The day had literally just started, and already Felix was drunk. He honestly started drinking around 1 AM, and he decided to take a trip to the Captain's Deck for more drinks. The bartender eventually cut him off, but Felix wasn't having it! If the bartender wasn't going to give him drinks, then he'd have to find someone that would. His crimson eyes glanced over the multiple bystanders in the area. He would've tried to pick pocket someone first, but he knew he was too ******** up to be sneaky enough to try that move. Maybe flirting would be the way to go? Now, who would be a good victim person to try that one? Once more, his eyes scanned for anyone until he looked over to see a blue haired woman. In full honesty, she seemed a little lost - unsure of the alcoholic drinks at the bar. Water? Was that all she was going to order?
His lips stretched out slightly into a sly smirk as the snake moved over, ever so slightly, to the woman. " Is that all you're gonna get, sweetheart? Live a little! Get something you haven't tried. " His voice was smooth, although some of his words seemed to slur slightly together. At least he wasn't wobbling and looking like a complete fool. He gave the girl a little grin before he studied her face a little more. She was definitely cute, alright. What was her personality going to be like, though? Would she find his manipulative advance too much and leave? Maybe she'd just ignore him like everyone else was doing. Only time could tell. " The name's Felix. And who are you, Little Miss Blue? " Even if she told him her name, he'd probably just stick to calling her Blue. It seemed fitting enough since her hair was... blue, obviously.
