"I didn't mean myself." She said with a smirk. "I ment my fire dragon." She flew into the sky to avoid the bows. She also contuned to direct her dragon to the sniper.

Margarette warped into the shrine.
"Master." She said purposefully. "I have a report to make. Most of your heroes are dead and the others are dying. There are a limited amount of morphs left on the field... Mika is dead. Rhys killed her. She sacrificed herself to bring her dear sister back to life. Though there is nothing left for that girl, anyway." She said, referring to Madriana. "They will likely head here soon."
She watched Loki, startled. "Are you having fun, master?"

Shento looked at the paladin deeply. [and not at John, because he is knocked out, thus didn't run out] "No choice.... you should leave now. I will protect.. my promise."
Shento looked over as Melethia and Arashe started going at it again. He leaped from where he was standing and vanished from normal eyesight. When he appeared he was in front of Arashe, and deflected several o the bows he fired with the Donarco. "Attack her... and perish." He uttered. "twenty percent output." He then fired at relatively close range, and then jumped back, to get some distance.

"Then I guess I have no choice too." Isadora replied. But before she could charge, the sniper disappeared.
Wondering where the sniper went, Isadora looked around. She then spotted him next to Melethia. Fighting against her was Arashe. She pulled the rein and charged forward to help her fellow comrade. She hoped that Arashe wasn't tired out from battling.

Loki was standing on top of the enormous statue, holding a pair of marionette's paddles in his hands, which were strung up to Octavio's unconscious body. Octavio's closed eyes had little eyeballs painted on them, and he was being made to sit at a little table opposite Váli. "Why yes!" Loki said in a high-pitched voice, making Octavio gesture wildly, "I would like some more tea, small, adorable creature who is superior to me! Two lumps, please!"
Váli tipped the tea pot into Octavio's cup, then picked up two lumps of sugar from the bowl and, after bowing ever so graciously, threw them at Octavio's face and fell giggling to the table.
"Thank you ever so much!" Loki mimed in his high-pitched voice again before making Octavio pick up the teacup, bring it to his lips, and tip it back, effectively spilling scalding hot tea all over Octavio's face and into his lap. "Oh dear, that was very hot!" he crooned, "I seem to have given myself terrible second-degree burns-- Oh, Margarette!" He said, this last bit starting high and rapidly falling to his normal baritone. He coughed a bit and hung up the paddles, letting Octavio go limp, his face dropping in a puddle of rather hot tea.
The Dark God hopped down, shaking his head. "Ah, yes... I have been feeling their essences floating away. But it should not be a problem. Heavy losses and exhaustion will ensure my victory, won't they, my sweet?" He smirked. "Still, I bid you be wary, and do not approach the chamber when they come to me. I would so hate to bring you harm by accident when I unleash Gylfaginning upon them..."

Poor boy... He looks awful.
"Mm... I will stay away, for you." She said, turning away from Octavio. "I.. I'm afraid for you." She said, moving closer to Loki "They beat those people so easily.. I'm afraid they will trick you terribly... And possibly hurt you... Make me a promise, master. If you think things are going badly, please, don't be too proud to retreat."

"So you don't mean yourself, so you're saying that you don't think of yourself as one who will-" The flame construct began to loop back around, slowly going closer and closer to the Ranger as he advanced towards Melethia, providing an essential stalemate. "Oh, blast, it's turning around, and circumstance has placed me with my blade.
Oh, woe is me, whatever will I-" He quickly re-sheathed the dagger with an irritated groan, pulling the Ichival back out with another groan. And then Shento appeared in front of Arashe. "-do. Well, hello there-"
"Attack her... and perish."
Arashe let out another groan as the man fired the arrow, leaping backwards as well. Oh, can I ever get in a blasted battle without all kinds of spontaneous drivel happening?!? And then, as he regained his mental composure, he noticed the dragon getting closer and closer and...
"Goddamnit, would you just-" He fired an shot from the Ichival, the shot bursting into light as it pierced the dragon. If it didn't flat out dissipate, it'd definitely be slowed down. Letting out a purely annoyed yell, he looked up at the woman who had begun to fly. ...she seemed familiar.
Red hair in a ponytail, eerily pale skin, dragon features, anger issues, and the penchant to scream a hell of a lot. Is that... it is. "Melethia!" He shouted nice and loud, so she'd be sure to hear him. "It is! Melethia Dagon..." He began laughing, keeping a wary eye on Shento for any surprise attacks. "Oh, how the mighty have fallen. Melethia Dagon, noblewoman of where ever the hell she came from is prancing around a battlefield in the guise of a common prostitute. Even more, instead of fighting battles herself, she sicks her little heroic guard dog on the opponent. Really, I figured you'd have your priorities straight and know which side you're on..."

