Cody was sitting on a mat in his room meditating like he did everyday. His mind was all way busy and to let it rest he had to meditate. Out of nowhere there was a loud sound. Cody stood up and looked out the window, he saw a large cloud of smoke rising up from the horizon of the village. Cody smiled as he jumped out of the window with his battle twin hooks at the ready. Once he arrived at the area where the fire was coming from he study the area and seen no one. He knew they fled after the explosion. Cody smiled as he knew the easiest way to track them. He closed his eyes once they reopened they had changed colors to a amber color. He could not seen the heat impersonations left by the enemy since the area the bombed happened to be vacant.
Cody started running easy The ANBU that were said to have been chasing them looked at him weird like he was going the wrong way. Cody laughed as he came to the gates of the city. He then saw to many heat impersonation to find the enemys. Cody smiled as he knew he was able to find them since the ANBU had ran away. Closing his eyes again, once opened they were now a jade color. He looked around and seen two enemys hiding behind the trees. "Give it up You can't Hide from me" he said as he pulled out 5 kunais and threw them at the enemys.
The kunai were just to scare them. Lucky it worked, but then ran from him there were nothing but petty genin from the enemy village. Cody knew he had to use something other then the Heat Sight to find them since many people have traveled the roads they are running along so he closed his eyes once more. This time when they were opened up they were violet, he looked on the ground for a mix of Sweat and blood since a few kunais hit the enemys. Once he found the path he followed it to the enemy hideout about one mile from the village. Cody knew they could not run but just to be sure could closed his eyes one more his eyes this time turned blue. He smiled as he sat in a tree using a Jutsu that one his Clan could called Future Sight (Clairvoyance). He seen the enemys sitting on there bed when he enter and then nothing. He knew that the enemy had set up a trap to get him since he vision when black showing he had been knocked out. Cody smiled as he made a clone and the clone set off the trap. The enemys slowly walked out of their hideout as Cody jumped down with his twin hooks at the ready. When he landed the enemys head rolled around on the floor. Cody had killed the enemys, sadly by doing this he was shunned from his village

Firstly, so happy to see someone take an interest in the bloodline I came up with, with alot of help from Cobra of course(don't worry, I won't take all the credit Cobra, I'll be sure to mention your contributions.)
Anyhow, Death, at the moment, I would have to say denied. Your rp sampled showed that you generally know how the clan/bloodline works but I would like to see you mention more about the sight itself like your rpc's perception on the world while using the various sights (ex. heat vision - everything is like a colour palette of white to dark indigo based on the heat level of things.) I'm glad to see you mention the change in eye color as well as the resting period but I really really would like to just see some more decription when it comes to the sights seeing how thats what this whole clan/bloodline is about. Also, for the 'what you know about it' part, I'm certain that you can put in a bit more information that what you currently have down, sorry but just mention that there are four stages is kinda sort and its very general. I really think you can turn this around so Good luck! PM me once you finish redoing it.

What you know about it: Each Stage is unique Stage one is good for seeing if there is a broken bone in the body, Stage two for tracking an Injured person, Stage 3 for tracking people period, Stage four mainly for seeing into the future, But the closed to your present time the better.

Cody walked into the the Kage's office. The village had someone that just became a rouge. Cody smiled as he put on his mask and got the orders to bring back the rouge Dead or alive. That was what he liked in an order he had to limits on how to stop him. Cody turned and walked out of the building walking to the gates. He called for a second person to help him he knew that this person was going to be had to kill he use to be the ANBU Captain. Cody turned to the person and had him stay far enough be hind to were they did not seem to be together. Cody closed his eyes and reopened them they had changed colors from his normal black eyes to Amber. He activated his bloodline. He now was seeing in a selection of colors from Dark Indigo to White. Dark indigo being the coldest and white being the hottest.
With that he found foot prints that seemed to go to nothing of need no village or anything. Cody knew this had to be the rouge and followed it. Coming up to a grove of trees he jumped into one seeing 4 bodies of heat in a small shack. He was getting glad that he could see though stuff. Knowing they would be ready he made a Clone to attack. They came rushing out at the clone taking it out quickly. His partner then attack injuring the Rouge's leg. they group then fled. He knew that the only easy way to track the rouge was to use another bloodline ability he had. His eyes changed to a violet color everything was not violet to him. Everything was not as bright as before. This allowed him to track the rouges blood easily along with the sweat he had.
Upon following the path for a few minutes Cody seen the rouge in a tree trying to hide. His partner had caught up with him, but he was stupid and rushed in getting injured easily by the rouge. Cody was still well hidden so he could attack. Cody did a few hand signs and shot a fire ball at him. Cause him to hide for a few minutes. Unsure of how bad his partner's injury was Cody jumped down to him and his eyes changed once more to a Jade color. He now as able to see into his partners body. Seeing that his leg was broken he moved him to the side. Cody turned and grabbed the kunai that was used to brake his partners leg. His eyes changed once more to a Blue color He was using his final stage of his bloodline. He was able to see into the future. Seeing were the rouge was he came back from using the Technique called Future Sight (Clairvoyance). He pulled out his katana and ran at the tree he rouge was hiding at. He Cut the limb the rouge was on causing him to fall to the ground killing him. Cody grabbed both the rouges body and his partner and ran back to the village to show the kage the mission was done and to get his partner to a medic.

