Haseo sighed as he walked into Death City and looked around, wondering where he could go to find out some information. Sure he needed to make his way to the school, but figured he would look for someplace he could relax and refocus himself into a completely calm demeanor. Sagami stopped to catch his breath after non-stop running. Never again would he let his cat anywhere near the campus. He simply couldn't risk getting caught again, especially when it wasn't habit to carry around his DMA ID as proof he was a 'friendly.' "Are you alright? I know we ran out of there pretty fast, after all." he asked, checking on the girl he had escaped the DWMA library with.
Spells/Powers:
+ Air Manipulation: Sagami can create, shape and manipulate air and wind. He cannot take away other people's air/suffocate them.
+ Weather Control: Since air is an important factor in determining and controlling climate and weather, and the generating force of most ocean and freshwater waves, Sagami can, to some level (let's just say he can't do anything as major as making some enormous tornado to destroy the whole city), can manipulate the weather.
+ Earth Manipulation: Can create, shape and manipulate any "Earthen" elements including most solid objects, specifically all minerals and mineral compositions regardless of their state (mountain, boulder, sand or dust), dirt, soil, etc. Sagami cannot control glass or any artificial/man made (ex: plastic) substance.

Sagami smiled and patted Bernadette on the back. "Well, as long as you're live I suppose. Just take deep breaths until your breathing returns to normal, yeah?" Sagami took this time to truly try to remember if he had ever met her before. He was practically DMA's unofficial one-man welcoming committee after all. He was usually very up to date on students and was never one to forget a face. Perhaps she was going to enroll today. Who knew. "Ah, that's awfully rude of me. The name's Sagami. Sagami Usui. It's nice to meet you." he said extending his hand for a handshake.

Bernadette looked slightly concerned at the topic of the DWMA students killing them."Would they really kill us?" She questioned quietly, would they reap her soul? of course and she would be used to make a death scythe. She cheered up hear him introduce himself "Sagami Usui? That a pretty name, it would look nice crocheted!" Thats normal to say to a person, right? She shook his hand shaking and hoping she didnt mess up.

"Crocheted?" Sagami looked at her quizically, a quirky smile slowly forming. "That certainly sounds, uh, interesting. And no, I doubt they'd do that. Well, I mean, they wouldn't if you could prove your a friendly probably. Most situations have just been reports but those were probably the nice students. Can't really say." Sagami replied truthfully. He hadn't really given the matter full thought but now that she had asked, it was interesting to think about.

She leaned over looking at an ally corner and grabbed his sleeve walking him there, "I'm not a dwa student though, i'm just another witch....Maybe i should?" She thought to herself as she sat in the dark corner, mumbling a spell and turning her soul protect off, she put her fingertips together and pulled them away quickly, theres a light purple string connecting them, she started to twist the string to her will, "Sagami? "Oh! Uh, alright then." he said, expressing mild shock as Bernadette lead him to an alley. Sagami was confused as to what she was doing until he could finally read her wavelength. He let out a quiet "oh" in realization. Well, of course she had to be. Why would a DWMA help him after all. "Well, no. I feel like they would be those types, though. They just kind of seem, y'know, agressive."

Bernadette looked up away from her work with a quiet smile, "I like doing this, its small and it never lasts long, its a soul torn so it's a short lived thing." She thought to herself for a minute, looking at the work, a wing could be seen that was a glowing. "Well Sagami I have to agree, some DWMA students are really scary, i've always wondered though, what if the DWMA wasn't here? Where would people like us be? Where would weapons be?" Bernadette was spacing out at this point as just speaking anything on her mind.

Charlie walks around Death City just a little pissed." Geezes christ, I really wish I went and destroy that wizard before he disappear...I could Have found the information about the witch who turned me into this form...and where the hell did my miesters go! Takeshi, not going to meet a happy camper..but whatever.." She then grab a carrot from her bag and started to eat it. After a bit from wondering around she decided to head to the streets to see what she can find.
Sagami peered down at Bernadette's work, rather impressed by what was happening before his eyes. It certainly was more unique than he had previously imagined. "Heh, well the students aren't anything I couldn't handle if it came to it. I'm sure if the DWMA wasn't here, a similar institution would bound to be created elsewhere but unlikely. I feel like the DWMA is just something that can't simply not exist so easily." he replied.

Slowly ever so slowly Hanzo stepped through death city like nothing could touch him. Where were his little brothers. He came looking for them. Looking for a fight. If they could not defeat him, all the time that he allowed them to spend at this "academy" was for nothing. Hanzo gritted his teeth. You could tell there was something off about him. His evil demeanor or maybe the way he carried himself. Glaring at everyone who passed by as if begging them to attack him. Something was wrong. You could sense his soul wavelength from a mile away and it seemed to be fanatic. He continued stepping slowly with every tread he could feel more and more stronger enemies it made him feel. Excited.

Bernadette hummed looking down again, "It's really weird thinking about it in my opinion, Witches and demons have come pretty far huh?"
