Vermillion Death  Name of weapon: Dual Headed Dragon or, DHD Who owns the weapon: Kaede Yoshiro Where it was found/Who made it: Created by the Yoshiro family, it has been passed down from the original creator. The Range of the weapon: 25 ft around Description: Dual Headed Dragon is two daggers anchored together by a cable. The cable is made of tightly wove steel fibers and can only be cut by jutsu or weapons with a chakra edge. This weapon is thousands of years old and has been passed own like genetics through the Yoshiro family. After practice (5 posts using weapon) the user should start to get a feel for the the weapon and after training (10 posts using weapon) the user should master the movement of the weapon and will be able to use it as accurately as possible. Weakness: Cable easily cut with a chakra edge or slicing type jutsu. Just a normal weapon, no special abilities. Rp Sample: Kaede watched as the rogue shinobi surrounded him. Kaede sat there and looked helpless, waiting for the perfect time to slaughter them all. The shinobi were all in place now, standing around him in a circle with katanas drawn. He slid his hand to the rather large pouch at his side. Two daggers were sticking out of the pouch, the handles just sticking out from under the flap. He flicked his wrist and the flap unbuttoned and flew against his hip. He grabbed one of the two daggers just under the handle holding tightly to the lightweight cable. The dagger drooped down and Kaede started spinning the dagger at his side. The shinobi inched closer unaware of their fate. One charged and swung his sword down at Kaede. Kaede jumped above him and kicked off his head, flying higher into the air. He released the whirling dagger and it went flying into the shinobi's back, just underneath some armor. Kaede landed a few yards behind the man as he crumpled. Kaede tugged on the cable and the blade slid out of the mans back. A shinobi in the back started to flee but Kaede would have none of that. He threw the other dagger towards the fleeing shinobi. As it flew by his neck, Kaede jerked on the cable slicing open the shinobi's throat. Soon Kaede had dispatched the shinobi and there was only one left. Kaede smiled as the man charged. The man dropped down his blade just above Kaede's head, aiming to slice it. Kaede grabbed the candle with both hands and tried to block the mans attack with the cable between it. However the mans blade cut right through it and sliced into his shoulder. The cable had only knocked the blade off its mark. Its 25 feet combined. So if you laid it out on the ground it would be 25 feet from the tip of one blade to the other.

Name of weapon: Nekura, The God Slaying Sword Who owns the weapon: Kiyoshi Hyuga Who made it: Kiyoshi Hyuga The Range of the weapon: N/A Description: A beautiful Koto styled Katana, hand forged from a chakra conducting metal. The tsuka (handle) is wrapped in a Japanese white silk (with matching sageo) and features copper/silver antique style Fuchi (Sleeve), Kashira and silver menuki, seppa and silver Habaki, with a black swirling tsuba. The scabbard is finished with a rich black gloss lacquer, with buffalo horn koiguchi, Japanese white silk sageo and silver kurikata. The overall length of this sword is 44”, the blade is 30” long and the grip is 14” long. The sword weighs overall 2 ½ pounds. The sword is worn on Kiyoshi’s left side by his waist so he may grab it with his right hand, since he is right handed. This sword is Kiyoshi’s pride and joy, it is a katana made from a special chakra channeling metal that is extremely sharp, durable, and wind resistant. But its true power is when it is infused with Kiyoshi’s Lightning Chakra which makes the sword sharp enough that it can pierce through stone or steel as easily as flesh. (This works in a similar manner as electrical arcing would, Kiyoshi’s sword acting as a sort of electrode, delivering an electrical current to whatever it comes in contact with and using the heat created by resistance to melt through steel or any of this types of metal with ease. Due to the lightning chakra being focused tightly along the blade, it makes for extremely precise smooth and clean cuts.) An opponent attempting to block against this sword will find their weapon cut though. In addition, any metal within a blade reach of this sword such as headbands, swords, kunai, wires, ect, will conduct the lightning right towards the metal source and if hit give a painful electric shock. The same would occur if the opponent was cut or pierced, as long as contact is maintained, the opponent will continued to be shocked and that will cause the area to numb and depending on the voltage, unable to respond due to their muscles spasm from the shock. Kiyoshi can control how powerful the lightning infused in the blade is, but unless stated otherwise should be considered standard and maximum at the rank of the user in power and threat. Custom Weapons can not be cut though. A shocked limb will not be able to move for 2 posts at Genin level, 3 posts at Chunin Level, 4 posts at Special Jonin, 5 posts at Jonin, and 6 posts at S rank.It addition to its cutting ability, by channeling a B rank amount of chakra into the scabbard, and running the charged blade across the scabbard mouth (such as drawing the sword). The user can release charged particles up into the air causing an upward movement of air currents, which in turn give rise to thunder clouds and causing a thunderstorm complete with rain, thunder, and lightning. While this does nothing to do with the swords power, Kiyoshi uses this thunderstorm in conjunction with his sword for powerful combination attacks. This lasts for 5 posts.Weakness:Though powerful the weapon can be blocked, a strong enough chakra shield or mass could block it’s attack. The proper wind jutsu at one rank lower and higher would cancel out its effect. Though Earth jutsu can, they would need to be one rank higher or more than the rank of the sword to be able to block it. The sword cost chakra to use as well at 2 Chakra Points per post.
Rp Sample: Kiyoshi walked down a quiet road heading out of the village. It was a cold winter night, the moon was full and was the only light that guided him. As he walked a shadowy figure rested in the corner of his eye, but every time he turned they vanished. He then activated his Byakugan as he walked, and the corners of his eyse could now be seen clear as day as the figure crept closer to him. Kiyoshi waited till he was within range and swung his body around facing his attacker. His eyes focused solely on his target as his hand rushed to his side as he gripped his blade. Kiyoshi drew his sword and as he did sparks flew into the air making the air glow with his power. As he pointed his sword at his foe the sword began to hum and glow, surging with energy. Kiyoshi then dashed forward with great speed as he swung his blade as it glided though the air. The opponent made a few seals and brought up a wall of earth in order to block Kiyoshi’s attack, sadly he didn’t know what Kiyoshi`s sword could do. Kiyoshi gave a horizontal swing at the 1 foot thick wall and slide clean though it like butter. As Kiyoshi continued his attack towards the opponent, he released a wind jutsu right at Kiyoshi which he blocked with his sword, and the lightning faded. Kiyoshi jumped back as he defended waiting for his blade to return to full power. As he did the opponent pulled out his own sword and charged Kiyoshi. Kiyoshi sword returned and he blocked the sword, but it wouldn’t cut, it seemed to be special probley custom made. Though Kiyoshi was not done as he sent a surge of lightning down the blade and right at the opponent shocking his arm, and causing him to drop his sword and grip his arm. Kiyoshi took advantage of this and stabbed the sword right into the opponents shoulder and sent wave after wave of shock into his body. As he did the opponent fell to the ground and screamed in pain as his body began to go numb, he then pulled out the sword and stabbed it into his heart and with a burst of lightning chakra he was no more. Kiyoshi took his sword and sheathed it as he left the body on the ground and continued heading out on his journey.

