After awhile, Wei's little unintended audience wandered away, much to Wei's pleasure. She didn't really care to be the center of attention. She'd returned to the tree trunk, sitting down with a sigh. "Maybe some mediation would be better?" Yea, with her eyes closed, she could shut the world out and focus just upon herself and her chakra. Pulling up her legs into a criss-cross fashion, she glanced over to her team with a smile. "You can all join in as well. Lan Se, be careful of your feet though." Wei spoke with an inviting smile. Fen was all for it, finding the first act with Wei to have been fun. Xiao waddled over, trying her best to pull herself up into Wei's lap, the blonde let out a chuckle before she picked up the baby and set her down the small pocket of space between her legs. Lan se took Wei's right side, while Fen took the left, both mirroring what Wei was doing with her legs as best they could. Lan se found it to painful and instead let her legs fall straight out before her. "Alright, just like with the stretches, you breath in through your nose and out through her mouth." Wei began. "Close your eyes, and imagine yourself in a place that brings you comfort. It could be a mountain range, a valley, or even by the ocean." 'I've never seen the ocean...' Lan se muttered. Wei opened her eyes and glanced down to the Psychic fairy. "Maybe one day we'll reach the ocean." Lan se looked up to meet Wei's kind gaze. The psychic blushed slightly, looking away quickly, closing her eyes as Wei had earlier instructed. A light chuckle later and Wei returned to her position once more. "Now, try to clear your mind of any thoughts, focus only on the place you've created in your mind and softly hum." Humming herself in demonstration, the two psychic fairies at either of her sides mimicked the sound. Little Xiao however wasn't really following along, simply singing to herself instead with light cheery 'pree's' in a jumbled and inconstant rhythm.

Before long, Wei, Fen and Lan se were all in a deep meditation. Xiao's singing quickly quieted as the baby drifted off to sleep to the sound of Wei and the twins' humming. Wori Wori in the meantime continued to run about, trying as she might to find someone, anyone to fight or play with. Though she didn't have much luck. Perhaps she was being to over zealous? Back home at the lab everyone always said how hyperactive her and her brother and sisters were. Not that she really cared what humans or other Pokemon thought. She was happy with who she was. Shaking her head some, the Totodile decided to look for someone to play with or battle in the nearby pond. Maybe she'd find someone friendly there?

Diving into the water, Wori Wori began to swim around under the surface, looking for anyone, anything to play with or battle. Though it appeared his luck was quickly running dry. There wasn't much besides mud and underwater plants in the pond. Where were all the Pokemon? However, as the Totodile turned around, heading back for Wei and the others, something caught her eye. Wiggling her body down to the muddy bottom of the pond, she began to scratch at a large rock until finally she managed to move it. Under the stone Wori Wori found what looked like a flute of some sort. Tugging the flute from the water, Wori Wori returned to the surface and began to drag the flute back to Wei. Wouldn't she be surprised at what she'd found!

Rushing up to Wei and the others, Wori Wori cried for Wei's attention, but the blonde and the two ralts twins were already deep in meditation, and try as she might ,she couldn't get Wei to open her eyes and notice her find. Mildly frustrated, the croc simply rested the flute down by the tree trunk and stalked off, not before spotting something russel in the grass nearby. Her previous frustrations all but vanished as she chased after the figure, only to trip over something in the dirt, dropping her berry in the process. Digging out the small rock, she was rather pleased to find she'd made another amazing discovery. "Look'et there!" Called a male voice. "One o' those Lucky eggs." He continued. "Hey, now, little one, I'll be taken that if'n you don't mind." a tall male figure stood over Wori Wori, and as the gator looked up, she noticed the even bigger Steelix looming overhead. Clutching her discovery, the croc started to back up. Drifting out from behind the male appeared a small pokemon, who's tail wafted like a piece of paper as it moved forward, a soft chime echoed as it moved. "Not gunna give it up er'yea? Well, then I'll jus' have to take'r away from yea meself." He narrowed his eyes, motioning the bell forward.

