6, huh? Hmmm... he glanced to the score board, trying to figure out who this Joachim chick was. Movement caught the corner of his eye and he turned to where the clown was now... waggling his fists.

Enzo blinked, scowling. Until he smirked. And then the laughter bubbled up, "Ahahahaha. What, you wanna' go at it?"

Pickles shoved a cupcake in his face and ran away.

Enzo wobbled, blinking in shock as he tasted icing and cake. "You...." He felt it drip down onto his nice suit.

A dark eye twitched. "YOU BINDLE CARTIN' BOZO I'LL BLOW YOU DOWN GET BACK HERE!" He roared before quickly leaping after him.

The Boss, meanwhile, wanted to know what his number would be. Unfortunately, it had no hand to officially press the button, but he leaned in to bop it with his end scroll, giving a low purring hum as he waited for his (unofficial) number.

West remained silent and tried to look as innocent as possible in response to Levi's confusion, and was very thankful that she didn't seem to expect him to answer. He might have handed himself over to the warm fuzzies completely, but love and agony and the pleasure that could be had when you combined the two were not even remotely in the realm of thoughts he wanted to have tonight.

His stomach sank into his toes when he heard her mention the Love Machine. The boil's attention was dragged back to his surroundings after its brief detour and when he noticed the game they were standing in front of, he tugged her hand slightly. She was talking about Yin, that green kid from the assembly. That she matched numbers with that boil was almost as bad as... oh, hey! He'd matched with Lilith. He smirked briefly. "Nah. Guess he wouldn't." It was only a slight consolation.

Finally it seemed she noticed his number and how far it was from her own. He prepared for the worst—yelling, toe stomping, her hand ripped from his, the vampire teddy bear clawed to bits and thrown in his face—but what she finally did say was more encouraging than he could have hoped for. Lucky? He'd take lucky.

West turned to look at Levi, his fingers itching to reach out and touch her face like he had in the forest, when out of the corner of his eye, he saw another flash of reddish-orange. It was her. "Dammit, Master," he muttered, narrowing his eyes as the scareon jumped off of a table. "My damned scareon's'ere," he said. "I'ma go get 'er. I'll only be a second." He released the tatzel's hand and hurried off.

For a moment, West had an expecting look to him. What? what are you... Did he see something on her face?

Oh- no. It was his scareon. She remembered the critter from when she'd broken into West's room. Levi nodded, releasing his hand just a bit reluctantly. Sure. I'll be right 'ere. She'd wait for him there till the sun came up. Oh hey! That game looked interesting...

There were others playing Ghost-Man at the moment, but the tatzel found herself watching the buttons and movements. Maybe she'd pass the time before she could see West's glowing green eyes again by brushing up on those game skills? It had been a long while since her game with Jericho and Lizzy and the ghoul didn't want to get too rusty on a skill she barely had in the first place. Didn't seem too difficult but then again- electronics of any sort would prove difficult to Levi even if they didn't appear so for others. West's eyePhone was another example of this; she could barely understand the touch screen when trying to use its camera feature.

As various players past, Levi got a bit jittery, looking about for perhaps a glimpse of that boil she missed.

Oh-. She saw him alright.

and then rage.

That tiny voice that told her things so sweetly was like a dial tone in her ears, buzzed out by thoughts of what West was doing with that other ghoul.

He left her... to see her.

Claws dug into the body of her Vampire Teddy and she hissed through her fangs.

Finally, finally, he noted the machine with the beating heart - perhaps if it had been a brain Mort would have gone for it off the bat. Nonetheless he approached it with some curiosity, wondering if the numbers truly were fabricated, or if there was some mystical power secretly at work with each try. Pushing his glasses up, the zomboil pressed his hand in the appropriate slot and waited as the machine lit up and beta not "read his FEAR".

Huh! Two direct matches, Junko and someone named "Tess". Junko he remembered as one of the seamstresses both from Groanspring and from the walk-in at Lizzy's room, but this Tess person was unfamiliar. Mrrrr.

Ah well, either way he had toys to cash in on.

Valentines day was quite an emotionally draining holiday, and Herryk was pretty relieved when the time came for them to head back to the main room for the mixer.

Another free minute, another score of 8. Seriously, he'd figure all the runs on Thunder Road would've made him even a smudge faster!

Taryn was, frankly, terrified to even imagine who she might be matched with. With her recent record, she imagined it might be nobody. That's how it went for the nerdy girls, though, wasn't it? She smacked the hand-shaped button and bit her lower lip...

No way! Junko! Mort!! Taryn laughed and grinned, looking over those who were close to her score. Lizzy too?! ... oh my. Oh my... Johnny Danger! Only one away! The ghoul laughed and skipped her way on over to the prize booth, happily munching her cupcake.

More candy, awww yeeaaaah. And another one that told him he was a nightmare to boot. Maybe these weren't so bad, even if they did taste like chalk . . .

Edel wasn't so sure about going for more candy after the last time. But let's get real, it's MORE CANDY.

The ghoul cranked the knob and a rather loud clunk came from the machine. The bittersweet's message said:

Edel pursed the lips and walked away from the candy machine. Way to send mixed messages.

Time and again, the ghoul tried and failed at this game. You really thought she's ought to feel some SHAMEEEEEE for her failtasticness (which she did), but it never stopped her from trying.

Next time ...

And while she consistently failed at ghost man, she made up for it at the hunter bashing booth. Each swing of the mallet came down with a satisfying thud on the hunter puppet's slightly flattened out heads. Multiple hammerings came down on the one that looked like the lead death hunter too.

Feeling very pleased with herself, she laid the mallet aside and left once again.
