Lunarsun ((You have lost me Tsuki ...seriously lost me ....her last move was a defensive stance. Not even an protect towards attacking ....and it was your turn to attack. So how did it end in your pokemon fainting ...something I find no record of either.)) ((I see where I made my mistake. I thought since I overused counters he would automatically faint. And since Prime got a negative 2 and Archer got a negative 2 I thought it would be the same fate. One second as I strike out that post.)) Archer was pushed back from the spinning sensation but he growled. "Archer, stop!" Tsuki ordered as the Burmey went on the defense. She was weak and so she decided to quit the match while she still could. Archer saw her as a coward, a bloody coward and his trainer condoning that was unacceptable. He charged Burmey, look of hate written all over his face in the form of the Tackle attack. If anyone was beaten by the scary stick it would be Archer. Archer Cyndaquil [M], Lvl 3 Hasty HP: 14/16, PP: 12/19, ATK: 9, DEF: 7, SPD: 9, SP. ATK: 9, SP. DEF: 8 Moves: Tackle, Leer, Foresight Exp:0/200

((Grab and run goes against Raven's personality. As for "taking out the trash"....really Lunar? REALLY? I'm sorry, but I don't think anyone in their right MIND would have come up with that one standing on my side of the fence.)) His brain addled and eyes swirling, Crowe would be too preoccupied trying to keep the room from spinning to pay the Lickitung much mind. The steel feathered bird's natural defences would just have to do the work for him.

(7 - 4 + 12 - 22 = -7))
The move was too weak, and as they had planned it ...it was impossible to get past his defensive as the Lickatung would stumble a few steps ....before he would turn and go to the defensive. He seemed to be facing the wrong direction as he curled his tongue and brought his short arms in front of his body in a pose that spoke of nothing but defiances.
His tail was rolled tight against his back as he waited for the bird to strike.

The attack would miss that time as the Burmy turned with a twist. She had held him here ...pin him down even though this should have been an easy battle. She would almost laugh at him ...as she would try to use Snore. It wasn't like the move could succeed either way, because, she wasn't sleeping.
A small smile was on her face. She would eventually fall, but how much time have he wasted with her? It was so far in her best interest to continue this onwards.

((...... stressed ..... scream scream scream scream !!!!! ...*abruptly goes Super Saiyan!*))The harsh clang of something striking metal resounding through the cavern. Indeed the Crowe's natural abilities had served him well, but that did him no good if he was unable to strike his opponent. something becoming increasingly difficult with each passing chance. Only once strike had landed deep; and if this continued on for too much longer it seemed as if the battle might become an impossible, never ending struggle between these two Pokemon.
Raising one hand, Raven began to motion for Requiem to take Crowe's place. Only to find the Zorua abruptly appearing in the opposite location.
Oh ho no, there was no way he was dealing with what the security team couldn't handle! That Licky-thing was a bloody freaking beast!
Thus it would seem the outcome of the battle was very much dependant solely on the Skarmory. A fact he was increasingly keen on. This pink blob was beginning to make a fool of him. He, who had struck down dozens before. Him, once master of all her surveyed; a Skarmory with one of the largest territory upon the island! No, he would not be defeated here. He would tear this creature to shreds, then feast upon it's scattered entrails!
Though it was dark, a noticeable glow came into the bird's yellow eyes. He was leering at the Lickitung...at least, whenever he was able to hold his balance long enough. The world was still spinning unfortunately.

Being still saved him from injury ....but a blind Lickatung found the entire leer as a waste. The would turn towards his opponent then ....as once more his arm would gain that heavy look that spoke only of the move he planned to use ....Hammer Arm. With one foot smashing into the ground he would start forward swiftly as he aimed to his hit his opponent with that blow right against that chest plate.
IF one continued to hammer away long enough ..even metal will dent. This was the thought process of the Lickatung as he started forward again. The X pattern that stretch where his eyes were ....seemed to bring darkness into that overall ....pink face as he moved to connect with his hit.

Again the Skarmory would simply stand there and take the attack...or at least attempt to. The world continued to spin around him, leaving him in a state of utter confusion. He was beginning to have difficulty telling the difference between up and down...a fact that made him glad it was too confined in her to fly. At least for one his side.
Shaking his head swiftly, Crowe attempted to chase away the dull throb at the back of his skull. No, this wasn't good at all. He needed to fight, to rip and tear...not...stumble around like some fledgling!

(16 -1 + 12 - 22 = 5dmg)
This time the attack would get through ....as the hit range out. Though it would come at a cost to the pokemon using it ...as he felt himself weaken a bit. His speed would drop, but considering what he was able to do ...it didn't come as too much of a lost overall.
The Lickatung redrew slowly. His own arms would come up in a defensive stance even as his tongue recoiled back and his tail curls in close. He needed to keep his wit and feet underneath him for this battle.

