"the Pheonix Gate reapeared ... which means someone stole it while i was inside ... but that can't-" he said as something shot at him and hit his shoulder and fell to his knees "look out" he shouted as there was an explosion and something fell into the crater by parachute. James was gripping his shoulder as he pulled something out and the puncter wound sealed itself "i think i know who took it" he said as he threw the knife item on the ground, it was green and in the shape of a question mark "he's back" "... but no magic is stronger than that of the heart"♦

"Are you okay," Tsukiko asked running towards him. She had a cut on her face where a rock flew by here. Then a few more on her arms and legs from the explosion. Picking herself up after she flew back some she was more worried about him. Looking over him, she was worried. Looking at the ground she was shocked. Why was this happening, why did someone else have to show up that wanted to hurt them.

"hello you two ... it's been a while ... how you dont mind i borrowed your little toy, had to be a good guy and bring it back" the Riddler said with a laugh as James continued to hold Kiko as if to protect her "get out of here you monster" "fine then ... your no fun anyway, i'm gonna see if i can find someone more fun" he said as he ran out. James menwhile petted her hair and healed her cuts "you ok?" "... but no magic is stronger than that of the heart"♦

Tsukiko nodded as she teared up. "He hurt you..." Was all she could muster. "Why does everyone want to hurt us, why does everyone hurt you." Tsukiko buried her face in his chest. She didn't understand, why did people want to hurt them. A few tears slide down her cheeks. "I won't let them hurt you, they can't I won't let them." Tears ran freely now, why did all the bad people want to attack their home. Her protected her, she wasn't strong enough to protect him. "I don't want anyone to hurt you, to many people have already." Shaking slightly as she sobbed, not looking up at him. Her voice was muffled ever so slightly. Wrapping her arms around him she kept crying. It just wasn't fair he got hurt. All she could do was cry like a child while he got hurt.

"it was just a scratch ... hardly felt it, besides he hurt you too" he said to her as he helped her up "people wouldn't try and kill us if they thought we werent imporatant ... i guess in a sick way you can say it's kind of a complement ... they see us as a threat, or me at the least" he said as he held her hand and ran to the crater and saw a box with a green question mark "he left us a riddle" he said as the box opened itself and reveiled a note also with a question mark. as he bend down to open it he read the riddle in his mind "besides ... he doesnt want to bother with us anymore, so thats one down" he said looking at the sun set "caught us before the Gargoyles could wake up from their stone slumber ... dont worry honey i'll fix that" he said to her as he held her "... but no magic is stronger than that of the heart"♦

Tsukiko just nodded, she didn't care if she got hurt. "I want to go lay down now." She muttered softly, she wanted to have five minutes of not thinking about him dieing or getting hurt. Stepping back she wiped her eyes on the back of her hand. "When its safe can we go swimming." She asked looking up at him. Trying her best she gave him a smile. Quickly she hugged him again. "I just want you to be okay, our home can be fix, but fixing you isn't as easy."

"ok" he said as he carried her inside and lied her down on her bed and stroked her hair "shame though ... we'll have to find some real swim wear" he said with a smile as he kissed her forhead as he sat on the bed and kept a watch on her, all the while stroking her hair "... but no magic is stronger than that of the heart"♦

Tsukiko smiled softly as she relaxed. "There is always my secret room, well...now its our secret room...or we could do something else.." She smiled as she closed her eyes yawning she curled up on their bed. "How many days until our wedding...." She asked softly before drifting off into a light sleep. Breathing lightly as she slept. Soon enough she was off in dream land. Smiling in her sleep, even though it had been a long day. Really she wasn't use to sleeping everyday, now with him around she did.

✧◈✧◈✧◈✧◈✧✧◈✧◈✧◈✧◈✧ •God of Wisdom• ♦"the magic i command is truly powerful ..." looking at his fiance go to sleep, he took off his cape and cuddled nex to her "about twenty" he said looking at her smile and kissed her lips softly for a few second then just held her in his arms. then he remembered the peacock feather from Hera's, now Miku's, lair and made it reapear and smiled "i'm starting to collects some stuff, right now i got something to releave your stress" he said softly as the feather floated to an area of the wall and dissapeared and he continued to hold his love and let her snuggle on him as he kept watch on her. he wasn't tired and he did love waching her sleep "your my angel" he wispered to her as he lied his head on the pillow and had his forhead next to hers "... but no magic is stronger than that of the heart"♦

Opening her eyes ever so slightly she moved as close to him as she could. "I'm not and angel....angels are perfect....I'm a witch...." She muttered lazily, "I'm surprised, I'm not scared about the wedding....if anything I want it to hurry up and get here. Then again...I want to have time..where you just sit and hold me..." She gave him a soft smiler before closing her eyes and falling back to sleep. "James....I love you though..I would say with all my heart, but....you are my heart." With that she was back in her light sleep. Her dreams where sweet for once. Instead of nightmares that usually bothered her. Dreaming of her wedding and what it would be like, then about her daughter and what she would be like.

"you're an angel in my eyes" he said to her as he closed his eyes a little, it wasn't long until he fell asleep with her and dreamed of his time he'll soon have with Kiko. after a few minutes he woke himself up and laced his fingers with hers and kissed her cheek "shame we didn't try that feather i got to see if it'd get you destressed ... but then we'd have to send our guests away for a while" he said with a smile and stroked her cheek "... but no magic is stronger than that of the heart"♦

"Whats the feather for.." She asked softly opening her eyes again. Looking up at him as she leaned into his hand. Tsukiko closed her eyes again and leaned up to kiss him. Smiling softly as she laid her head back on the pillow. Looking up at him with curiosity, "What are you going to do with the feather, tickle me until I cheer up." Giggling as she curled up and continued to look up at him.

Tsukiko laughed kicking her feet lightly. "You enjoy this....don't you..." She said between laughs. Tsukiko kept laughing putting her hands on his wrist trying to get him to stop. Still she could stop laughing. Reaching up she pressed her lips to his trying to get him to stop. Moving to pin him down so he couldn't tickle her. "Surprise attacks aren't very fair now are they." She ask with a pretty smile. Reaching down she kissed him again smiling as she did so. She couldn't complain though, he knew exactly how to cheer her up.
