Also, I have a proposal for the people who have designed avies for a certain day, but cannot be there to actually put their avi into that outfit. To me, they still worked hard putting that avi together so I do think they should be able to receive credit for that. However if they are absent that entire day and cannot dress their avi up, I don't feel it's fair that they receive a top score even if their avi is well designed, because they weren't around to participate that day. Simply put, circumstances do arise, and I feel an absentee entry could be accepted so long as they are not allowed first place points for the day. I feel this could be a fair compromise and Selle wanted me to share that she agrees with me. Awah~ Are we ever gonna agree on a vote? XD lol And thankies Suisho. Very well said. emotion_kirakira

On the topic of avis for your contest... I designed one for every day (except Christmas cause I already had a Christmas avi done like months ago xD) emotion_yatta
However, from the 22nd til the 29th me and my family will be on vacation in Czech; we should have internets there but I have no idea how well it'll work, or if it'll even work... So would it be alright if I PMed you my complete list the day before or that I leave, so that even if my internets does end up not existing I can still use them for the contest? >w< You'll of course be allowed to share the link with the other judges, I just like keeping my avis a surprise til the day I get to wear them so I'd just wanna use it as a last resort emotion_yatta

I guess it would be ok as long as you got on as often as possible during that time; like say the internet is sketchy, then you'd get on when it was working and whatnot, but what the others think is still important. To be fair. If we've said no to one person, we need to say no to all people, just to be fair. Since we already said no about Turquerie's Nutcracker Avatar, then we must also say no in this case. Even if we do not know what the Avatars look like, you did say that "Well the idea was that you wear the avi around the guild on those days.. ". So my vote is no. Fair is fair. I'd do the same if this was my sister asking and would want others to do the same if I was asking. I see that there's a difference though. I like Turquerie's avatar and all, but they wanted the avi to count for both days, and also 1.) Nan has been really active 2.) She's made all 12 separate avatars and 3.) This would only be in the case where internet is not available and it's out of her control. If Turquerie's reasoning was that they couldn't get online I would think about it a little different. But this isn't about just who can make the best avatar, so I felt the need to say no. ^^" Hm. That is certainly true, that this is a slightly different case. Though...I still feel like allowing avatars to be submitted in case their creator can't be in guild that day is not fair to everyone else. So my answer is still no. I like Suisho's idea that people who aren't active due to uncontrolable circumstances could still get points, but not first place because it's about participation too. *nods* So I think that's a nice compromise. ^^
