Terminally shy, he chose to live in a place that he was almost guaranteed to be left alone. The middle of Rainbow reef, on the only bit of coral that lifted above the waves even at high tide. He does love watching people however, especially their dreams. So he crafts dreams that he wants to see. He does not realize that the dreams he makes could have lasting consequences, so has no problem with making up ponies that don't exist, throwing together ponies that will never meet, or making ponies hate each other. He runs several dreams at a time, and watches or fast forwards as he sees fit. Dream Tivo! Very hard to approach, the best way to interact with him is through his dreams. The day he meets Yamir, who can come and go through dreams, will be an interesting one.
