After Aes and Kasumi got home, she was tired so he watched her fall asleep, and hoped when she woke up that she would join him at his practice, it was another day of work for him.

*Kas turned in her sleep and found Aes missing. Opening her eyes, she would sit up and give a yawn, quickly getting dressed and running to the clinic to help Aes and her brother.*

*The following day, when she had returned from a late night with Aes, she woke up a few hours later and rubbed her eyes tiredly. Aes was off doing his thing, so this gave her some alone time. Getting dressed, she put on her usual shinobi attire and departed. Today seemed like a good day for a walk in the wilderness*

*After Kas had got Aes's last letter, she smiled and then put it away with all the others she had saved. He was coming home soon...she couldn't wait. Looking at her present attire, she would frown and then say* "This will never do.." *Quickly she dashed to the closet and got out her dress, and taking off what she had on to put the new article of clothing on* "I hope he returns home quickly"

*She had some time to spare, so she decided to go to the store and get some supplies. She had been secretly working on her cooking skills when Aes was away, and (at least she) thought that there was a drastic improvement. Quickly she bolted out the door to the marketplace* whee

Aes returned from the isle, and from his practice. The nymph Medina and Mr. Wedsday were pleasent enough company, but he was homesick, and had been alloted some leave. More than homesick, he wanted to go back to Kasumi. He walked the length of the stairs, and opened the door to their room, a smile on his face.

@_@ *after struggling to open the door, she quickly moved into the kitchen, washed and chopped up the veggies, got a broth boiling and eventually managed to set the table. Even SHE was surprised at how fast she was moving. Exhaused, she would fall to the couch and wait for the stew to be done and Aes to arrive.*
EDIT: *Then she turned as she heard the door open. Her eyes lit up as Aes stepped through the door. Immiediatly she got him in a tight hug, saying* "Welcome back... heart "

She was there. Also, she was there cooking! It smelled wonderful, however. Aes Sidhe set his traveling pack by the door and walked over to her. "I promised I would return!"

*Kas continued to hug Aes tightly, not wanting to let go. She closed her eyes and then gave him a smile, saying* "I've missed you so much! Sit down and tell me EVERYTHING that happened"

Surprised but nonetheless happy for such a warm greeting, he returned the embrace. He kissed her forehead before saying "Everything? My love, I thought I had kept you updated in my letters."

"You just told me bits and pieces!" *She said as she released him and then took a step back, that smile still on her face.* "What kind of trouble did you run into? I was hoping you'd be with me sooner..."

"I as well, and even now I must return eventually, this is a sort of 'leave only' for the time being. It might have gone sooner, but The Nymph Medina sabotaged my plans temporarily. If there was a way I could have come to you sooner, I would do it. Even if the price was watching over Mordrid for a solid week." he grinned.

"Do you at least have time to sit down and eat?" *Kasumi asked, somewhat saddened at the fact that he had to leave, but overjoyed that he had come as promised. She would have inquired further on the sabatoge but she was worried he didn't have enough time.*

"I wasn't sure what kind of meat you liked, so I've decided to prepare a vegatable -" *quickly her eyes dashed to the stove. Running over to it, she quickly turned off the flame and said*"Stew..." *A sigh of relief escaped her lips. She was afraid she'd burn something else again* sweatdrop "How long do you think you'll have left to get your ki fixed?"