Loki sighed, shaking his head. "I do not imagine it will be a problem. But very well. There is always Mordache." He smiled, gently taking her, and gave her a kiss before sending his servant on her way.
Váli squeaked from the table. "No, Váli," he said, turning and walking back toward the tea party. "You will remain here with me. I may require your assistance, if they are as powerful as Margarette believes."

Octavio groaned and moved a little. "Ah!" He gasped... "Mercy, Ashera, is it over....?" He muttered...
The pain set in again... This time his face was burning, too. He jerked his head up from the puddle of tea and fell backwards, becoming tangled in the strings of the marionette paddles. He yelped painfully and struggled. The burning from the spell that Loki had set upon him remained strong. He slumped backwards and fell still...
Why am I awake? Why am I still alive? How can I make this stop? What are these strings for? His head raced with panicked questions.
He looked at Váli, then over to Loki...
And panicked again. He was still here, in the same situation except his staff was far, far away from him now and he could barely move due to the damage he had taken.
He sunk down into a kind of laying down position, eyes wide, fingers twitching...
Mercy, Ashera, please...
"You didn't... kill me...?" He managed to choke out.

"I love him!" She yelled "And it doesn't matter to me which side I take if it means I can protect who I love!" Melethia started to breath a bit hard. The use of the tome was taking it's toll on her now. She landed as Arashe fired a shot. The dragon could have reformed if Melethia wanted it to but that would have costed her power she couldn't give. She made the flames disappear. She also landed on the ground and went back to her normal form. She had used up alot of her power with that spell. It took alot to keep the dragon in control. She was on her hands and knees to keep herself up.
"Ok," She told herself,"That didn't work. I need a better fire tome. This takes too much out of me and I have to be in half-dragon form to even control it, which takes even MORE out of me. I can't use this again."

"Silence... you gadrota boy." Shento didn't give Arashe any time to react. Id the blond sniper was able to avoid an arrow of that close range, he would easily avoid any attack he made right now. But then he remembered... he still had three left. Well, only two, in a moment.
He reached into his pack and flung out a light rune, which lit up brightly and surrounded Arashe in an instant. Shento glared with a look of death at the man he had just trapped. He was truly a type that Shento absolutely hated. He turned away. But now, it didn't matter. He couldn't interfere anymore.
Looking to where Melethia was, he jumped up the various cliff edges, and ran up a path, and looked down to where she was, on the ground "Katalis... it is ok." He offered his hand, to help her up.

"Thank you Shento." She said taking his hand and stands back up. "That spell took ALOT out of me." Her breath was still a bit heavy.

Isadora couldn't believe her ears. Did Melethia said she loved him? A Sniper who sided with the Heroes that tried to kill them? And yet, this Hero didn't kill Arashe. Instead, he placed him in the Light Rune just like Ed and Ziaram.
Gripping her spear at her side, she rode to Melethia and Shento, but had Tuomas stopped few feet away from them. Now that she knew why Melethia had joined, she would ask again.
Raising her spear to Shento, Isadora spoke. "If you wish to protect Melethia, then join our side to fight the Dark God. I have no intention of battling Melethia for she is an ally of ours. I'll ask you again, will you cease your attack on us?"
She knew that Shento was too fast for her. If he planned to attack her, she would have to find a way to stop him. And she had to do it quick or else ended up in the Light Rune like the others.

Shento looked at Isadora, with solemn eyes. He didn't want to fight her. She was an upstanding knight, and it turned out she was one of the crew, from what he heard while she was a captive. This woman did not deserve death. ...But he had no choice.
"I told you, wo-man... The choice is not mine. I cannot stop." He raised Donarco and aimed it at her, and slowly started to change it. "Leaf now. I... will keel you." He widened his eyes, showing that he would not hold back. He had full intentions of killing her where she stood. If he could get passed this battle, he could keep his promise, and he and Katalis could be together again, in peace. He continued to charge his bow. He would end it in his first strike.
"YOU WILL DIE!"

"Shento! Stop!" She stepped in front of Shento. "I didn't want to kill anyone or for you to kill anyone. I could have fried Ed to a crisp if I wanted to and I didn't. I just didn't want anyone to kill you." She had a sad look on her face. "Stop Shento....please."
