Sokras' blushed furiously and looked out the window. I don't believe it. He says something simple like that and my heart goes crazy. Heh. This is true love, right?

"Nah. Like I said, I'm not really hungry right now." Sokras replied leaning back against Austin.

Sokras soon fell asleep like that. It was comfortable, leaning against Austin.

When Sokras next awoke, he sensed something was wrong. He opened his eyes to clear the darknessaround him only to find, his eyes were already open. Wherever he was, it was dark and cold. And from the feel of the ground beneath him, he had a theory. Only one way to be sure. He vlicked his tongue and an echoe answered him. He was right...he was in a cave.

{Austin's situation is the same but the opposite. Hint: Sokras=cold & dark. Austin=hot & bright.}

Sokras slowly stood, getting a feel for how big the cave was. Reaching his arms up, he couldn't feel the top. He sighed worriedly. Then he saw a faint glimmer in the dark. He froze. "I-Is someone there?" Whatever it was didn't move, so he carefully made his way over to it. Putting his hand on it, he found a stick embedded in the ground. Something hard was embedded on it. "Rrrgh. It's too dark to see." The hard object suddenly gave a faint glow, a magic gem! It wasn't a stick Sokras had found, but a magic staff.

{Go ahead and re-customize Austin in the next few posts. Equipment-wise, and the ability will be converted into a weapon or class that best suits it. Exmaple: Sokras' power=illusion. Class equivalent=mage/healer.}

Sokras walked along the cave's tunnels. When he got to a wider opening, he found an old chest sitting against the wall. He took a quick look around before opening it. Inside were a coat and some parchment. The coat was thin, but warm and stopped his shivering. The parchment was too faded for him to read, so he carefully folded it and put it in the coat pocket. Then he resumed walking in what he was the right direction for the exit.

Sokras paused in his walk. He sniffed the air and found it to be getting warmer. He frowned but kept moving forward. As he did so, he came into a large room and in the middle, was a circle of water. He walked along the edge to get to the other side, but stopped as he heard a strange noise. He looked into the water and sensed that there was something in it.
