Minori Koroko  She hated seeing him like this. There was a quiet ache, private...and Minori felt her heart shrinking. His fingers faintly brushed over hers in a ghost-like caress before he moved forward without a word, looking for signs of the people that had once lived in that place. The blond girl found her hands trembling as they moved away charred wood and glass away, afraid of what she might find hidden behind the debris. She had met the Amagais not so long ago...and she remembered Mrs. Amagai sweet smile, gentle teasing, and motherly happiness at seeing his son with a smile. She remembered Mr. Amagai with his stern glare that chilled her inside...she had been so nervous in front of him. A part of her regretted not having been able to speak up, tell him how much she loved his son. And then...there was Genji's grandmother, wise and bright and witty. She had been so nice that one time...
And now...there were no sign of any of them. For a moment, Minori hoped to find nothing at all. To know that they had ran off...that they had been able to escape. Her nail snapped when she tried lifting a particular heavy board, and the girl let out a yelp, retreating her hand close to her chest, as she applied pressure to numb the pain a little. It was then that she heard shouting and voices that didn't belong to Genji. Panic rose, and Minori ran in his direction, her heart pounding. When she got there, she saw Genji fighting like a devil...furious, pained, harsh. The demon stood no chance against him...and disappeared into dust after a blow.
Her heart sank. She saw him crumble, and without hesitation she made it to his side, sinking to her knees herself. There was no need for words. She understood what had happened. They weren't going to find anything in the ruins.
Her arms wrapped around him from behind, her cheek resting against his back as she hold him as tight as she could. Her mouth was dry, her heart was numb. She would let him mourn for now. She was there with him. She...she would be his support. "It is all right not to feel strong right now. You can lean on me..." She wasn't feeling strong...but...she would be his rock. For him...and for the family he had lost.

No matter how hard he could scrub his body, he'd never be clean of the...experience that was Hel.
He thought he'd heard her name before, but the very sight of her was even more torturous than even the most vile of Doots from the Trumpeter.....And As he paced around Inaba, eying every corner...He was worried she would come back. As he saw some movement, he froze...But then relaxed.
"Phew..just a horde of demons that want to murder me."
....
He was living in a strange time, when THAT was the norm. He merely brought out his demons at this, beckoning them for a fight...and did his best to convey his disgust of Hel, into raw fighting power to take out the horde in a timely fashion...

Nekura MyonmuPartway through fleeing from the forces of Hel, Nekura stopped to see someone playing a lute on a streetcorner.
He paused, and reach into his pockets to pull out some tokens...Before realizing the person was not a person, but a demon. Yet, as he was pulling out the tokens, she merely opened her eyes...and smiled.
"Huh..?" he called, watching as the being floated up..and touched her lute to his phone. A burst into Magatsuhi later..and he looked down to see she had joined him, peacefully. Which was awesome....

He could see the horde of bandits, all pulling out their phones. They were all in some kind of agreement...and the way they quivered at her name..
"Yeah..thought so." he sighed, drawing out his phone. "Belzebub....Show them real terror!"
The giant, disgusting Fly demon held up his staff...and, dark hands clawed at the Rioters. They all shuddered, shrieked, and otherwise wailed in agony...as the hands clawed at their phones to break them. Nekura then turned his back on them, sighing.
"Don't come after me again. Or, I won't let him hold back next time."
He was uncomfortable with Hel, but he didn't want to resort to killing people...Especially not on the first day of his awakening. It was tough....

Her hometown..and where the Trumpeter seemed to hang his hat. And his Horn, if he ever took a rest.
Youmu was pacing around the area anew, looking only mildly frantic, despite her worries. Things were always dangerous when you were by yourself...And, even with her powerful demons at her side, she couldn't help but feel nervous.
"I hope Seta's okay. And the others too.."
Ellie could manage handling her store by herself for a bit. Yeah...just for a bit.
"Oh, a horde." she called out quietly...before drawing her blade. "Well, I need to make sure I can still do my quick draw well..."

"Ugh....Still not dead." he groaned, looking at the horde of demons that had approached him. A cold, stern glare was shot at all of them..as he held up his phone.
"Do you REALLY want to do this?" He asked, the demons all looking to one another anxiously....
Before they all started attacking one another, utter chaos unfolding in front of him. Nekura let out a small sigh of relief, before starting back off into Inaba...Grateful that his own reputation seemed to be preceding him at long last. For better, or worse. "...You see the surface, but my eyes see more..."He didn't have any words to say. Nothing would suffice to sum up just how he felt right at this moment.
He didn't know how to feel, except that it hurt more than he could contain, but even though he felt like he wanted to...needed to cry and scream and let it all out, nothing came except a deep feeling of emptiness inside of his chest that felt like a void sucking the life out of him.
He didn't know what to do, now that such a huge part of him had been ripped away. His home was gone, his family was gone, the world as it was could never be the same as it had been before all of this began. Maybe whatever was at the heart of this could put it all right, but wasn't that just a foolish hope?
He didn't understand why all of this was happening. Only that it was, that there was nothing they could do that would change the fact that it had happened, and that all over the world people were feeling the way that he was right now...unless they were already dead. Were those the lucky ones?
He didn't know...but as he was feeling adrift in this voice of nothingness and pain, there was something holding him from behind that tied him down, and kept him from being swept away completely by the tide. She was an anchor, a tie, and bond which held him close and refused to let him go even when that felt like the only thing left for him to do at all. It kept him grounded, kept him sane, it kept him from being swallowed by the darkness and consumed, of there being nothing left of him but the shell of who he used to be.
...And it meant everything to him, more than she would ever know. But the realization of that, and those words from his lips, weren't right now. They couldn't. The hug that he would owe her was long and warm and it wasn't right now, because he just couldn't move. All that he could do now was sit and wonder...what he could do...what he should do...and wish that he had been strong enough to change things.
Time passed as he sat there, and as the anger and the tension drained from him...he slowly sank a little lower...a little deeper. But thanks to those arms around him...he would never be let go. And let down a Holy Rain of Heavy Rock....mugic. [Magic Music].
Shun followed up with an Air-guitar of his own, posturing with the big man himself....
And, in a matter o moments, the rioters dispersed like a group of rowdy teenagers at a party busted by the cops. Well, crowds did that...But, the glory...
The glory would be with him...Forever..!

She had summoned Lilith to stand in the middle of her target's field of view..and beckon him forth. The foolish demon's eyes practically popped into hearts at this, starting after the temptress...
Before a brilliant, Shiny Boot came crashing down on top of the demon, dispersing it into magatsuhi where it was birthed.
"Wow...Now that was a good Booby trap."

Whistling none-too-innocently, the boy kicked the demon into the girl..knocking her to safety, and taking care of the wild demon. If he did it right, there would be no evidence to the contrary...
