James was done with his shower and got dress then went down stairs.

Melody saw James come down and her face lit up considerably. Maybe he would talk to her, but if he didn't then she would most likely mope around her room. "Hello James! How are you this morning?"

"Oh well... Um maybe you can go rest some more?" Melody was happy now that she was able to talk to someone, even if for only a minute. She didn't mind if he left; after all, he shouldn't have to be walking around tired all day.

A knock at the door sounded throughout the house. Tex was sitting in a cage awake and not very happy. The delivery man knocked on the door again because he didn't want to wait here waiting for someone to answer the door.

Melody heard the knock on the door and quickly stood up. "Excuse me James." She went to the front door and answered it. She peered out at the agitated guard and a cage with a person in it. "Y-yes? What is it you want?" She was terribly confused and unsure of what to do when the guy handed her some papers. "Just sign it already." Melody jumped and signed the papers as she was told. She was still confused and was worried when the guy shoved the cage into the house and left quickly. She glanced at Tex and sighed. "Oh what a horrible mistake... If that guard wasn't so mean I would have explained to him!" She walked over to the cage and looked in. "H-hello there. My name is Melody."

stare "Yea. . . Hi. I'm Texenius. You can call me Tex for short. In fact I'd prefer if you did. Stupid Bibi. I hate her!" Tex hissed more to himself rather than to Melody.

Melody jumped back and began to shake a little. Usually she wouldn't be that scared but he was unexpected and she didn't know what he could do. "A-alright then T-Tex." She stepped a little closer and watched Tex carefully. "W-would you like t-to c-come out of the c-cage?"

stare "Are you scared of me? I'm not much of a physical activity person. I'm a magick user. Not too scary really unless I get mad. . . Then I would become scary. Other than that I'm actually a peaceful person," Tex sighed leaning against the bars of the cage. "But yea. I would like out of here. Don't worry. I'm calm."

Melody relaxed considerably after he said that. She was still cautious but wasn't as scared. "Well I was very scared... I didn't order you or anything yet someone made me buy you. I don't know anything about you!" She moved slowly to the cage and unlocked it. "Are you hungry at all? I could make you something to eat if you like..."

"Don't worry about me eating. I only eat two things and neither is human food. I eat the souls of the living and drink the blood of humans. Don't worry. I haven't eaten anything in 6 years. You'll be fine," he sighed sliding out of the cage, his tail flicking and then wrapping itself around his leg. His wings were all folded down on top of his shirt. "What would you like to know about me?"

Melody was shocked. She only noticed the normal things about him and none of the weird ones. She pointed to his tail, smiling kindly. "Well what about your tail? It looks so different! May I touch it?" She took a step forward and reached out to it. "And what exactly are you? Are you a vampire too? If you are I have another. He can share some of his blood with you. And It's alright. I don't mind getting bit, it's not like I'm gonna die that easily." Melody was now completely relaxed, but very curious.

"The tail is a no-go. I kind of. . . get a little. . . weird if it fets touched. No, and yes to the vampire question. I'm a half-breed. Half incubus, half vampire. I like to read, prefer magick to physical violence, like to sing but mostly to myself and I used to write stories. The reason you had to get me was most likely because of an evil little girl by the name of Bibi. She didn't like the fact that I was a non-believer of the Cheshire Cat and his homeland, Wonderland. I believe it is just a myth. Answer your questions?" he smiled looking up at her. His tail had snatched itself away from her hand before she had the chance to touch it.

Melody pulled her hand back and pressed it to her cheek, frowning. "Oh I'm sorry... Well wonderful! You can take some of the blood James has. You won't have to starve or anything. I don't beleive you should starve yourself..." Melody giggled and thought about it. "Oh well what a silly person. I remember that movie when I was little! It was so cute... If only it was real!~" She sat down on the couch and pulled up her legs. "Such an interesting life you had! Is Bibi a child? Is she a slave?"

stare "Yea she's a child. A naive child and a slave. Most likely reserved. She probably won't want to go with anyone unless she gets to keep Cheshire with her," Tex sighed sitting on the floor in front of her. "Yea well supposedly Cheshire showed the little spoiled brat two different areas of Wonderland. It could just be some fabricated lie he's using to stay on Bibi's good side. But no thanks. I prefer not eating until I deem it necessary for me to eat."
