Hmm, what I'm about to recommend sounds radical but I think something that kinda helped the RP to fall into a a coma is the fact that there were too many location threads. If somebody started in a thread and nobody came to join them then they were completely stuck in that location.
I no longer have any status in this guild so I can't do anything personally anymore but it might be easier if the man location threads were condensed to general areas, maybe? For example a thread could be titled Hotel District and it would contain the hotel, tea house, curiosity shop etc. It would be easier to read through as well, I think.
PS: I know there's a suggestion thread but it seems easier just o put it out here.
Also I like the banner Darla smile

Personally, I never had trouble with too many threads.. only reasons guilds die imo, is inactivity and lack of plots xD

Sorry I have been sick for like 4 days really bad. Still going...might have to go to the hospital if it keeps up..can't sit still for long periods. x.x
I'll try to shoot a post soon as I feel better if not, keep going, assume she's watching or looking out the stained glass for that thing
