Hello there. I've been involved in the supernatural for a long time, used to be part of the Maryland Ghost Hunters forum, and went around to many abandoned places just trying to find stuff.
Maryland has a long history and many "haunted" places. Glendale Hospital (former tuberculosis clinic,) patapsco female institute, hell house, abandoned schools, numerous abandoned houses in the middle of nowhere... i've been to some pretty scary places.
Unfortunately the experiences of a teenager just poking around aren't really reliable, so i've been studying the works of Aleister Crowley, his yoga studies in particular, to clear my mind during these types of things. I have some friends in Ellicott City which is very historic and supposedly haunted, and i'd like to see some freaky stuff firsthand. smile

The name's Alex and I'm form Poland. I've been interested in the paranormal since I was little. I don't have much personal experiences in this field, but I just can't resist to investigate the paranormal. It intrigues me and frightens at the same time and that's what I love about it.

Greetings,
I'm not very certain what I should say about myself ... and if I get started I may ramble slightly.
I'm twenty-four years old, and I've known and accepted that this great ball of rock is much more than it seems all my life. It seems strange to me that so many humans are in denial over this, for it is simple and plain as breathing.
I enjoy word and puzzle games; anything that allows me to use my intellect is always amusing.
I enjoy coding and making graphics. If anyone ever needs a banner or profile, I can help (I made the 'one' Jupiter and I use.)
Jupiter is my husband. We have been together for years. I could not and will not think nor dream of my life here without him.
If I can think of anything else, I'll be certain to add it.

I'm Jupiter Prometheus, or just Jupiter works for me.
I like cooking, reading, being lazy, playing some old DOS games, playing one or two of these new fangled video games on their fancy shmancy systems, and doing psychic readings in my free time. Mostly cooking though, if I had the money; it's my passion-hobby, hee.
I've always accepted this little ball of dirt had a few more things going on with it than meets the eye, and I've never understood how there are people who don't.
That's about all. Oh, and I'm married to Astennu, like he said. Couldn't live without him. That's the really important stuff, methinks. ..ooOO( )OOoo..

Hello one and all. I won't bother introducing myself since you all can already see my username.
I will say however that for years (since I was 6) I have been experiencing some strange things in my life. Whispering voices when their was no one else in the room with me, moving shadows, figures that will disappear etc. So that's my reason for being here. To learn more and to also read about other peoples experiences.

Hello all! I'm Kylee. I'm 21 and from Ohio. I've been interested in the paranormal since I was 10 or 11, and had my first real paranormal experience when I was 12. Hi all!
My name is Brandi and I'm about to turn twenty-one on July 31st.
I love cats-partially because of their role throughout history.
I have 13 of them. smile No I'm not kidding.
Clearly I like the internet and I'm a big fan of RPGs-mainly Final Fantasy.
As for the paranormal, I've always been interested.
I believe it started because my mother loved horror movies and I would watch them with her from a very young age, further back than I can even remember.
I've had several personal experiences on a supernatural and paranormal level.
I still get scared though, mainly because I know I still have a lot to learn.
I'm totally looking forward to discussing all this and more with you guys.

I'm b1ack_maze/Grant (call me whatever you want), 22 years old, and I think the supernatural/paranormal is pretty interesting stuff. I can't say I have encountered any spirits or activity, but I do enjoy watching horror movies and like to take in an episode of 'Ghost Hunters' once in awhile. Thanks for having me, folks.

I'm Kristen. You can either call me Kris, Kristen, or just my username. I'm about 17 and hail from the Midwest. I'm a poet and a writer and also very into the paranormal and supernatural. I've had plenty of experiences of the supernatural with just being in my house, even when I was a baby. I have one experience when I was at that tiny age but I'll tell you guys later in a different thread for that kind of thing. I'm considered a medium, pretty much as my grandma, so we are both pretty aware of what's around us too. I'm quite into hearing about UFOs as well, and I kind of wish I could be able to experience such an event.
Just give me a category in the paranormal/supernatural and I just might know about it.