Um, well, on a general overview you've incorporated in the important details I've asked of you in the rp, though the grammer was a bit worse this time around (but considering how you were in a rush, I'll let it slide). I was hoping to see you mention things such as how if overused, there was chance for users to lose/stick with their sight as well as slight mention of the meditation requirements in the what you know about it but from what's written in your rp, I call tell you know and understand about it. After judging both your applications, I deemed them good enough and as such, Death, you're APPROVED! Have fun rping with it.

Why do you want it: I would like my RPC to have something to do with reconnaissance and this is the perfect Kekkei Genkai for it.
What will you do with it: I'll try to become a Hunter Nin or join Anbu
What you know about it: I know that the user uses chakra to make the Tattoos on their body. They can then bring them to life and control them. As the user gets stronger they can make more than one.
RP Sample:
Jipin sat on the ground with his eyes closed. He performed the necessary hand signs, concentrating on his chakra."Animate!" Jipin's skin started to stretch as a hawk formed out of his chest. He took control of it, leading it through the woods searching for his target. The bird perched and a branch and scanned the area. It caught the sight of a man holding a scroll. A loud shriek burst out of the hawk's beak. Jipin called the hawk back and it slowly molded itself back on his chest."He's about 20 yards away." He quickly stood up, and headed in the direction of the man. As Jipin approached the area where he had seen the man he slowed down. He cautiously walked through the trees. The man suddenly came around a tree and swung at Jipin with a broadsword. Jipin stepped to the side and quickly performed hand signs."Animate!!!" He screamed as he started to get pumped up. A snake slithered off of Jipin's arm, wrapping around the man. The snake tightened it's grip, hold the man long enough for Jipin to form hand seals."Tattoo Plant!" Jipin placed his hand on the man shoulder as he planted a snake on him. The man got his arm free and managed to cut the snake off of him. Jipin animated the tattoo on the man as the dispelled snake slowly made it's way back onto Jipin's arm. The man screamed in pain as the snake slowly ripped from his skin. Jipin walked over the the man, taking his bag. He took the scroll from it and watched as the snake slowly engulfed the man's head in it's mouth, injecting poison into his head. Jipin chuckled as the snake removed itself from the lifeless body and resumed it's place on his arm. He walked away with the scroll, completing the mission.

What will you do with it: Probobly Gonna try to become Hokage,try that whole running a village thing for awhile. If that dont work out,probobly go to Akatsuki once I get strong enough...I dont know right now....fight ALOT
What you know about it: Hoshigaki came from mist,yadda yadda, they have alot of chakra, yadda yadda, their main element and tool of trade is suiton jutsu, yadda yadda.
RP Sample:
Aiden stared down his opponent. They water they were standing on was beginning to change colors due to the large amount of blood seeping into it courtesy of that idiots subordinates. Aiden had simply been out on a Recon mission when he was attacked.,most likely they were Merc's who were hired by someone whom wasnt overly fond of Aiden. He shrugged it off, like it mattered they were dead anyway,shouldnt have made the mistake of attacking a Hoshigaki on a lakeside"Well time ot get this show on the road" On that Note Aiden reared his head back and opened his mouth. Once he did 5 water bullets shot out of his mouth in a sweeping formation at the target standing before him. The man showed no fear though and simply jumped into the air to avoid the liquid projectiles. Aiden scoffed however,he had him right where he wanted him. While the man was still in the air Aiden made an X with his arms and then quickly returned his arms to his sides. As he did so a Large X Made out of water shot out of the space his arms had once been at the man still in the air. It hit him with the full force and knocked him back, making him plummet head first into the water. As soon as he went under Aiden put his hand on the surface of the water I only got enoug chakra left for one of these,I guess him and his croonies took more out of me then I tought... Aiden concentrated and his body seemed to pulse as his Shark Bomb was released and a few seconda later a blast rocked the area and a gyser of water shot up. Then slowly the blood began to trickle up and form the water red once more. Aiden however wasnt interested in the least. He walked back over to the land and sat down, breathing hard. He had done many jutsu and was exhausted....even with his increased chakra. I am just glad they didnt have any Raiton...I would have been screwed... It was a natural fear of all Hoshigaki to be scared of lightning, the polar opposite of what they grew up in. Aiden arose with a grunt and set off home,He needed a rest

