N. Helena poured herself and Pam a glass of a wine "well I like to know that my clients and friends are satisfied."
N. Croc looked to his boss for approval.
N. Helena sipped her wine and nodded.
N. Croc grabbed Pam around the neck with one hand and easily lifted her off her feet "you think you can handle me? I've broken men and women alike who think I'm all bark and no bite. The Gotham police are still finding their body parts every now and then. Ask yourself, do you think you can ride this horse?"
N. Helena smiled as she sipped her glass, she was always tickled when Waylon showed off to people.

Pamela gasped and grabbed onto Waylon's wrists. Once his words registered she let out of cough and spoke in a rasped voice. "Giddy...up." She gave a pained grin.

So is Noir Ivy going to be in Europe or Gotham City? I was going to post as Helena and was wondering if you wanted to set them up as friends/business partners.
N. Helena waved her two fingers "try not to break your new friend so soon Mr. Jones."
N. Croc sneered and let go of Pam, dropping her to her feet "you might want to clear your schedule if you go through with this. You may or may not be walking afterwards."

Hmm, I dunno... It would make more sense if she was in Europe. She can't do her nazi business in America. But it may not be functional for the storyline.
Pamela gasped and choked on the air as it returned to her lungs. She pressed her hands against her chest coughing hard. She felt the delicate skin around her neck bruising. She looked up at Waylon, smirking. "I'll talk to your master about it, Fido." She lifted herself off of the floor and dusted herself off. "How strong is your immune system?"

Well she could be in Gotham as a Spy, or checking her contacts for more supplies or gathering information. Or she could be in Gotham experimenting and sending her completed poisons and such back to Germany and sabotaging Army camps or stuff.
N. Croc flexed his claws "about as good as it will ever be, why?"

She leaned in and kissed on the cheek. "I have my own magic as well." She walked back to her seat. "All this excitement has made me hungry. Are you hungry, Helena?"

Helena doesn't care for the war as long as she makes money, and she doesn't care about America in particular because she's an Italian immigrant.
N. Helena smirked as she watched her friends play "I've been working up an appetite just watching you two playing. Take care of it, Mr. Jones?"
N. Croc fixed his suit "yes boss." He turned and left the room to alert Helena's chefs to prepare her dinner.

This Helena is cool. So where does the Question come in? Ivy can't keep using Waylon to get her sick rocks off.

Well I'm a sucker for classic Mafia stuff, my dad's fault, and I wanted to explore Helena's mafia side. Reboot Helena, despite being a 23 year old college student will be similar to Noir Helena, she wants to grow up and take over the 'family business' and be this spoiled hardassed Crime Boss.
Well, Question could be Pam's supplier, he's paranoid about monsters and demons, and sees the War as being petty and ignoring the real enemies of mankind.