@bb: Just to confirm a few things.
1) So when you say the katana has the ability to cut through anything that isn't custom made or is not of a rank higher than the user, its only when the sword's infused with Kiyoshi's ligthening chakra right? Because if this happens without any backing than I would have too say it might be a bit much.
2) As for the chakra deduction of 2 per post,that applies to every post that Kiyoshi keeps the blade infused with lightening right?
3) Personally I feel that the numbing ability might be a bit op just for the reason that it doesn't really give the chance for an opponent to dodge it. Just by having both metal blades connect, you can automatically send painful electric shocks across the metal towards the opponent. Unless the opponent metagames, this ability does prove to be a bit difficult to escape.

2) yes every post
3) The numbing only happens with direct contact to the limb, as well as continue contact. I can't just cut someone and they be shocked, it must stay in the limb for at least 1 post. If I hit a weapon I can just shock them with no numbing ability, which they can just pull back the weapon so it no longer connecting and it can stop

3) I see, well just to insure that no confusion over this matter occurs in the future, I recommand either including that in the description or writing out another section for special abilites/properties.

*face palm* ok hold on that didn't come out right. let me go over this.
1) My sword can cut though basic weapons
2) If any metal is within a blade length, about 2-3 feet, lightning is sent to that object. But it can be dodge if they just get out of range. If it hits, they get shocked. This is mainly to discourage people getting in close fighting me.
3) If someone is cut they will be shocked, but not numbed just shocked. If contact is maintained then the resulting shock will cause the limb to go numb. However they can still move other limbs, just the affected limb will be paralized

When you say "cut through", how strong do you mean? Like an axe chopping down a tree, or a knife through butter?

The fact that if somebody gets to close to you it sends out lightning seems wrong. If it was electrified enough to do that it would basically electrify you as well when it is activated.

Azure Destruction The fact that if somebody gets to close to you it sends out lightning seems wrong. If it was electrified enough to do that it would basically electrify you as well when it is activated. Do we forget it my chakra so I can control it? Or the reason for the creation of the Lightning training jutsu, so i dont take damage from the own shock of my jutsu?

Rule #3 of custom weapons specifically states that you cannot have a weapon that can cut through any other weapon. That part will have to be taken out.

That rule was put it for CUSTOM WEAPONS. It was so someone didn't make a sword that cut though other peoples custom weapons, because that is broken. Basic weapons, with no special properties can certainly be cut though with a chakra infused sword

No, they cant. Reason being? You go in for an overhead slice with your katana. Your opponent tries to block with their regular katana. You slice through said Katana like butter, and open that person up like a pig in a slaughterhouse, with absolutely no way for them to survive unless they are a Kaguya. NOW do you see my point?