Thaleia HP: 2
+1 TO RIOLU'S ATTACK ROLLS!Thaleia was caught completely off guard. The moment her head hit the ground she would feel the Riolu's winds, and she was forces forwards. Winds she would usually ride carefree, brought down under the earth unaturally, they now cut at her sides and stung against her skin. If only because of her natural resistance to the winds did she survive that one, though barely.
She was battered up. Her wings were on the ground, no strength to pull them up. small cuts decorated her body, and her head hung low, neck bent downwards. "Thats enough" Ada called out. She recalled Thaleia, reaching up for two balls across from it. This battle would end here. She tossed the ball into the air, pressing the button with her thumb a moment before letting go so it would open at the peak of the throw. Out burst the white light, into the shape of another giant.
Before the Riolu now stood Erion, ever reliable. He looked at the Riolu, and down at the floor. Footprints, headprints, this wasn't the beginning of a battle but the continuation. And she having been the one who started it, no less...that Tropius was strong, and if this Riolu had given her a hard time then he better be at least a little alert. Still, he glared at Ada, "> ...Why do I have to do all the clean up? <" He mumbled to himself.
"Erion, hold your ground" one simple command. The fossil pokemon huffed, sweeping his tail on the ground as he kept watch over the Riolu. if she tried anything funny, he'd just block her.

The Riolu watches as her opponent vanishes. A pout actually appeared on her face for but a moment as suddenly her opponent was switched with that of another ....an Aerodactyl this time. It would seem that this girl tend to take her pokemon from the skies ...she had no complaint as she took a breather for but a moment.
The sight of the pokemon defending gave her confidences she wouldn't normally have if it wasn't so. Her tail would swish behind her ....as she did one quick stomp against the ground ...and then she would start to whirl one arm around and around and around ....the winds seemingly to gather around that arm as she turns it forward towards the Aerodactyl.
Where it was weaken by type before it had become stronger, and where her quick attack was strong ...it was now weaken by type. Yes, this girl had some very interesting and powerful companions, and she was enjoying every moment of this battle...as she turns it forward to use Vaccum Wave.

((Damn, forgot to mention this earlier...and I hate mentioning it because it works against me, but you did the math wrong on a previous damage you put a 5 instead of an 8.))
(17 - 8 ) + (12 - 14) = 7 + 5 = 12/5 = 2.4 (round) 2dmg)
Lickitung HP: 13
[Capture Rate: 14+]
Crowe HP: 16
[Lickitung: +3 to DEFENSE ROLLS]
[Crowe: -1 to DEFENSE ROLLS]Keeping his feet beneath him was something the Lickitung would soon enough find rather difficult to accomplish. Not because of the ferocious attack that the Skarmory was building up to...or at least trying to build up. No, it was because of a single sphere currently hurdling through the air at the large pink Pokemon.
Using Requiem to help direct him aim, Raven had actually thrown a Pokeball. It was a move he'd have rather avoided, but his options were few and far between, and steadily growing worse. Once he was out of the cavern he would likely release the Pokemon...or perhaps he could find a local willing to take it off his hands. He didn't know, and he didn't particularly care at this point.
The Pokemon was standing in his way, and time was of the essence.

(Oh, well ...since it doesn't matter, but this if for future references. But a Counter-attack roll of a 20 or a 1 doesn't count for or against the normal count. In other words, you don't add to a counter-attacks roll from a previous 20 or take away for a 1. And in the same stance, if you roll a 20 or a 1 ...it doesn't effect those rolls either))
The Lickitung would feel it against his skin. That hit of the pokeball as it bounces off and away ...his entire form would be reduced to nothing but the inside of that pokeball ...as it all came to an end. It probably wasn't what was planned, but it was the most effect way of bring this match to an end.

((I have no idea what you just said or why you brought it up...))Lifting the PokeBall from his belt Raven would recall Crowe, waiting as Requiem retrieved the Pokemon's ball for him. Truthfully, he wasn't entirely sure what he had just caught. He'd been able to make out the pink and little else. Well regardless, he had no intention of keeping the thing anyway.
Once Requiem was in position to direct him once more, Raven would continue on his path toward the exit.

Further into the darkness the boy would go, seeking the light of the entrance to find his way out of this cavern. He'd need to head toward the Pokemon Center after this...and perhaps visit any local traders. The boy had no wish for his capture to be a total waste. Perhaps a Trader would be interested in the Pokemon he'd caught...or at least know of someone who would be.
