After a good while, she finally located a third fragment. Again, like the first and the second, she heard fragments of words echoing in the back of her mind, but was still unsure of what to make of them. Perhaps if she located more of these things, it would help..?

A short reprieve later, Itoto was back in the saddle. He happened upon another fragment after straining his sight in the fog. Hesitant, but eager to move on, he reached out to take it.
Once again, the vision was terrible. He heard something like overeager questions and doting. But that was it. It was too fuzzy, and too quick to end for him to get anything of it.

It was right there! The little light was hovering just off the path. Nojha inched out as far as he dared, and swiped at it. It seemed to take pity on him, for it allowed him to sweep it out of the air, and he quickly retreated from the long drop.
