Check and mate. Have you ever seen someone be tazed? Trust me, they can scream. LOL!! But it would also explain the lack of blood. I believe the victim needs a heart condition in order for the tazer to kill. It essentially causes a heart attack.

Um... how would a tazer explain the lack of blood? She's got two holes in her neck, and a lot of blood goes through the neck.

If it was a heart attack anyway, wouldn't there be blood leaking out of her mouth? Every picture of a post-heart attack I've seen has had blood leaking out of the victim's mouth...

MARKS that she found made me believe that there was a vamp. involved, but now that we're rulin' in the possibility of a tazer, a tazer gun can go in the skin, leave no blood, and can possibly kill if it hits just the right spot........ just sayin" :3

Tazer doesn't fit unless Fortune had a heart condition which she likely doesn't because the killer would have to know of this condition and would have to hope that the shock would kill her which is a very unreliable method to commit murder. Moving on.