However, before it could conjure up an attack, Qi appeared from seemingly nowhere, unleashing an Astonish attack, shocking the chiming Pokemon. The bell floated back, it's chime becoming distorted to reflect it's pain. Qi took this chance to attack once more, using Astonish a second time. This time it effectively knocked out the floating window chime. "Eee? Where'd you come from!?" The male protested, waving a big hand towards Qi, as if he was trying to swat the fairy away. "Darn, Furries, Can't stand the lot of yea!" He grumbled. "Round house, take care of it!" The male motioned forward. However, Wori Wori had other plans. Qi's bold move to defend the little croc gave her that needed boost of confidence, and she stepped forward with a chomp of her maw. "Yea hahaha! You gotta be kidd'n me! You think you can test ol' Round house? A puny think like you! Alright, let's see what yea got! Round hound, bind it!" The steelix's long steel body quickly wrapped around Wori Wori's tiny body, surprisingly quick despite it's size. Wincing at the sudden pain of her body being squished, the Totodile, fought past her pain and unleashed her most powerful move, a Focus Blast. Knocking the Steelix clean out, it's towering body fell back in a heap, only to be recalled to it's ball rather quickly. "Durn it, I knew evovlin' that Onix to quick would come to bite me in the arse." Switching the ball, he pulled out the last of the balls on his person. "Alright, lets see how you deal with this one here." Releasing a Mankey, the pig monkey began to dance around. "Stop that hip'n and a hoppin' and jus' attack'et!" The male demanded. Turning a piercing gaze at it's trainer, to gave out a huff, but quickly turned back towards Wori Wori and rushed forward with it's attack.
Coming in with a low kick, Wori Wori was swept almost entirely off her feet. Stopping herself with a claw, she still held tight to her Lucky egg. The male shouted, pulling off his hat and tossing it to the ground so he could stomp on it in anger. "How can a stupid fairy and a tiny totodile beat my Pokemon!?" He growled. "Because you're a poor trainer." Came Wei's voice from her log. Her eyes were still closed, and she still held her meditative stance, but it was indeed her that spoke. Wori Wori and Qi swiftly returned to their trainer's side, turning back towards the man as he stared down Wei. "Whut chu say?" He growled. "I said you are a poor trainer. That Chimecho evolves by friendship, but I highly doubt you were the one it befriended." Wei's eyes opened some now, a piercing gaze of her own locked onto the male. "I suggest you return that little one back to it's rightful owner before I find someone who will." Wei's gaze wasn't giving any weakness', and truth be told, the male in this situation was rather stupid. "I... Oh, whutta you know?!" He snapped, turning on his heel and hightailing it back towards Cherrygrove City. Wei let out a sigh, letting her shoulders fall. So much for meditation. Only after healing up Wori Wori, did Wei notice how dark it'd gotten. They'd been out here for quiet some time, and with the sun low in the sky, it was getting to be time to return to the Pokemon Center for another nights rest. To think she'd already spent two days in Violet City. Frankly, the blonde was ready to move on to the next city, but if she was taught anything while living up on a mountaintop it was patience. Good things come to those who wait. Besides, she had to wait for the verdict on that TM case. Standing up, the blonde looked around to make sure everyone was still within her view, and indeed they all were. "I think we should be heading back soon." Wei mentioned, turning back towards Wori Wori before she sat back down on the tree trunk.
With the night a new world opened up. Rattata that were more or less nocturnal hunters crawled out from their burrows to go and find food. One such Rattata lived under the log Wei was currently sitting upon. When it poked it's head out, the scent of berries quickly filled it's nose. Wei's bag was plum full of juicy berries. The Rattata quickly made it's way over to the bag, but Wori Wori spotted it before it could get to far. "Huh?!" Wei quickly stood, snatching up her bag in the process. "Oh! Where did you come from little one?" The blonde asked, though the Rattata now had it's sights on Wori Wori for blowing her cover. Wori Wori happily accepted the Rattata's challenge and rushed forward, summoning a Focus Blast before the two could collide. The poor rat flopped back against the trunk. It fainted right there, leaving Wei sort of concerned as to what to do next. Perhaps it was best they moved now?

Quickly gathering her gaggle of a team, the blonde made her way back towards Violet City, only to be stopped halfway there by the sight of a Hoppip drifting down from the tree's to their right. With no wind to carry it, the grass-type simply began to waft down to the ground below them. Wori Wori rushed forward, ready to catch the Hoppip, only for Wei to quickly protest Wori Wori's interference. As the Hoppip landed, it turned it's sleepy-eyed gaze to Wei and her Pokemon, quickly growing upset by the sight of a trainer. Well, Wori Wori put an end to that quickly, rushing forward, ready to tackle the grass-type, only for her to trigger a Heart Scale that was on the earth below them, promptly tripping over said Heart Scale, showcasing a new move on the Hoppip as she did so. Despite her embarrassing fall, the croc had managed to encase her claws in ice and wholloped the Hoppip right back into the air, just as a gust of wind came by and picked it up. Wei... needless to say was rather astonished.

