Never Again...Herald nodded. He had tried to put her in a life or death situation several times in order to help her get the best experience possible, but he couldn't bring himself to use an attack that may have very well killed her. Even though he hadn't told Emma that, she could probably sense it. Still, they had gotten in some really good training and focused on their weaknesses to improve them. He didn't want to just be able to defeat Divine, he wanted to be able to crush him. There was no way he would allow himself to lose again. Will I be bound in chains

☽ "I am hoping I don't have to use it during the battle with Divine once that comes up... The last thing I want to do is hurt any of you in the process..." Emma muttered. It had happened before where she would turn into her third form and her current conscious would black out. She would awake an unknown amount of time later and have no idea where she was or what she did. That hadn't happened yet while fighting Scratch or training with Herald but she didn't want to take a chance of going berserk and hurting someone unintentionally. She glanced at her hand, flexing it slightly as she thought that over. ☾

Never Again...Herald looked over at Emma. "Don't get your hopes up," he told her. "We're going to have to use everything we can against Divine. You'll have to use your third form, no doubt." He knew she was worrying about it. "You can control it," he assured her. "I know you can."Will I be bound in chains

☽ Emma only nodded slightly in response, obviously not believing it herself that she could. She just stared at some of the flowers nearby before falling to the side and laying on the ground. She sighed and just stared blankly at the plants around her. ☾

Never Again...Herald watched Emma stare at the plants for a moment. "Is something the matter?" He asked her. The flowers were still in full bloom indicating that Herald's mood was normal. Will I be bound in chains

☽ Emma continued looking at the flowers, gently moving her hand to one of the petals "I don't like having no control over my body... it is scary waking up and realizing that you did so much damage to people and things around you." she said. That was possibly a subconscious reason as to why she assisted Herald out of multiple reasons she wanted to. "I just don't want that to happen then find out I hurt you or someone else on our team." ☾

☽ Emma squeezed her eyes shut for a moment when Herald ruffled her hair. She opened them again and looked over at Herald. "Alright." she replied with a faint smile. After a moment or so she moved so she laid next to him. ☾
