Technology Name: Theory Journal Technology Power Rank: D Price: 20 Description: Invaluable to any jutsu crafter, a theory journal is a repository of all they know of jutsu theory. By compiling their knowledge into a journal, they keep it with them, and build upon it so that they no longer need to spend large amounts of money on theory scrolls to study their art.
Every jutsu has it's own bits of theory. Therefore, every jutsu known to the user can be broken down into theory and added to the journal. For every jutsu added to the journal, the amount of theory scrolls needed, and thus the price paid in creation of a new jutsu, is reduced by one gold. This applies only to jutsu of the same rank and element. All benefits are also lost if the journal is lost, destroyed, or otherwise inaccessible to the user.
Each journal comes with twenty pages, and may be expanded with more pages later, which can be purchased at the market for one gold per page. Each page holds five ink charges per side. The equivalent ink requirements of writing jutsu can be found in the jutsu rules.

Theory book thingamajig: Something about this bugs me, but I cant think of a legitimate reason to deny it. Only reducing the cost by 1 gold per jutsu isnt that bad considering you'd have to have created that many jutsu in RP.

It's actually jutsu you've learned, not created, that go in the book. Still, you'd need to know a hell of a lot of jutsu to make any significant dent in the cost... Maybe it should be a tad higher bonus after all.
It's basically what Yasashii has been using since his creation, but with a bonus attached.

Candle: You need specifics, what does it do how many posts does it take for the effect to advance and pass. Ex: X posts with no effect, on the Y post they begin to feel a little tired. After Z posts their vision blurs and it becomes difficult to keep up with the world around them (-1/2 rank reaction speed). R posts and the effect clears the system. 15 Meters = 49 feet = way too big a range, especially for a simple candle. I would say 15 feet is more acceptable, and still not hard to pull off considering this would be more useful before a battle.
Know that airborn poisons will be very underpowered as they are very difficult to dodge (essentially an auto-hit). That said I really like the idea here, setting up the battle before the target even realizes it. Very clever and very sneaky.
Snacks: Again details, I need some specifics over what it does, how long it takes to take effect etc.

Description: a white tiger puppet made out of titanium with metal claws, teeth, and kunai tipped tail. This puppet is a reverse jointed type so it's main purpose is to close the distance between it and the target as fast as possible. It's torso and neck is also jointed to give it flexibility like the actual tiger. It has a poison dispenser built into it which comes out of the claws, fangs, tail blade. The tail also has a secondary purpose as a kunai launcher along with the fangs of the puppet. This puppet is also the size of an average tiger.

Lightning Spider Gauntlets
Technology Name: Gauntlet Mode Technology Power Rank: C Price: Your call Description: These gauntlets, crafted from intricate panels of Damascus Steel, are a complicated piece of technology. They cover the entire hand in their golden and bronze details and stretch four inches up the forearm, still maintaining a perfect range of motion in the wrist through a properly crafted wrist joint. An eight inch long, retractable blade is located atop the hand of each gauntlet. In each index and middle fingers of the gauntlets, their is a detachable spike that is an inch longer, similar to a claw when it is attached to the gauntlet. The spike, when detached, is still attached to a thin, metal wire that has nine feet of length. These wire are connected directly to a conductor panel that touches the tips of the fingers inside the gauntlet, allowing chakra to be fed through the gauntlet and then through the wires, allowing the user's chakra nature to affect the wires by just letting their chakra react to it. The Damascus Steel, being a unique type of allow metal, does not hold a high level of conductivity and will not conduct electricity, making raiton chakra usable with these gauntlets without the fear of self-harm.
These gauntlets can be removed and then a hidden ability can be activated, turning them each into small puppets. By a simple fluctuation of the chakra system, these gauntlets will break off of the wearer's hands and fall towards the ground. If the user attaches chakra threads to them, then they can activated a transformation sequence where they both turn into four-legged spiders. Abilities of these spiders are listed below in a separate custom slip. Weakness: Being made of Damascus Steel and nearly no other materials, this technology is subject to a lot of heat conductivity. Any C-Rank or higher katon jutsu that causes a significant amount of heat (i.e. a fireball as opposed to an ash cloud) will cause great harm to the wearer. It becomes instinctive, almost, to the wearer to remove these gauntlets or suffer extreme burn damage of the hands.
Technology Name: Spider Form Technology Power Rank: C Price: Your call Description: The two spiders function similar to most puppets, but with very limited weapon choices. Being only about ten inches tall, they each cannot hold many weapons. he fangs of each of these small spiders contain the detachable spikes that are connected to the thin, metal wires. The nine feet of wire stored inside of them can be useful, but the eight inch blade from the gauntlet is now attached to the rear end of the spider. The blade can slide into the spider and just barely sticks out of the abdomen. It can jut out and almost instantly retract, similar to a piston. Weakness: Being made of Damascus Steel, these spiders can succumb to pretty extreme issues when subject to intense heat. B-Rank or higher katon jusu that cause significant amounts of heat will stop all functions of the puppets. The only thing they can do is be recalled back to the manipulator through the use of chakra strings. The malfunctions last for a minimum of four turns unless treated by a C-Rank or higher suiton jutsu that can use water to cool it off. This method removes two post from the cool down period.