Her return visit to Violet lead the young adult back to the Pokemon Center. She was greeted as everyone was; by the ever-smiling Nurse Joy. Approaching the pinkette, Wei inquired about the Tm case and Togepi, but Joy held no new, which was good right? No one had yet to come and claim them? Which meant by tomorrow evening they were as good as hers! Taking this with a grain of salt, the blonde moved on to get something to eat before settling in for the night. As she ate, Wei was busily building a scenario of her first gym battle in her head. She couldn't wait to tell the Monk's about her experience. Win or lose, she was going to take it at face value. Sure Wori Wori was a shoe-in to win, but one could never be too confident, as it could end up going all wrong in the end... a spot of Karma to keep one's ego in check. This didn't stop Wei from fantasizing however. He dearly hoped she'd be walking out of the gym with a badge. Whatever the case, their meal complete, it was time to turn in for the night. Tomorrow morning... badge-time.

After finding her room, the blonde set up on one of the beds with her Pokemon scattered around the room. Xiao happily snuggled up beside Wei's head, while the blonde slept peacefully, though as some point during the night the Togepi had wandered down to Wori Wori, who was sleeping at the end of Wei's bed. The night was calm with a cool fresh breeze blowing in through the window. Qi was firs to rise, rustled by the noise of something in the room. She quickly jingled her keys in alarm when she noticed a bird, a Pidgey pecking around Wei's bag. Wori wori woke with a start, quickly leaping to her feet, and promptly falling off the bed. Quick to recover however, Wori Wori was on route, ready to chase the bird out. She lifted up her claws and came back down on the startled bird with an Ice Punch. Retreating from the room as best it could with a half frozen wing, the room was needless to say awake and wondering what in the heck had just happened.
Seeing Wori Wori's still semi-frozen arm and the flapping bird trying it's best to fly away, Wei summed up what had happened. With a smile and small shake of her head, the blonde decided it was best now to get out of bed and prepare for the day ahead. They were taking on the Violet City Gym... her first gym.

Her morning exercises and breakfast out of the way, the small ground were finally in-route to the gym. Wei had spotted it during her first initial walk around, so it was easy to find a second time. Violet City seemed all the bustle about Autumn finally making it's way into the region. Wei had read stories about one city in this region that was perpetually stuck in Autumn/Fall, the leaves surrounding a large tower were always aglow with the colours of red, orange and yelllow. Wei herself was more a fan of winter colours, but seeing such a sight was most certainly on her bucket list.
Despite all the hustle and bustle, the blonde made it into the gym, her Pokemon in tow.Stepping onto a platform, she was startled to find herself suddenly flying up a tower until finally it stopped at it's peak, open-air windows surrounding the building. Taking a moment to collect herself after that experience, the blonde finally made her way across the platform where a man stood waiting. Turning he had a Pidgey resting on his arm, a rather perturbed look on his face. The Pidgey hardly seemed pleased to see Wei, but mostly Wori Wori, either. "So you're the one who attacked this Pidgey?" He quickly questioned. "To be fair it entered my room at the Pokemon Center and was rummaging through my bag, Wori Wori was only protecting my things." Wei replied quickly, catching on quickly as to what the male was accusing her of. "I see, I wasn't aware of that little detail." His angered gaze dropped down to the Pidgey, who quickly realized it'd been caught in it's lie and quickly flew away. "Anyway, are you here for a battle? You're in luck, I have some free time." The male, arm free, now folded both of his arms across his chest. "I'm Faulkner by the way, the gym leader." His angered gaze softened, letting a smile find it's way onto his lips. Wei bowed gently, nodding as she did so. "Yes, I am." She replied. "My name is Wei Song Feng, I come from a land far away, but this is my first gym battle." She added, raising from her bow. "Your very formal sounding. Well, Wei, let's begin." Grabbing a ball from his robes, the male released a Pidgey, this one looked much stronger than the one Wori Wori had dealt with. "Oh. Wori Wori, you're up than." Wei smiled. The Totodile quickly approached, happily rushing forward, all a chatter with excitement. Something about this battle felt different than the ones she'd had prior. More... exciting.

Falkner visibly grimaced as he watched his flying-types fall, returning the Pidgeotto after he fell to the floor. "For pity's sake! My dad's cherished bird Pokemon...." He cried, more of his chastising being internal before he quickly composed himself. "Well done, you've defeated my gym. You've earned these rewards." Reaching into the wide sleeve of his shirt, he retrieved a small box of rewards that were prepared for any who defeated him... How many he had in there was a question one wasn't meant to fathom. Regardless, he presented the young woman with it, her badge, TM, and HM clearly on display.

