Markus looked down into her eyes and smiled softly. "I know how you feel... I swore after Elsie died I would never grow attatched to another person that would pass before I or Bella would..." He said softly and gently cupped her face in his hand. "But I have for you... Now that he have understandings." He chuckled playfully.
Bella turned around fully and looked into Eternity's eyes. "I'll forgive you for this... But if you ever hurt my brother, mentaly or physically I will never forgive you.. My brother has let many horrable things fall upon himself for the sake of others and myself. And I know he would do the same for you." Bella said looking into her eyes. "Even if you do hate him he would still take beatings for you, he would take a bullet for you and most of all he would probably give his life to protect you. Just keep that in mind before you decide to play more mind games with my big brother..." Bella said turning away from her and started towards the door. "Good night Eternity. Sleep well" Bella then walked out of the room hoping her words would sink in and help Eternity understand her brother...

  "I am who I made myself be..."Faith smiled up at him, "I hope you and Bella can come to love Eternity as well." She said and kissed his cheek, "She's a good, sweet girl."Eternity glared at the door, shooting a shadow at it to close it behind Bella. She grit her teeth and narrowed her eyes, "No, I will do no harm here...but I can not help what my allies do." She said in a dark whisper to herself. Shadows seemed to crawl and move about her. Demons slipped into the corners of the room, there presence shielded by Eternity. "I do not want these people to stay in my home." She hissed in demonic, "They do not belong here." Little hisses answered her. Six months is a long time, especially when spent in hell itself. A sweet little girl tends to be...changed. "..and now I'm making you bow down to me."

"I will protect her as if she was my own daughter..." He whispered against her neck and stroked her face. "I know she is.. I just hope she'll learn to accept Bella and I..."
Bella stood next to the door with her back to the wall and her ears listening quietly. Her eyes widdened hearing her demonic voice. Bella's heart skipped a beat and her body shook in fear. She had to get to Markus and Faith. She quickly moved from the door and rushed down the hall on quiet and swift feet.

"I am who I made myself be..."Faith nodded, "Just give her time to adjust, it can't be easy for her..." She sighed, "I sometimes forget she's only 4, with how fast she's grown, can you imagine how confusing this all must be? I know that having a friend like Bella will help though." She said with a nod, "Yes, I'm sure Eternity will come to love you both like family."Eternity smelled fear and narrowed her eyes, 'Mother will not take your word over mine, you know that, do you not?' She whispered in Bella's mind as the girl ran down the hall, 'You do not want me as an enemy, so do not be foolish.'"..and now I'm making you bow down to me."

"Stay out of my head!" She cried running faster down the hall. "but my brother will" Tears of fear and confusion filled her mind and body. Suddenly she slipped on the corner of the rug and she fell onto her face. She whimpered and clenched her fists as she felt pain ripple through her knees. "I won't let you get us sent back there. I don't want to leave here..." She whimpered folding her ears back as she struggled to get up.
Markus was about to kiss Faith when he heard whimpering. Markus' ears purked forward and his pupils became small slits in his chocolate colored eyes. "We'll see about that..." He whispered releasing her and moved towards the door.

"I am who I made myself be..."Faith frowned as Markus pulled away from her. She sighed and leaned against the table, "I believe it'll all work out." She said with a sigh, running her hand through her hair, "I'm sure of it.""You want to stay? You want to be safe here with that man?" Eternity stood in her room, linked to the shadow's of Bella's mind, "Then pledge yourself to me." She said quietly, "And work with me to keep him and mother from falling in love...that way when father returns...your brother will be safe...""..and now I'm making you bow down to me."

"No!" She whimpered getting onto her feet and started towards Faith's room with a limp in her run. "For once in my brother's life he's happy!"
"Something's not right Faith..." He said opening the door and his eyes widdened at the sight of his sister's bleeding knee and fear filled eyes. "BELLA!" he growled rushing to her side and scooped her into his arms. "What' happened!?" He demanded holding her close.
Bella clung tightly to Markus and whimpered into his chest. "W-We're not safe here!" She whimpered as she shook in fear. "SH-She's not what she seems!"
Markus' eyes widdened as he held Bella close as her tears stained his shirt. He slowly rose with Bella in his arms and looked back at Faith with concerned eyes.

"I am who I made myself be..."Faith gasped and ran to Bella's side, "Oh god, what's wrong?" She looked up, wondering if Eternity was in danger as well, "What happened? Is Eternity hurt??" She started down the hall, "Markus, you take care of her, I'm checking on my daughter!"Eternity hissed, "It will be safe if you just do as I say!" She told Bella calmly, "I do not wish to harm either of you, but my father will kill any man who touches mother, I am trying to protect you both! Either you leave, or you help me keep your brother and mother apart, do you not understand?""..and now I'm making you bow down to me."

"How do I know you're not lying!?" Bella cried as she held her head in Markus' arms.
"Bella who are you talki-" Markus stopped and grabbed Faith's hand. 'Eternity is speaking with her...' Markus projected into Faith's mind. He looked down at Bella and watched her hold her head and whimper in his arms.
"How do I know you're just not jealouse that my brother and your mother like eachother!?" Bella cried keeping her eyes closed as she burried her face into Markus' chest.

Eternity sighed and shook her head, 'Fine. I will take care of this myself then.' She said bitterly. 'You will see though. Father WILL come back for us!'"..and now I'm making you bow down to me."

Bella whimpered in Markus' arms and clung to him tightly.
Markus let out a growl of rage at how upset his sister was. "Come on Bella..." he whispered holding her close. Markus kissed the top of her head and started towards his own room holding Bella tightly in his arms.

"I am who I made myself be..."Faith burst through the door of Eternity's room. The demons vanished as though they had never been there at all as Eternity stared up at her mother with wide innocent eyes, "Are you alright mother?" She asked lightly. She came forward and gave her a hug, holding her tight. Faith clung to her daughter, worried tears in her eyes, "I was so worried...why was Bella so upset? Did something happen?""..and now I'm making you bow down to me."((sry, heading to bed, work in the morning, night))

Markus carried Bella into his room and laid down with her in his arms. He shifted into his wolf form and curled up around her protectivly. "What happened my sister...?" He asked softly.
"Sh-She says her f-father is going to be coming home..." She whimpered and burried her face in his warm fur.

"I am who I made myself be..."Eternity tipped her head innocently to the side, "I think Bella does not like me very much...she ran off..." She said. She sat on her bed, "I do not think either of them like me at all."Faith frowned and came to sit next to the young girl, "Oh sweetie, I'm sure it was just a miss understanding...we'll make it right." She hugged her and the two lay down on the bed. Faith wrapped her arms tight around her little girl and sighed, having missed holding her these long months. "It's all going to be alright.""Yes, mother, I believe it will be in time." Eternity replied softly. "..and now I'm making you bow down to me."

Markus held Bella for hours before she finally stopped crying and had fallen asleep in his arms. He gently kissed the top of her head and gently stroked her hair. This was exsactly how they slept all those nights being slaves in the markets. Staying close and never letting go of each other. Markus looked over at the window with concerned eyes. He watched as the moon's beams shone through the window. He felt Bella whimper against his chest and returned to gently stroking her back to let her know he was still at ehr side.