Of course, detonating the bomb while it's still in the holster isn't advised, but as the pouch doesn't have much strength, it's not impossible. Weakness: Fire, water, and whatever fabric would be weak to.

Weakness: Conducts electricity and heat.
Technology Name: Battle Frying Pan (advanced weaponry) Technology Power Rank: D Price: 30 Silver Description: Not your mother's frying pan. The Battle Frying Pan, specifically made for battle, is both lighter and more durable than an ordinary pan. The handle is slightly longer, elongated by an inch or two. Furthermore, pulling on the edge of the handle reveals a thin knife that's normally kept sheathed within the portion of the handle closer to the frying pan. The pan maintains its normal brethren's abilities to retain heat in the parts that count, keeping the handle relatively cool. The non-conductive coat of the handle also prevents nasty electric shocks. The Battle Frying Pan is made to hold its own against other advanced weaponry, and does just that. Weakness: Pf, weaknesses? It's a frying pan. It has no weaknesses.

Everyone: Some basic rules for puppets, as they are complicated and require a certain level of detail to work. All weapons on the puppet need to be detailed. Length of blades, amount of poison it can hold, and connection points for chakra strings.
All moving parts need a chakra string to use. The fewer moving parts/simple the puppet the cheaper it is to use. Please add the following field to all puppet formats. We may create a new custom thread specifically for puppets later.

How long does it take to fill an area? Ninth post should only be from continued exposure and not apply after exposure. All effects should wear off after 2 posts if no longer exposed to the poison
Snacks Weakness: Not sure I get what this means, consider rewording. This should have a quantifiable effect. IE: rank decrease. It seems like it would effect Genjutsu resistance mainly? Or is it for reaction speed like the candle? (Both is not possible)
General: --Ingredients: If you intend to make these yourself they need an ingredient list. I believe you are already making such a list with Hinote but I cannot approve the poisons unless I know how hard it is to get the ingredients and at what cost etc.
Need to list maximum stats plesae, speed and strength, as well as how it can be used in relation to the users stats. This is to solve balance issues. (A user cannot for instance move a puppet faster than they themselves can see) Speed can scale according to the users speed or the users reflex.
It needs a breaking point for non-fire jutsu. Since it is not a defensive puppet it can be broken by jutsu of matching rank. However you do not need additional elemental weakness with the puppets existing strength.
Please also add the details included at the top of this post.

Gauntlet Mode: the eight inch blade wouldnt work on the hand but on the forearm as not many people have an eight inch hand. In which case you need a longer gauntlet. Also is it on the outside or inside (like AC blade)

You need a breaking point, what it takes to break the gauntlet.
This belongs in Weapon Customs using the weapon format.
Edit: If this is just a "mode" of the spider puppet you should edit it into the puppet itself.
Spider Form: Unfortunately all moving limbs need their own chakra string connection to work. A spider would need 8 chakra strings to move all its legs, leaving you only two fingers for additional function or puppets. How does the gauntlet blade get onto the spider? Each puppet is treated individually, you can then purchase however many you want.
A cool idea for a spider puppet though, basing it off of the wire idea, would be to have the lefs embed themselves in something and then seperate from the body stringing the wire out. Four legs would be a good compromise to have them spiderlike without wasting too many strings.
Kage:
Blank Book: Please designate the dimensions of the book, how much blank space is on each page. Since seals are determined by size. This makes the sentence “However, it cannot replace the large scroll requirement for sealing jutsus as the individual pages of the book do not mimic the large, continuous surface of paper provided by large scrolls.” redundant.
Plushie bag: Need to list storage space in appropriate cubic feet. Unless you wish to use a special material you do not need to make this a custom however as custom storage is allowed via the new tech list.
Bomb Holster: considering this is too small for normal containers it sort of does need to be custom to get a fair price. 5 Copper is plenty. If the bomb is detonated when in the container it destroys it for obvious reasons.
Steel Armguard: Please list a storage limit in cubic feet/inches. Or list how many individual items can be stored. Needs a breaking point.
Frying Pan: please list proper dimensions rather than how much longerit is than a normal frying pan, as they vary greatl in size. Needs to list what it takes to break it. Probably C rank+ jutsu/attacks can break it. Belongs in custom weapon thread.

Blank Book pages was determined using the dimensions Amazon gave for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: 1.7 thickness with 784 pages. I figured that if 784 pages could fit in less than 2", then 300 pages in 1" wasn't too farfetched.

By controlling the chakra of their wind jutsu, the user can control the bag's floating. The bag retains its fully inflated size for three posts before slowly deflating (and sinking) back to its original form over three more posts. For a real bang, the user can blow two D-rank fuuton jutsus into their bag, the first jutsu inflates the bag and the second jutsu can be activated at some point during the bag's three posts of maximum inflation to pop the bag like a balloon: loud and distracting but harmless unless it's popped next to someone's ear. When popped, the fabric that makes up the bag rips into confetti-like shreds, which just makes it better in every single way. Weakness: Fire, water, and whatever else dolls are usually weak to.