The battle, honestly wasn't to exciting. Wei was still on the edge of her seat of course, even if she wasn't sitting, but in the end, the battle lasted all of 1o minutes. Wori Wori's Ice Punch was perfect for flying-type opponents. Whatever the case, Wori Wori was the victor, and with this victory, came prizes. Wei wasn't really to eager to accept the prizes, but as she was told by the monks theses were more like.. presents, for a job well done. Accepting them, she gave another boy towards Faulkner. "Thank you." She replied. Looking down at Wori Wori as the Totodile came back to her, Wei gave her starter a bow as well. "Thank you, too, Wori Wori. You deserve a good rest. Lets return to the Pokemon Center and get you looked over." With that, the blonde and her companions took their leave.
It was back to the Pokemon Center for the group. Wori Wori was as hyper as ever, despite being tackled twice by two different sized birds.

As they entered the Pokemon Center, there seemed to be a mild kerfuffle going on, creating a lot of noise. Wei took her entrance cautiously, approaching the counter at the back of the lobby, being the same place where an upset woman was arguing with another upset woman. Wei didn't want to pry, so she quickly gained the attention of Nurse Joy, and set Wori Wori upon the counter. "I just beat the gym, could you look over Wori Wori for me?" The blonde asked. Joy bowed, accepting the croc in her arms like the transfer of a child. She quickly started to walk away, taking a quick moment to glance at the arguing girls. Setting Xiao and Lan se on the counter as well, the blonde decided to simply wait here for Wori Wori's quick return. Little did she know the girls were arguing over who was the rightful owner of a Pokemon that Wei had on her. When one noticed Xiao singing, she broke away from the other girl. "Are you the one looking into that lost Togepi's trainer!? Well, look no further I'm here!" She shouted, giving Wei barely any time to react or respond before she tried to snatch up Xiao from the counter, only to be stopped by Lan se's presence. "I don't think so, Kim! That's my Togepi!" Shouted the other girl as she approached, practically pushing Wei out of the way to grab the Togepi. Wei's quick thinking finally found itself back to her, so with a quick step back, the blonde snatched up Xiao once more, quickly reaching around her back to grab her pole. Keeping it collapsed upon itself, the short stick would still do what it was made to do. "Excuse me, but I would like some proof to your claims before you simply take this little one." The girls narrowed their gazes at Wei, finding the presence of a weapon made them calm down some. "I have evidence, see." The girl pulled out her pokedex, showing an image of a Togepi had been registered. "Don't lie, we've seen tons of Togepi before, so of course you have it registered." "S-shut up! I've only ever recorded one's data and then I captured it." The first girl replied. "I don't think so! I captured it with my own Pokeball!"
To verge them away from another fight, Wei spoke up. "What kind of Pokeball?" The blonde asked. The two girls turned to face Wei. "What kind of Pokeball did you use to capture this little one?" Wei had noticed during the girls small fit, Xiao had grown more buried into the space between her arm and side, as if the Togepi was giving her answer already to who her owner was. And it was either of these two. "A Pokeball." one replied. "No, I used a Friend ball." Wei stuck out a finger at this point, resting it over the girl who'd said Pokeball and quickly went to a thumbs down. "It was a Friend ball." Wei replied. "Now, second question, what moves did this Togepi know before you lost her?" The girl who'd answered correctly seemed to fidget now. "Uh... Metronome, I know for certain... Charm, yea... She knew Charm and... Sweet kiss, plus, Growl. I caught her pretty recently, so she doesn't have to many powerful moves." Wei shook her head. "Incorrect. This little one knows Metronome, that is true, but she also knows Dazzling Gleam, Yawn and Mirror Move." "Miss Wei." Nurse Joy had returned, holding a wiggling Wori Wori in her arms. She eventually let the croc go to return to Wei's side. "I'm sorry that took so long, but I received a Phone call from Officer Jenny. She said they found the Togepi's rightful owner, however.. it seems they've told us to let you know she's to stay with you. The Gentleman instructed that he specifically wanted a younger trainer to raise his darling Ohmnensa." Ohmnensa? Was that it's name before Wei changed it? Well, with a confident smile, the blonde gave a bow to Nurse Joy and the girls, who were both now looking frustrated with themselves than with one another. "Also, it appears the same male who'd misplaced his Togepi, also misplaced those Tm's... he said you could have them as well." Well, what an auspicious day indeed? "Thank you, Nurse Joy. Now I can leave for the next gym with little worries." The blonde took a moment to send a disappointed gaze in the girls before she took her leave.