Why you want the bloodline: Because I've never really had the chance to use it and think it would be fun
Have you had it before: no
What would you do with it: freeze people mostly
Why should we give it to you: because I think it would be fun to use, and it would allow me to better serve my village
What do you know about it: It gives the user the ability to create ice using a combination release of water and wind, it differs from snow village jutsus in that it allows the user to create the ice and snow rather than just manipulate it
Rp with Bloodline/Clan:
Kane slammed hard into the wall, the impact forcefully expelling the air from his lungs. Falling to his hands and knees, Kane struggled to fill his empty lungs, sucking at the air greedily. "YOU DON'T TALK BACK TO ME BOY!", Kane's father raged, waving one fist in the air, and holding a jug of sake with his free hand. Kane looked up at the man, a bruise already showing on his fair skinned cheek, his pale-grey, almost white, eyes filled with a malice intense enough to stop his father in his tracks, if only for a moment.
"I WON'T STAND FOR THAT LOOK, BOY! YOU WILL SHOW ME RESPECT IN MY OWN HOUSE!", Kane's father screamed as he took a step forward and launched a vicious kick into Kane's side. Kane didn't even have time to defend himself, and as his father's foot slammed into his gut he was lifted into the air, only to have his father grab his hair and hold him aloft. Kane grimaced at the pain, but he refused to cry out as his father pulled him closer, the stench of sweat and alcohol heavy about the man. "So, boy, are we going to have to continue this lesson, or are you ready to show me some respect?", the man said, a cruel grin on his face, his breath reeking of alcohol. Glaring at his father with a look as cold as a blizzard, Kane spat in the man's face.
Kane's father blinked several times, clearly stunned by his son's defiance, but that stunned look was quickly replaced with a wrathful glare. With a strength fueled by rage and booze, Kane's father lifted Kane and flung him across the room to slam into a book shelf, burying Kane in a piled of splinters and books. Every part of Kane's body cried out in pain, but beyond the pain, Kane could feel an anger more terrible than the worst winter storm welling within him. Rising slowly out of the wreckage of the bookshelf, Kane's jaw was clenched, his fists shaking at his side. He could feel anger welling up from somewhere deep within, but it was not an anger that made his blood boil, it was a cold and terrible anger, and with that anger he could feel a great power surging through him.
As Kane stood there glaring with his father with a cold and terrible look in his eye. The temperature suddenly began to drop as Kane took a step forward out of the wreckage, his eyes locked with his father's holding the man's attention with those terrible pale-grey orbs. Suddenly a frost seemed to spread out from Kai, starting at his feet and spreading steadily away, leaving a thin lay of white frost on the floor that set the wooden planks to creaking. As the frost moved towards Kane's father, the jug of sake suddenly burst, a lump of frozen sake falling to the ground at his feet.
Kane continued moving forward toward his father, and with each step his anger grew, and with his anger came that cold and deadly power. He was just five steps from his father, and every breath could be seen in the air now. Four steps and he could feel a chill creeping into his body, an unnatural chill so cold it felt like he was burning, but he no longer cared what his body felt. Three steps and the chill was spreading to his arms, a chill so intense that frost was beginning to form over the top of his skin. Two steps and both his hands were covered in the frost, and oh how his skin was burning, but his cold anger wouldn't allow him to feel that burn, wouldn't allow him to feel anything until it had been sated.
That earlier look of shock returned to his father's face, and this time there was a hint of fear in that look. After a moment however, Kane's father quickly regained his composure, a prideful smirk replacing his look of shock. "What now, hmmm, you gonna kill me? Hmmm, you think you can ki-", his father's words were suddenly cut off as Kane grabbed his father by his shirt, the chill running through Kane's arms and into his father's body, the suddenness of the cold causing his father to lose his breath.
"I'll tell you what I'm going to do, I'm going to leave now, and go to Kirigakure. I'm going to find my brothers and I'm going to become a shinobi. And while I'm doing that, you're going to stay here and drink yourself stupid until you rot...", Kane said his voice cold and biting. With that Kane lowered his hands, the chill receding from his body as the whole room began to return to a normal temperature. Turning away Kane began to walk across the frost covered floor toward the door, each step making a strange crunching noise. The chill was gone, but his body was still burning from the remnants of the cold, but he wouldn't allow himself to shiver, wouldn't allow himself to show any sign of weakness.
As he reached for the door-handle, Kane heard the pounding and crunching sound of foot-steps behind him, and in a flash he turned on his heel to see his father rushing towards him. Kane felt no fear, he could only feel that same cold anger suddenly welling up once more, coming out in a sudden burst as he lashed out with that cold anger. A spear of ice suddenly formed in front of Kane, and shot out towards his father, piercing through the wretched man's chest. Kane suddenly fell to his knees, every muscle in his body crying out in protest at the strain that the ability had put on his body.
Kane lay there for a moment, his breathing heavy and labored from the strain. Looking up at his father, Kane saw a look of the purest shock and fear, the look of a coward realizing he was about to die. Kane rose shakily to his feet and took a step forward so that his face was just inches from his fathers. Kane then leaned in close to whisper into his father's ear, "You should know that you're going to die now... and in these final moments I want you to think on this. You are a pitiful man, a man that never could earn the respect of his peers, a man so despicable that he mistook the fear of the wife and child that he beat as some kind of twisted respect. But you should know that you never had my respect..."
With that Kane turned away, and as he did so, the ice spear melted, leaving a whole in his fathers chest. His father fell to his knees, sucking desperately for air that could not fill his pierced lung. Kane stood there for a moment, listening to the final few breaths of his father. Without another word, Kane opened the door and walked out, leaving behind his life of subservience to a pitiful man, leaving behind the beatings, leaving behind his weakness. It was time to go to Kirigakure, it was time to meet his brother. Mizukage Zane Hajime.

