....That needs to change. I don't expect everyone to know the whole turn order, but by this point in the game, they should know who they come after. It's not anybody's responsibility to tell others when their turn is, and people should be checking the game when they come in to see what's been happening. I'll probably start being more strict with the time limits.

I'll probably start being more strict with the time limits. I'm torn on this. On one hand, I'm like, look, guys, we're not your personal answering service, we understand you're busy but the rest of the team is depending on you to do your part so if you're not on AIM then at least make an effort to check in once in a while because the rest of us are doing our part to make this game run smoothly and on schedule. And on the other hand, I'm thinking, yeah, it's annoying, but we really can't afford to skip a person with how heated some of these situations get, and I don't know how we'd accommodate for a person getting skipped when there's six enemies around us. There's disadvantages on both sides of the situation here.

Kinda agree with Gale about being torn there. I agree that I don't want to be someone's secretary to let the person knows whose turn is it. After all, I have stuff I need to do such as work, paying bills, etc. And I agree with both you and Gale that people should at least check the thread to see if the game is moving or not. But at the same time, it is kinda rude if we skip the player's turn if the player has an idea to help the team.
If Sue doesn't want her turn to skip, but can't be online 24/7, then she should at least ask for an extended time limit. I've already asked Rath to give me 48 hours limit since my work is pretty hectic during Christmas season (not to mention, how my supervisor and higher authorities like to screw my work schedule at the last minute.) So I don't see a problem why Sue can't ask for an extending time. I will admit that we are pretty laid back on the time restriction, but this is because we have stuffs to deal in this month such as work, school finals, and Rath's graduation. So I don't mind if Rath is going to be strict on the time restriction.
However I do have a question about that, Rath. If the person is unable to make a post, are you going to have that person's turn passed or do that "Auto-Battle" phase like you did on Wallace in Game 2? I understand that you will pass the person's turn since it's not your character to deal with. However, I'm curious about characters that maybe important in the game such as Leena. sweatdrop

I'd argue it's rude of players to make their teammates wait and to ignore my rules. Indeed she should. I've already stated that people can do that, and it's especially more reasonable for this month. I don't know what auto-battle you're talking about, specifically. I remember doing something for Wallace because what he tried to do was something he couldn't do and I was feeling nice because he had actually taken what he had thought to be his move and then left. If he hadn't taken his move at all, he would have been skipped. Leena's no different, despite her importance to the mission. Bottom line, Sue, you gotta start paying attention gurrrl. And not just you. Seth too, because if he had looked in here, he would have seen that there was talk to give the thief kill exp to you instead of killing it himself.

Oh my GOD, I am so sorry I was gone, guys! I've been extremely busy with company over and holiday plans and, quite honestly, I've only glanced at the guild and...
asfjk;
I apologize again. If it's too late for me to move, I give you permission to skip my turn. But if I can still move, I'll make it.
I really can't be online 24/7, and my time on AIM/Gaia isn't the best because this isn't my computer (and everyone is home to bug me constantly.)
tl;dr - sorry for holding up the game, I'll move ASAP, it's your call if you need/want to skip my turn. I will move right here, right now if I need to.

If I haven't updated the game yet (I haven't), then you can still move without being skipped. Don't ask permission to, that'll just take up more time.
I've taken several days myself to update each round because this time of the year is busy busy.

I'm so glad you're flexible with my moves. I'm being pulled away from the computer at a moment's notice nowadays, but hopefully I can get my desktop in my room working again so I won't need to do any more of this borrowing business.
Any time you see me online, it's a 50/50 split between this laptop and my Nook, which is extremely hard (but possible) to type on. It's more than likely I am just checking PM's or subscribed threads, but I will sincerely try and check guilds more often.
I'm going to look at the moves made so far and decide where to go.
If you guys have suggestions, leave them here. I won't be able to get on AIM to communicate there.

And I said I was fine with that this time and I'll try and make my move quicker next time. But I suppose I will read and make a move. I'm sorry I'm being slow. I probably already told you guys, but things came up. My desktop is not going to be fixed any time soon. I tried using that site Gale gave me, but I never got the admin message... Using this laptop (and thus, not having my own personal computer in my room to do as I please) may very well become permanent.

You don't move after Shinon, you've always moved after Seth.

Dunno if Game 4 map is similar to Game 2 map, but if it is, Mihira and Vika has the advantage to fly over the mountains.
For Mihira, she needs 5 or more to move while Vika needs 3 or more to move in order get rid of the mages (Depends on Shinon's roll if he's unable to kill the mage.)

Misuki Marishima I thought since I move after Shinon, that my turn was skipped. And I said I was fine with that this time and I'll try and make my move quicker next time. Using this laptop (and thus, not having my own personal computer in my room to do as I please) may very well become permanent. If you get skipped, FS makes a post about you being skipped. Like that time Lance got skipped in game 1 and Wallace got skipped in game 2. If you don't read about it, you still have time to post. If you're ever confused about the turn order, look at the front page or at the ally info spoiler in the most recent ally phase post, the one with the newest map. Sue, taking your turn will only at the most take 5 minutes of your time. Skimming the posts to see what's happened so far and checking this thread to see if there's any strategies in the works shouldn't, in theory, take that long. We just ask that you give the game a little more priority when you log on to Gaia. sweatdrop Jisen Meizuki Dunno if Game 4 map is similar to Game 2 map, but if it is, Mihira and Vika has the advantage to fly over the mountains. For Mihira, she needs 5 or more to move while Vika needs 3 or more to move in order get rid of the mages (Depends on Shinon's roll if he's unable to kill the mage.) Flying units are able to fly over untraversable spaces, but they can't land on them. Going over those spots still uses up movement like it was a normal one.

Funny, I thought flying units can land on the border of the mountains to either trade/talk/rescue/attack like how FE games do. sweatdrop
