'Tampering with evidence' and 'Disturbing the peace' is fine enough, but you can be creative and come up with a few additional charges if you'd like.

@waffle: kay then... I'll probably just end up sticking with those, but if I think up anything entertaining that fits his character, I'll be sure to let you guys know.
Pen: almost everything O: ..I was absent during waffle's arc, and like I said, all I've done is kill zombies and hunt people down, leaving me involved in only the two I've already mentioned.

I'm already thinking about the escape, and it's going to involve Luciano's lip rings. :3

@ Waffle: Ok, so, Michelle is kinda like Magneto only she uses her power when she NEEDS them the most. Since, for some reason, the Cops don't take Luciano's lip rings away I was thinking Michelle would some how use his lip rings to form some kind of small key?- I don't know. I'm still figuring out the quirks.

Well, she'd have a fun time trying to control a lip ring from the other side of the prison. Lol. Maybe those would be one of the attempts that fail, or is it the end-all be-all escape plan?