Why do you want it: Because out of all the different bloodlines it is the most awesome!
Just Kidding! Couldn't resist.
Anyways because it is the only bloodline in my mind that would work great with something like a bow and arrow, I can create light arrows, always see perfectly in any condition, create bursts of light to escape, use the Dark to hide, change my arrows shape to be more effect and so on.
What will you do with it: Mainly kill people. What? That is the real use for most abilities like this, to fight and kill. If you want some sort of reason behind my killing, then I guess it would be for his own use.
What you know about it: It is all about light and dark. It is about pulling light to your will and taking advantage of the dark to strike.
RP Sample:
Leto let go of the breath he had been holding, he needed to remain calm at the moment. His bow was pulled back as he looked down the shaft, his eyes on the empty road before him. His position in the tree was perfect to watch travelers walking down the road, but one of them wouldn't get to the end of it. His own travel down the road of life would end. And Leto would be richer for it.
Leto smiled a little, there he was, Kishin the Demon, swordsman of such fearsome power that even his enemies were to scared to fight him head on. That is where Leto came in. Of course he wasn't the first assassin to appear to try and kill the monster, but if Leto had his say he would be the last.
Leto pulled back the bow a little farer, the arrow of light holding firm in his grip as he held his breath for a moment, breathing out as he fired it, the arrow sailing towards Kishin's throat, almost hitting home when Kishin's sword moved, blocking the arrow before it could hit.
Leto cursed as he started to move, Kishin had seen where the arrow came from, and that meant Leto needed to get away from his location now.
A shadow darted from the tree, heading away into the bushes. Kishin smiled as he charged towards the bush, closing the distance between the two quickly, his sword slashing apart the bush, his sword covered in leaves and dirt. An arrow of light flying and hitting Kishin in the shoulder.
Leto smiled a little as he drew back his bow again, this time he would get him in the throat. He pulled back, letting it fly once again the arrow sailing out, only to miss and Kishin ducked down. "Damn. Should have gone for the legs." Leto commented as he put the bow away, Kishin was coming towards him again, forming hand signs as he ran. Kishin held in his breath before releasing a massive blast of fire destroying the area around Leto, leaving nothing but charred earth and a Black Orb, the shadows slipped away as Leto stood up, waiting for Kishin to strike.
Kishin smiled as he charged in, his sword held high, always the direct route. As Kishin was but feet away from Leto, his sword about to come down to cut Leto in two, Leto struck, his hands flashing through symbols as he held his hands out, a spear of light appearing, gutting Kishin in an instant.
