Trouble was a broad term. It came in many different styles, skins, and more often then not it wasn't the one you expected.
In this case the trouble the child had anticipated would come in the form of a small Magnemite. Floating roughly 4 feet off the ground, the small magnet's protruding off the side of the Pokemon's head would spark yellow and blue. The pupil oddly curved in what passed for a Magnemite smiling, two deep red circles were on either side of it's face.

Floating closer at a slow pace, the Magnemite would suddenly bounce in the air, producing a high metallic 'HIC' before discharging a large amount of static into the air; and although it didn't seem like it would do any sort of damage, the majority of the ambient electricity would arc abruptly towards Aella, seeming almost to zero in on the electric-type!

Both trainer and pokemon would seek to dive out of the way of it. Aella whom was ridding on Victoria's shoulder would hunker down as the girl dove to one side, because she doubt it would much harm to Aella, but her ...well....she had enough seeing her hair all frizzled like she had just found out about the Afro puff. It just didn't seem to look right on her, or at least that was her thought as she dove away from the incoming attack.

As Victoria and Aella dove, the static would abruptly arc in another direction, striking another Magnemite hovering a bit to their left. Once the Pokemon was hit by the electricity, it produced a metallic 'HIC' much like the first, two red circles appearing on it's face as it began to wobble and tilt haphazardly in some sort of Mangemite dance.
Almost entirely oblivious to the child and her Pokemon, the two Magnemite would then wander off in different directions.

Victoria shivered as she recognized what had happen, and what could have happen. A magnetized pokemon wouldn't have been a very good thing in a place full of so much metal as she stood back up and started to dust the dirt off of her pants. Then she would start to walk again ....the quicker she got to the next Relay the sooner she could get out of here and deal with Torrent's body.
She had to bite back a sniffle at the thought of the poor horsea.

The next Relay Tower would be so close the girl could practically trip over it. Standing tall as the last one had, the battery of this one seemed to have a slightly different sort of problem. Sticky and half pink, it seemed to be covered in chewing gum; and although parts of it were still moist, the majority of it had dried out due to exposure to so much heat. Parts had been blackened to a crisp around the now defunct battery.

It seemed rather easy to Victoria to handle ...as she looked at Aella. She would direct the Emolga in using Air Slash to cut away the gum and stuff from the mess up battery ...before she would try and pry it away herself. Pulling it free and dropping it to the ground before replacing it with the new cell battery.
That was now two down, and she still had another 3 to go.

Victoria couldn't help wondering how long this would take for her.

((Not a cell battery! We've been over that! sweatdrop ))
After a moment the battery would begin sparking with electricity, much more violently then the one before due to the damage Aella had done to the rest of the machine. Like the first several lights would begin blinking red, then turn green...though several seemed to have been half broken as well. Air Slash perhaps hadn't been Victoria's wisest decision.

Though the girl wasn't upset about the choice at all, she had done her job. It was up ...sort of, as she turns and started to leave it exactly as it is. If she had had Torrent she would have tried to wash it away, but that was no longer an option for her ....as she crossed her arms.
She didn't care, she had put a battery in it, and it worked enough ....so she had no reason for guilt as she would start looking for another one.
(Sorry, I am stuck on the cell battery thing)

As she began heading deeper into the facility, she'd find herself drawing ever closer to the facilities main generator. Overhead the clouds would stir black as pitch, releasing stray bolts lightning and rumbling with thunder yet loosing no rain. Static hung heavy in the air, to the extent that every breath would come with the stray taste of metal.
Out of nowhere lighting would strike the ground to Victoria's left...and if she thought it was a coincidence, she'd swiftly be proven wrong as a second bolt strike the ground behind her. Lightning seemed to dance around the area, striking anything that remained in it's path...a fact which shouldn't have been possible....except...

At the center of the storm, floating a few feet off the ground was a Pokemon; one both familiar and not. It was a Castform, a man-made Pokemon created to control the weather. Possessing three forms, it could effect sun, rain, and hail...yet this one didn't match the description of any such things...

The cloudy lower half of it's body had turned a deep dark black, puffing out into a cloud much like it's rain form. The Pokemon's head however didn't match that forms description. Encased in a bright yellow gel, the Castform's head was covered in several sharp jagged looking protrusions similar to lightning bolts. It's entire body crackled with electricity as it looked skyward, calling down more lighting.

There was a good chance this Pokemon was what was responsible for this storm...the one that had started all of this.

More lighting would strike the ground precariously near Victoria, the Castform's attention had turned more directly on the girl now. Ominously the Pokemon's eyes would crackle with electricity. Whether this Castform was responsible for the storm, or simply making it worse, one thing was clear; Victoria would have to fight it.

