Jeff Jeff hugs Shima staring into her eyes deeply. Jeff lets go of her and walks to the training room he opens the door noticing it was still split into two pieces.

Shima smiled brightly from the look Jeff gave her.She walks out of her room and heads for the training room.

Jeff Jeff starts training his training was making the room shake,wood pieces crack and float in there air. The room was starting to get very hot and damp.

Jeff Jeff lays on the floor looking at the ceiling he had a large gash on his stomach and the blood was starting to show on his t shirt. "I'm fine."

Jeff "No it doesn't" The wound starts to open greatly Jeff then starts coughing out blood. "Ow."
