Ryan was still very much lost within the cube. But at least in this room, he found himself another key. This one gold and a little different in shape. Maybe there was something more to them? That or they could just be some random junk laying around. That was entirely possible too.Quote: HP: 25/30

It wasn't until he was back in the room where he first started out, that Ryan actually began to wonder if maybe he made a wrong turn somewhere and was taking himself in circles.

Once in the room, all Ryan could do at first was stare dumbly at the cord. What did it do? Did it lead somewhere? An exit maybe?
Weird though. The longer he seemed to stare at it, the more he felt a tingly sensation. Weird because it felt like an electric current and yet, he was pretty sure he wasn't touching the cord.Quote: HP: 25/30

Room 7*Thump* *wriggle* "This..." Airn once again found himself in a strange place. In here, the walls are pink like flesh...and also moving slightly. Below him is also another pink-no, sickening pale red stuff that makes a squelch sound every time he stepped on it. There is no door on this room. "Should I tear down the walls? Or should I-" GRRKKKKK- All of a sudden, the whole room shook! some kind of slippery tentacles, much akin to those of Tentagoats he usually caught for those delicacies shoots out from the walls and binds him, then proceeds to lift him mid-air! GRKKKKK... Following that strange sound, a FREAKING MOUTH!!! opened at the ceiling. Usually creatures would FREEEEAAAAK OOUUUTT at that spectacle, but at this time Airn was far too angry for freaking out. Instead of panicking, he once again uses his versatile fin on his tail to slice off the tentacles near their base, and in an instant he was already free... -but not without being harmed. The mouth stretches and caught his left hind-feet, causing him to wince in pain. One more tail strike plus a bite at the giant lips housing those teeth frees him, and he prayed to the Levathia God before striking down one of the walls- Fortunately, this time the Luck seems to be on his side. Although stumbling and landed head-first inside of the Void hallway, he escaped from that...room. And the injury to his leg is minimal because of his thick scales... -this kind of pain will go away with adequate rest., thought Airn before dragging himself to the next room... Whatever it was, it somehow transported him; throwing him into yet another room, after what felt like a terrifying drop.
Well, at least his wings broke his fall.

Room 28
Fortunately, after all the torments of the cube and being tossed around like a stuffed animal, Ryan finally reached what he hoped was the last room.
It was certainly a big change from what he had seen so far. But not something he wished to see. Laboratories were never a comfortable place for him. He couldn't imagine how the Life hunters could put themselves in such a place daily. It was, in his opinion, too creepy. Then again, that could have something to do with the bad things that happened to find there way out o the labs back on the island. Things sort of like those flasks...

Yeah. No way in hell was he testing those. He already did the rat maze, he wasn't going to be a lab rat on top of that.
"Exit... exit...." Okay. There had to be an exit! Where was it--there!
He could see it now. But why was no one leaving the labs?
