Raven kept diving in and out of the Rainbow Road, watching the battle. Her small grin was fading fast as she saw the bugs falling to the ground by the minute. No! Her bugs! Her friends! The biters! The feasters! They couldn't die.
There was a soft keening sound from the shining spirit and she nuzzled one of the dead bugs, hoping that that would get it to wake, or something. The ghost looked up, watching a senshi throw more of the bugs off. No! The bugs must eat! Feast! Devour! Senshi must pay!
The ghost tripped the senshi, causing the boy to fall into the bugs that were on the ground. Luckily some of them were still alive, going back and eating him.
Good! Glee! Happiness! Good bugs! Make them pay! They should not survive! They should not participate in happiness! Make them pay! Make them stop living!
A new thought struck the ghost, as fleating as it could be.
If the senshi died, she could kill them again in the after life! She could make them pay!
Happiness coursed through her shiny transparent body. Make them pay!!!

To say Maia wasn't expecting to be bitten was the understatement of the century. Her eyes went wide and she screamed, punching Wolframite as she felt the teeth sink into the flesh of her shoulder.
"Get off," she shouted grabbing hold of his shoulders and pushing with all her might even as bugs bit her and crawled around her ears. She paid no heed to the fact that it was quite possible he take away part of her flesh, as she could think about was getting away from Wolframite.
Even after the shove her arms would return to flailing this time her nails aiming for the little nega's face.

And now there were bugs.
Holy s**t. Uh. Maybe he could try to clear some of them ? Through, really, if the ghost that had once been Joshua more aware, he would have known that trying to affect something in the air by changing the ground wasn't going to help much.
Well... It was the thought that counted, right ?

As he stood by the Great Youma, safe and observing, he watched the fighting. His eyes caught the winged senshi and Zinkenite before they moved over to see where Maia had been and was still, just she was under a load of bugs, with Wolferamite on top of her. He didn't feel sorry for the senshi under the General. He didn't even need to convince himself of this.
Biting his lip as he continued his search of the area, wanting to see if he could help someone, somehow. Though he was sure defending the Great Youma was also very important so he wouldn't move unless he had to.
So he stood and defended the youma.

Crouching low to the ground, Sailor Nyx continued to destroy locust upon locust, while utilizing the safety of the magical bubble. She was finally thinning their numbers to something that resembled a normal bunch of bugs rather than a plague.

Now that he was no longer swarmed with the creatures, Felix found it easier to take in the entire situation as he squashed the remaining bugs. His eyes instantly trailed toward his companion. “Felicia?” he called out to her. The furious look in her eyes did not go unnoticed by the older lad. Compared to his past encounters with her, she was clearly different, perhaps even permanently changed. It didn’t surprise him. His gaze cautiously traveled toward the rest of the group and his eyes swept over the floor, spotting a few strewn bodies scattered through the Surrounding.
Perhaps one of those bodies would be his own, sometime. A chill ran down his spine at the idea. His death seemed so inevitable, but he absolutely refused to accept his fate. All of a sudden, Felix could sympathize with the heroes and characters he read about in English class, fictional people who gave it their all, defying destiny.
“Things won’t be okay,” he started, his eyes locked onto Felicia. “I would be lying if I said so otherwise, but humans are stubborn creatures.” He attempted to crack a reassuring smile, but found it impossible.

"No," Pasiphae gasped at Ganymede's suggestion of rest. She gratefully accepted both his and Valhalla's help as the wave of weakness still crippled her, but her soft voice had an edge. Her injured arm had stopped bleeding, but she still used it to indicate the chaos around them, from Nyx, thankfully safe inside the shield she had created, to the other Senshi, Knights, and civilians. "We need... to keep fighting. The others... need us. Go... help them. Leave me... if you need to, take Naica too. I'll follow in a little bit... I'll be fine soon."

The bugs continued to swarm and as he was throw off, he felt something akin to fabric and tissue in his mouth. It was an unsettling sensation and he spat it out quickly, tasting metallic blood across his tongue and feeling as if he was going to get some revolting disease from just holding the blood in his system, but there was a level of satisfaction in it. A raw enjoyment in something so barbaric and primal, and he wanted to do it again.
Just as he was thrown, he landed on his back to then feel fingers across his neck and cheek, breaking skin and getting close to his eye. It tore off his eyepatch and that alone caused him to panic and be just as blind with rage as he was with the locus all about them. "You b***h!" As she went for his face, he balled his hand into a fist and went for a uppercut to her midsection.

He chucked another stone first, just to keep the attack on the youma going, then turned back to the other super senshi.
"Don't be ridiculous," Ganymede said, frowning lightly at Pasiphae. He wasn't angry at all, or even disappointed. He was just very worried. Seeing one of his teammates collapse was not exactly one of the highlights of his day. "We're in this together. I'm not leaving you behind. Val and... that one..." he said again, sparing another look for the other page, "... Naica, right? They can worry about the rest of it. I'll stick with you until you're feeling better, keep all the crazies off of you."
He tried to say it as lightheartedly as possible and forced a tiny smile.
This battle was not okay with him at all.

What... ? Naica's face changed when Pasiphae told them to leave her and go.
"No." He said softly, hesitantly reaching out for her. "We're... We're safer in number. I-I think some of the agents are still crazy..."

Sugilite continued to fight whoever was in front of her, long after most negaverse officers tried to shake it off. She would ride it to the end, even if by that time the Great Youma ... a flicker of thought passed through her mind. What if it was destroyed, because she didn't defend it? If she had been rational, she would have known that one lieutenant would not sway the sides of a battle, but only that one thought flashed across her mind as she dug her hands and heels into a hapless senshi.

While running around in her rage, Mica managed to knock down some of the projectiles being thrown at the Great Youma by hitting them with her spear. Then she jabbed her jabbed her spear at the nearest non-Chaos person, wanting, needing to see blood.

Run as she might, Europa found herself overtaken with a small swarm of locusts. The senshi of the deep swatted at the creatures as she raced towards where she'd last seen the Jovians, finally reuniting with her team. It was good to finally reconnect with Ganymede after being separated from him so long, and it seemed he'd gathered a pretty decent sized army as well. Most of them were even from their team!
"Doing my job for me, are you?" she asked, smiling at the group. She recognized Ganymede and Valhalla, and Pasiphae was looking excellent. Naica she couldn't place... no, she'd definitely never met the blue-haired knight before.
Europa slapped a locust on her neck. "I'll just stick with you guys, yeah?"

Babylon had somehow managed to get swarmed with more locusts than he thought possible. He swatted at the storm with his lantern stick of justice and barreled towards The Jovians.
And then Hesperis's stick vanished from his hands and Babylon was left fumbling for his lantern. "******** HELL, MAN," he shouted, just barely missing it and then scrambling after it, bumping against Valhalla's legs in the process. "Sorry."

When Keren next looked up from her knees, the cat and the little girl were long gone - but there was a buzzing all around, and moments later, she found herself under attack from a cloud of locusts.
The girl shrieked and leapt to her feet, swatting wildly at the bugs.
