/dome has been placed it remains in it's spot, and does not move with Hitotsu unless another technique is used to move it. This sphere/dome does not interact on it's own with anything, and is invisible to normal forms of sight. Other people, Jutsu, Objects, etc pass through and move through the sphere/dome without hindrance. The only benefit this technique confers is the allowance of Hitotsu's "Conquerer's" set of jutsu. Hitotsu however can not activate "Conqueror's" jutsu in the same post that he uses this jutsu. This technique lasts for 10 posts.
▰ Conqueror's Denial | Rank X | Maruton | Spiritual Usable only on projectile and projectile like techniques, such as continuous streams, beams, and shockwaves. While a proper target is within Hitotsu's Domain of the Conqueror sphere/dome Hitotsu will snap his fingers and cause the jutsu to disappear or solid projectile to stop and fall to the ground. At least that is what it looks like to those who can not see chakra. To those that can, they will notice the creation of chakra around Hitotsu's selected target that suddenly collapses onto the target causing it to stop moving or disappear. Hitotsu must use an amount of chakra equal to or greater than the technique being used for this to work. If Hitotsu attempts to use this on a technique that is not completely within the sphere/dome made by Domain of the Conqueror then the dome will be destroyed as well, regardless of the rank of the technique this was used on. Example of this is, if someone uses a C-Rank continuous fire stream like technique from outside the dome and this is used on it then the dome will be destroyed.
▰ Conqueror's Control| Rank X | Maruton| Spiritual Usable only on Construct like techniques, such as Golems and Clones. While a proper target is within HItotsu's Domain of the Conqueror sphere/dome Hitotsu will hold his hand out towards it. His invisible to normal sight chakra will surround the construct and forcibly move it as if it was his own. This can only be used on a single construct at a time, can not be used on constructs that do not completely fit inside his sphere/dome, and he does not have full control over the construct only control of it's movement. The original user of the construct may still have the construct use jutsu, excluding tai or buki, as it normally would, dismiss it completely, or cause any other effects from it through other jutsu to occur. Hitotsu must use a rank equal to or greater than the construct in order to take control of it's movement. This technique lasts up to 3 posts before it's cost must be paid again to keep control of a construct if the construct has not been dismissed or otherwise destroyed. The layer of chakra surrounding the construct can be destroyed by a technique that would normally destroy or clash with it in a collision, aside from the construct the technique has been used on.
▰ Conqueror's Force | Rank X | Maruton | Spiritual Usable only on an oncoming foe who is using melee Basic Combat, Taijutsu, or Bukijutsu. While a proper target is within Hitotsu's Domain of the Conqeror sphere/dome Hitotsu will thrust his hand forwards towards his target. The target will find themselves being halted by a constant stream of force that seems to be pushing them away from Hitotsu while they move towards him. This stream of force is Hitotsu's invisible chakra pushing them as they try to proceed towards him. This technique does not affect targets who are standing still, and can not be used on targets within 5 feet of Hitotsu. The wave of force follows collision rules vs simple and complex techniques to determine what rank of chakra is needed to be used for this to work. If a technique that this jutsu works on is considered spiritual in collision by any means then it requires greater or equal chakra usage in order to use this technique. The wave of force created from this technique lasts 3 posts, or until it's target stops moving towards Hitotsu, or until the wave of force interacts with a technique that would normally clash and destroy it in a collision.
▰ Conqueror's Freedom | Rank E | Maruton | Spiritual While within the sphere/dome created by Domain of the Conqueror, after using this technique, Hitotsu and anyone else he allows may walk through the air as if it was solid should they choose to. Even if Hitotsu allows someone to do it, they must be aware they are capable of doing such. This requires simply thinking about whether or not you want to or do not want to walk on the air, and allows for quick manuevers such as falling in order to dodge things. Dodging in this manner will still require normal resource costs for dodging.

If moving it from a position where it must be a dome because it is on the ground upwards the dome will fill the proper proportion to slowly make a sphere as it rises. The opposite is also true in that if a sphere is in the air and this is used to move it down it will slowly turn into a more dome-like shape instead of a sphere as the bottom of it disappears beneath the ground.

I think this is pretty close to Uchiha stuff, but I'm okay with it passing if you can only copy effects that Coello already has access to. I.e. If he's not a scholar he can't take hex, if he's not hyouton he can't have frostbite, etc.

Skillful Achievement with a Magnetized Body: I think you should be able to pay your body rank in chakra to break free of it regardless of being magnetized or not.
I'm also assuming you have to pay for each person separately or do you have to pay for the highest body rank person?

This was my fault for not making it clear, but I had meant for status effects to be exempt from being taken with this jutsu. So it is approved after I add as such?