Her eyes narrowed at the sight of this pokemon. She had been driven here ...she had been rounded up towards this spot by the lightning like a herd of cattle by horses and men, and she wasn't happy about it at all. As she expected to see some legendary pokemon to fight with the accuracy of that lightning, but what she was greeted with was something completely different.
Her eyes went wide at the sight ....a Castform, but this one was of a completely different type of breeding. A creature of the storm instead of water, fire, or ice, and a smile crossed her face because such an ability didn't just catch her interest by her eye.

She suddenly wanted this creature, but whether or not such an abomination could be caught was an another matter entirely.

Not only that, but, it was threatening her ....as surely as anything. It wasn't that she cared that this creature had caused any of her problems, or was the reasons for those fools downfall.

It was simply the matter that it had thrown down a challenge and as she felt Aella spark next to her. She knew it was one that had already been accepted.

They would fight, and if they couldn't win ...she would turn and run. She wasn't going to lose another pokemon here.

Yet the moment the very idea of leaving this place, as if reading her mind, a bolt of lighting would strike the ground directly behind her. From all sides lighting would begin to haphazardly descend between the buildings, cutting off all routes of escape; but leaving a large circular space from which to battle.
 [AREA EFFECT]

[EYE OF THE STORM: BATTLE CANNOT BE FLED. ALL NONE HEALING ITEMS NEUTRALIZED!]

Indeed the lighting had herded the girl here, and now she was penned by it. A rat in a trap, and the Castform had no intention of allowing her to escape.

A low, hissing chuckle would come from the Castform as he hovered in the air, a sound which caused thunder to rumble more violently overhead. Electricity danced around the Pokemon as it sat there, watching the electric rodent upon Victoria's shoulder.

Closing his eyes the Pokemon would begin to focus, causing the electricity to spark more violently, interweaving it into a netted sphere. Rather then a physical defense or evasion, the Pokemon was doing a great deal more....unique.

Victoria found herself once more having to move away from the electric sparks as the ground was hit not once, but multiply times by lightning. There was no way out for her now as she walks forwards towards the Castform as it would seem that she had step into the eye of a storm.
She wasn't happy about that at all.

As Aella's fur stood on end, the girl would point at her.

 "Use Thundershock."

There was no time to be slow in such an confrontation. If her opponent wouldn't let her leave ...then she had no other choice but battle. As Aella hopped free of her to land on all fours on the ground ...with her tail flicking from one side to another ...the girl would smirk darkly as she stood up straight and sent her own electricity flying. It was always a good idea to fight fire with fire, and she saw no reason why not to use electricity against electricity, especially if there was a chance for paralysis in the baragin.

 "That means no mercy."

It hadn't been too long since she had last heard that, and hopefully this time they would be able to do a lot more with such a call since this little one was no ghost.

The electricity would danced through the air and strike the Castform effortlessly...yet as the current ran across his body, the Pokemon's laughter intensified. Around it's neck just below it's bulbous head a collar black as his cloudy bottom would begin to blink with a series of lights. The sparks from Aella's attack would mix and mingle with his own, eventually being absorbed into the Castform's body.
Time after time it would seem that the Castform displayed abilities it should not have had. Though at least now something was clear, this was not a natural mutation...

">What a nice gift; but I'm afraid I already have more then enough...here, try some of mine!<" The Castform would call out, chuckling darkly as his body began to spark more heavily. Suddenly dropping from the ground, the Castform would strike the ground, sending a wave of electricity forward in a rapidly increasing cone. A Thunderwave. It would seem Victoria and the Castform were of like minds.

As the electricity pops as it was absorbed Aella's ears went down.
(Yeah, should have guess, you can absorb electricity ....probably the reason for your change to begin with)

She would mutter to herself and to Victoria. Though the girl heard nothing more than Emolga ...which didn't make her feel better about the waste of an attack. One that could have easily given them an upper hand in this fight ...as she would clench her teeth sharply.

"Fine, counter attack that...use quick attack."

Victoria would have her change up the attack as the Emolga would jump forward. Her tail was stretched out behind her...as she would swiftly gobble up the distances in between them as she lower her head and prepares to literally ram him at full speed.

Her entire attack aimed to slam the pokemon into the ground as Aella jumps at it would an uncharacteristic sort of a roar.

			            (9 - 4) + (15 - 16) = 4 DMG
 Castform HP: 22

Struck by the Emolga's attack dead on, the Castform would bounce off the concrete much like a basketball, flipping through the air when he came back up. On the second drop he'd narrowly stop himself before hitting the ground, his body flaring with electricity as he rose back into the air.

">You'll pay for that...<" He growled, the thunder overhead rumbling in response.

Yet despite his words the Castform made no move to attack, instead opting to once again form a sphere of netted electricity around his body.
