You can only do one at a time. I wish you could that would make things SOO much easier at higher levels.

They have to be pre-learned I usually do those during spars so you can knock out that one and the spar one all in one fell swoop

Hah, I don't wanna push any buttons here, but would it be possible to force one A-Rank technique as a Genin, like Sasuke did with Chidori? Or are you strict about that in this guild?

By the way, as for the Sharingan's third tomoe, can it be achieved during a life-death battle with a friend who has a lust for blood and you both go on fighting, even to the death?
