Well, you did come up with a shiki and bankai for him... It would work, though. If he plans to learn more kidou he could be THE MERLIN!

You do Know that both the two pools of ink that was spikes went after rin right? I mean he's going to launch one with the sho he cast but he has a second one that's probably going to catch him somewhere. I wish he had aimed for the nets....Anyway just so i'm sure i'm getting your post right, You took my sword into your hand, whipped it back at me, then mid flight of it spinning like a buzzsaw in the air you roped it so it would do what again?

So the bakudou spell would wrap around Raz and entrap him while the weapon would stab him. Kind of like being hoisted by his own petard. for example, wrapping someone in a rope and using the weight on the end to hurt then, since the caster can manipulate how long the rope thing is and what it does... This'd work.
And it said the spikes were heading for Akio...

He saw the orange whip of light coming at him from Akio he brought back his weapon whipping the sword at the light hoping to entangle it as the two spikes of ink arced in the air hitting the ground chasing after Akio coming up, seeing Rin heading right towards them they changed target. These two pools of light lobbing themselves into the air becoming thin spider web nets flying through the air at Rin that was running at them.

Even rin responded "Rin was heaving when the nets came at him and he knew that there was no way he could escape. He held both swords up and screamed, hoping it would work. "

Just nets man just nets coming at you, So if you knocked one away with the Sho, What about the other? I cant auto hit a grab, I can only tell you what happens if they hit.

It would wrap around said part of your body then bind that limb to the closets object ie. If it grabbed your arm it would send a thread to bind your arm to your waist so you couldnt use it. If it was your leg it would either try to grab the other leg or shoot "roots" into the ground to slow you. If it grabs your head it would blind you, your body it would try to.....bind your.....anything?
