Sarviur ran through the first room quickly. He didn't manage to dodge everything, of course, but that was fine - he'd missed the truly harmful things, and he came out, in the end, relatively unscathed.

Sarviur hissed, covering his eyes as he barged up the...giant metal hill? That was a word for it. It didn't help much, though - protecting his eyes would never help when there was heat everywhere. He had to climb faster!

There was no pretty way of saying it: Sarviur collapsed onto the metal, barely feeling its heat anymore. He was out, out, out...
And there he was, facing the entrance to the forge, and unharmed. He thanked his Goddess silently and moved on.

She'd been here before, oh and she remembered it. The first time though it had felt so easy, this time it was not the same as she tried crossing to the next area. Fire and shockwaves, fire and shockwaves...! She felt herself being burned in spots as she managed to crawl away from it. Albeit tired and in pain she was not dead and that was good.
Mel'ae was determined to get up to the top area this time. Now for that fan...

After the long, hot descent again, Raum remembered that the first room had been full of explosives. She got hit, first, by two of the fire-cursed things, and sucked in a breath as it stung like nobody's business.
Unfortunately, the worst was yet to come: She basically caught on fire from, you guessed it, an explosion. Trying not to limp into the frigid room that followed, Raum headed out of he testing chambers.
